Finally scored the medical home run of going for a mental health consultation with the GP and getting told to just lose weight!!
#Oh it's so lovely to not be taken seriously by a doctor because you're fat!#Really enriches you and does nothing to further your negative self esteem at all!#So great when you've previously told them about how you've cut your diet back and increased your exercise and still not shed a single pound#Really makes you glad you plucked up the courage to speak to a medical professional about the whole thing....#Might as well not bother turning up because they don't listen they just see your double chin and make their mind up
