Orange evolution
Exhausts: OEM stainless steel system, „cleaned“ OEM canisters w. removed heat shields, Remus Powercone titanium slip-on, OEM system blacked out w. Cerakote 6 carbon heat shields, ZARD 3-in-1 full titanium system (homologated)
Suspension: Wilbers 641 shock, PVM 10 spoke forged aluminium rims, 520 ZWX black RK Takasagi chain conversion, DLC coated forks legs, K-Tech valves in forks with Öhlins linear springs
Brakes: OEM Nissin pump with Sunstar brake discs (golden floater), Braking rear wave brake disc, Brembo Oro series brakes discs (black floater), Brembo RCS 19 (18-20) brake pump, black M4.34 monobloc calipers
Ergonomics: OEM bar, LSL Tour Match clip-ons, K-MaxX Superbike bar, Triumph gel seat
To think that the original idea was to keep it „mostly stock“ when bought used in 2016…🤣

Remus PC3 Powercone with titanium sleeve and the black powder coated bracket - much better than the stainless steel look on the bracket.

So far, so good: The LSL clip-ons, the 520 chain conversion and the weight loss due to the Remus Powercone 3-in-1 exhaust work in favor of the handling and the riding experience. Next step on the list: lightweight rims.

I am almost kicking myself because of selling the midpipe section of the Remus Powercone exhaust… No exhaust and no number plate make for a super clean look.

Remus Powercone exhausts: Titanium sleeve version: 1.872 gr (with a „silent“ reduced throughput baffle) Steel sleeve version: 2.033 gr (with the standard open baffle) Full weight of the slipon exhaust system: ~ 2,6 - 2,8 kg (The Remus Powercone is homologated for the 2008-2010 NJ515 Mk. 2 model Triumph Speed Triple 1050 as slipon exhaust or as a full system for the 2007-2011 Triumph 675 Street Triple models.)

Short test ride: After some minor starting issues (LiFePo4 batteries do not particularly like one digit Celsius temperatures!), the Remus Powercone exhaust provided a deeper growling sound and did not seem too obnoxiously loud (with the baffle inserted). Since the streets were cold and still damp any possible loss of power and/or torque needs some extended testing at a later time.
