Message from The Fur.

Hello 大家晚安。 最近到現場的朋友可能有發現，一月的演出溫溫開始沒有參與，其實在去年十一月，溫溫因個人生涯規劃選擇離開樂團，我們也很尊重溫溫的決定，祝福她之後能有很好的發展。 　 The Fur. 的起點來自柚子及中凌共同製作的《Final Defense》，唯任加入後才開始了第一場演出，就這樣以三人開始活動，直至去年溫溫的加入。我們四個人一起完成許多事，雖然時間不長，但很開心有一起度過。在專場巡演期間，與溫溫主理的文具店'兩眼一起'推出的聯名商品也受到大家喜愛，'兩眼一起'也將在2月11日熄燈，現在有很多好物出清特賣，推薦大家把握時間去逛逛！ 　 The Fur.目前團員有柚子、中凌、唯任！這陣子我們重新整頓了演出的配置，現場大家會看到相當棒的鼓手哲佑及鍵盤手宣萱！同時我們也在製作新歌，一樣會由柚子擔任詞曲，中凌擔任主要編曲，唯任擔任世界上最酷的貝斯手，希望今年就會有新作品跟大家見面，不管是在音樂製作或演出的提升，我們都會繼續努力，保持創作，很快再見！

Trying to figure this out with Google Translate - I think keyboardist Wen Wen Lin (林溫溫) has left the band to return to doing her solo performance(?). 

Savanna Liao (Yu Wen Liao 柚子)-voc/gtr, Zero (Jhong Ling Wu 吳中凌)-gtr, Ren (Wei Ren Wang) 王唯任-bass are still in The Fur., and I think they are adding both a drummer (哲佑) and a new keyboardist (宣萱).  I’m very sorry to see Wen Wen leave, but hopefully the band will be able to build on the progress of their lovely debut album from last year. I love their songs, and Savanna’s voice makes my heart melt.

Sweet song with Sava’s comforting vocal, and there’s more of a chill R&B feel than other songs by the band.  The MV looks like it was shot low-budget style while they were in the USA this past spring.  (they tagged the fb promo ‘New York’)

As promised yesterday, here is The Fur. recorded for Cinema Sessions at YuChen Studio.  Sounds so good!  =D

This clip was just posted a few days ago, but recorded back in March, shortly after they returned from playing SXSW in Texas. 

The 30th Golden Melody Awards took place at Taipei Arena on Saturday; The Fur. were nominated for Best New Artist but did not win. (the winner was ØZI (陳奕凡) 

They did clean up nicely for the occasion, posing here with Deca joins:

Another live clip from CF Yang’s channel: Kaohsiung band The Fur. at PIPE Live House in Taipei last fall, with singer Sava Liao getting a chance to display her ‘rock star’ moves at the end!  I really like her and I love this band.   XD
