Best Reiki Healing In Hyderabad
Reiki Healing / By lovenheal
Introduction: In a world pulsating with stress and imbalance, the ancient practice of Reiki emerges as a beacon of light, offering solace and renewal to weary souls. Rooted in the belief in a universal life force energy, Reiki is a gentle yet potent healing modality that harmonizes the body, mind, and spirit. Join us on a transformative journey as we explore the profound wisdom and healing power of Reiki.
The Essence of Reiki: At its core, Reiki is founded on the principle that a subtle energy, known as “ki” in Japanese or “chi” in Chinese, flows through all living beings, animating and sustaining life. When this energy becomes blocked or depleted, it can manifest as physical ailments, emotional distress, or spiritual disconnect. Reiki practitioners serve as conduits for this universal life force, channeling it through their hands to rebalance and restore the body’s natural harmony.
The Reiki Healing Process: A Reiki healing session unfolds as a serene and meditative experience, where the recipient lies comfortably clothed on a treatment table or sits in a chair. The practitioner gently places their hands on or slightly above specific areas of the body, following a predetermined sequence of hand positions. As the healing energy flows, recipients often experience deep relaxation, warmth, or subtle sensations, signaling the release of tension and the restoration of balance.
Unlike conventional therapies that target specific symptoms, Reiki addresses the root cause of imbalance, working holistically to promote healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Whether seeking relief from chronic pain, stress-related ailments, or emotional turmoil, Reiki offers a gentle yet powerful path toward wholeness and well-being.
The Benefits of Reiki Healing: The benefits of Reiki are as diverse as the individuals who experience it, encompassing physical, emotional, and spiritual realms. Some potential benefits include:
Stress Reduction: Reiki induces a profound state of relaxation, calming the nervous system and alleviating stress and anxiety.
Pain Relief: Reiki can help reduce pain and discomfort by promoting circulation, easing muscle tension, and supporting the body’s natural healing processes.
Emotional Healing: By releasing blocked energy and negative emotions, Reiki fosters emotional balance, resilience, and inner peace.
Enhanced Well-being: Reiki revitalizes the body’s energy centers, boosting vitality, and promoting a sense of overall well-being and harmony.
Spiritual Growth: Many practitioners experience deep spiritual insights, connection, and transformation during Reiki sessions, fostering personal growth and inner awakening.
Conclusion: In a world yearning for healing and connection, Reiki emerges as a timeless source of light and healing. Whether you’re navigating the challenges of modern life or embarking on a journey of self-discovery, Reiki offers a sanctuary of renewal and transformation. As you open yourself to the gentle embrace of universal energy, may you discover the infinite possibilities for healing, growth, and awakening that await within.

Exploring And Enjoying Goa
How to explore and enjoy all the sights mentioned above. The options are many and very exciting.
You could hire a motorbike typical Royal Enfield, or a Sooty and ride pillion, while enjoying:
The enchanting contrast, between the tropical green jungles, the Portuguese colonial architecture and the misty sandy beaches, all making for an unforgettable adventure.
For the couple there are local Taxi’s available, which you could hire for going around all the places.
For the shopaholic, the local flea market (street market) is literally a dream come true.
The air is packed with fragrant spices, handmade trinkets and stylish clothes
Feast On Local Goa Cuisine
For some, a trip to Goa is a food pilgrimage. With its coastal location, Goa has access to some of India’s best seafood – a goa prawn/crab curry washed down with a Kingfisher beer is a one-way ticket to food heaven!
Make sure you try Chouriço de Goa; a nod to the region’s Indo-Portuguese heritage in the form of a cured pork sausage. It’s a unique dish that you won’t find elsewhere in India.
The mix of cultures that have made Goa their home has contributed to a vibrant food scene that knows how to excite (or set fire to) the taste buds!
Ros omelette is one of the most popular snacks and street foods in Goa, it is traditionally sold on food carts on streets.
Saturday Night Bazaar
We just can’t get enough of the markets in Goa, and every Saturday night Aguada comes to life with a massive bazaar. Not just a top shopping market, there’s a dedicated space for live shows, local bands playing and pop up bars which make for an amazing atmosphere. A few cheap beers, street food and live music here sounds like a pretty dreamy way to start any night out.
Tumblr media
Do go chasing waterfalls, don’t just stick to the beaches, hostels and the hotels you’re used to.
If you only have time for one day of waterfall frolics, then Dudhsagar Falls is a good choice. Dudhsagar Falls (literally Sea of Milk) is a four-tiered waterfall located on the Mandovi River in the Indian state of Goa. It is 60 km from Panaji by road and is located on the Madgaon-Belagavi rail route about 46 km east of Madgaon and 80 km south of Belgaum. Dudhsagar Falls is amongst India's tallest waterfalls with a height of 310 m (1017 feet) and an average width of 30 metres (100 feet). The falls is located in the Bhagwan Mahaveer Sanctuary and Mollem National Park among the Western Ghats. The area is surrounded by deciduous forests with rich biodiversity.
Tumblr media
One can also arrange to visit the Bhagwan Mahaveer Sanctuary and Mollem National Park.
It is a 240 square kilometres (93 sq mi) protected area located in the Western Ghats of South India, in Goa State, along the eastern border with Karnataka. It contains several important temples dating to the Kadambas of Goa, and home to waterfalls, such as Dudhsagar Falls and Tambdi Falls. The parkland is also home to a community of nomadic buffalo herders known as the Dhangar.

You can also avail of the centers where therapeutic and meditative – yoga, tai-chi, Reiki and Ayurveda (to name a few) are widely practiced. While other parts of India are great for this too, Goa has the advantage of the picturesque beaches as a backdrop and loads of wellness cafes for a healthy post-class munch. Don’t worry if you’re inexperienced – nobody cares and classes cater for all levels!
However, if you’re already a keen yogi then consider taking it up a level. You’ll find courses that are both rewarding and challenging. As well as being great for your personal wellbeing, you can become a certified yoga teacher at the end of it.

My mom, Bala
Tumblr media
She was very special, like all mothers are to their daughters. She passed away on March 1, 2017, 18 days before her 84th birthday.
From Palghat to Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai, Nagpur, and to Bengaluru, Mom treated each of these cities as a great adventure, picking up languages, like the accomplished linguist she was – speaking fluent Malayalam, Bengali, English, Hindi, Tamil and Kannada.
For someone, who had studied only up to 4th class, and in Malayalam medium, she taught herself to read English and was soon reading English newspapers and novels - her favourite being Perry Mason. However, she wrote only in Malayalam, like most Palghat Iyers before her did.  She taught me the three Cs – career, children, cooking and taught me to excel in all three spheres – although, I am not sure I excelled in cooking. She taught me strong values, which I hope, I have been able to pass on to my children.
When we were children in Kolkata, as staunch devotees of Janaky Mathaji and Ramana Maharishi - 7 pm was strictly ‘Arunachala Stuti’ time, and wherever we were, we had to come home to recite it as a family. In Mumbai, she decided to put me through Carnatic music training, but when she met with stiff resistance from me, she took to listening to it instead, Aruna Sairam and Bombay Jayashree, being among her favourite singers.
She loved eating out and would often come to my school in Chembur and pick me up and take me to a restaurant to eat masala Dosa. Although I enjoyed these outings, I was mortified to be seen outside in my school uniform. Mom continued these culinary adventures with her grandchildren in Bengaluru – with ice-cream from Corner House - chocolate nut sundae with extra chocolate sauce without the nuts – being her all time favourite.
Mom was a great cook and could rustle up cool school and college lunches and a quick snack for a hungry grandchild. I don’t remember ever eating my lunch, as it would be gobbled up by my classmates. College vacations in the sweltering heat of Chennai was always something to look forward to, as Mom had devised a cool way to beat the heat. We would traipse off to see a Bollywood film in an AC theatre.
Mom enjoyed knitting sweaters, mufflers, or socks for every baby born in the family. She also loved to tailor all my clothes, even after I reached college, and I had to make her stop, as I was too self conscious to be seen wearing home-stitched clothes – but not one to give up, she took to tailoring all the dolls’ clothes for her grand-daughters.
She took her grandchildren on several adventures. Travelling with five brats, children of her two sons and a daughter, from Bangalore to Hyderabad to Nagpur, could not have been easy.  She even attempted a backpacking trip with them, from Bangalore to Ramana Ashram in Tiruvannamalai.
She constantly proved age was only a number in the mind. At 55, she went on a new adventure, studied Reiki and became a Reiki master. She initiated family and friends to Reiki and healed many of our friends.  At 60, she went on yet another adventure and taught little kids shlokas and told them stories in a school run by her friend.
Mom could discuss politics and the local gossip with equal relish, was garrulous to a fault, and nosy to the point of being embarrassing. So, it was painful to watch her slip into the silent world of dementia. She now spoke only when spoken to, forgot faces and events. In her silent world, her constant companions were noisy, over the top Bollywood films – some of her favourites being Baghban, Mr. India, Gaddar, Border and Kabhi Kushi Kabhi Gam. She was especially partial to Amitabh Bachchan and would switch channels every five minutes, until she found a Bachchan film she could settle down to. She never remembered the stories, so it was like watching a fresh new story for her, even though she was watching the film for the nth time.
When she began misplacing objects, and sent the family looking for her spectacles or her dentures, she was always deeply remorseful for having put them through it. The loss of her son, my brother Gopal, a year ago, was something she never got over, grieving as she remembered. So, we stopped telling her about other deaths in the family, including that of her younger brother.
Towards the end, she suffered like nobody’s mother should ever have to - with painful bedsores, catheters and loss of control of her own body. Yet, gracious to the end, she remembered to always thank the care-givers looking after her. Kurai Ondrum Illai Kanna (I have no complaints Lord Krishna) she whispered to me 10 days ago, in one of her lucid moments, echoing MS’s soulful rendition of Rajaji’s spiritual ode to Lord Krishna.
I can’t understand God’s ways of making someone, who had never thought ill of anyone in her life, but always wished the best for everyone, to go through so much pain. So, was this her journey or ours? Perhaps, even in her deepest pain, she was teaching her family a lesson in endurance and forgiveness.
Was I, as good a daughter, as she was a good mother to me?  This will be a question that I may never find an answer to…
Mom read everything I wrote and shared them with everyone in her circle.  I hope you read this too, mom, wherever you are…
