i dont like having to turn reblogs off cause its fun to reblog my own post with an addendum cause i sometimes have additional things to say hours later . and also its not in a spot where i can remember the option exists cause i do not have a sense of object permanence . so stop reblogging posts that seem specific about me or my day . I don’t wanna have to turn off reblogs or add a disclaimer (or god forbid a dont reblog tag like in the dark ages)

Like I know this is tumblr and we reblog things that are funny to us. but you can’t lock accounts in the same way here like you can on twitter. there is a different etiquette here because once a post blows up you have no control over it anymore. a deleted tweet deletes all the rts. a deleted tumblr post simply gets rid of the notifications. all you can do to get away from people seeing it is by changing your url and deleting the post. please.
