TIME TO TALK ABOUT MY DAUGHTER
I'm still fucking miserable but I need to scream about my baby girl
This is Raylyn and (featuring her typhlosion, Pyre) she's my PLA oc and my insert for Akari though I wouldn't call her a self insert exactly??? Idk
Pls ask questions and stuff about her, I love talking about Raylyn!
Raylyn stuff under the read more bc I could yap about her for hours
Raylyn is originally from modern day Johto, Cherrygrove city specifically
Raylyn is autistic, she wasn't supposed to be but she ended up there anyways
Demicaedsexual (went from allosexual to demisexual)
She received Pyre as kid and grew up alongside him but wasn't allowed to go out on a pokemon journey. He was her closest friend and came with her when she fell
Pyre was one of two things she loved about her life in Cherrygrove, the other being the sea
Her parents weren't...very attentive or involved
Trauma from her life has left her wary of men and slow to open up to others
She lost her memories of her trauma and much of the modern world when she fell through the Space-Time rift. This did not mean her body forgot what her mind did.
Honestly she's a feral little maniac gremlin at times who will disappear for 5 days, not telling anyone where she is and come back with 7 Alphas. Everyone is alarmed, nobody enjoys this habit of hers
Y'know those people who are capable of being really nice and appearing open without ever actually revealing a lick of personal info? Yeah, that's her
Initially did NOT trust Ingo when they were first introduced, over time she grew to trust him and eventually grows to basically consider him family to her
Ingo, Laventon, Cyllene and Pyre are far more like family to her in her eyes than her biological parents
Post-Hisui stuff has her either go with Ingo back to Unova or give up her spot so that Ingo can return home. She does not return to Cherrygrove.

Okay so this is a small collection of the "gosh golly your [story] sure inspired me, want to talk about [buying an AI generated piece of shit] doing something for it" scam accounts, just from FFNet alone.
Is this a call out? Yeah, a bit, but to be honest, this is a scam. It's fucking grift, plain and simple. These accounts are, by and large, not real. They're bots. Some of them have favorites and profiles with more than just a picture, but they're perfunctory - it's merely to give a gloss of reality. If you do any actual digging, they're 100% fake.
Everything they say is scripted. The most involved the scammer gets is in the dressage of the profile and maybe they insert the name of one fic the author's done. They flatter, but it's meaningless. There's nothing of substance in it. And don't get me started on the garbage that's the 'art' they do.
So, without further ado, here's a few names for the block list on FFnet:
Ana Sizzler - "I have a couple of idea to share for that." I'LL BET YOU DO, GIRLYPOP
Deniela john / Daniela John 1 - "I just read story" SURE HON
enlarabrown7 - "I have a few ideas I'd love to share for that" where have I heard that before... oh yeah all of you say that
Liliana Berin - "it could be even more exciting with some artwork!" - not with whatever AI rot or dress up doll shit you'll come up with.
Jully Clutch - "I'd love to bring your stories to life through my minimalist art style in minimal amount" - so... a stick figure?
murphy adam101 - "Is it a budget issue?" NO, IT'S A YOU'RE THE FOURTH PERSON WITH THIS SCAM IN AS MANY DAYS ISSUE. I SAID NO, CHUCKLEFUCK, WHAT PART OF NO DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND (all of it)
Raylyn Carl - "I'm thinking about enhancing it with some art." I'm thinking about blocking you, sweetie.
angelinagadot - "I'm thinking about enhancing it with some art." - sometimes people ask how I know these are bots and I'm like hmmm it could be the scripted identical responses, or it could be the fact that I told her no and I don't appreciate the scam and she responded with "I appreciate your reply; I'm happy to see that you responded. Apart from this, do you happen to use other handles and email? I've added all my handles accounts in my profile. I'll explain better once we're together there". Yeah, that's a fucking bot.
machalansky12 - aka the guy who forgot to add the commission bit to his first pitch and so has two comically awful attempts to get me to agree to let him illustrate "story". HE LIKED STORY OK.
Elenorhenry - mentioned in the list in the reblogs, but a friend shared the spectacular message they just got from this one, in which "they sparked to create artwork" and I also thought this was a good point to bring up the artstation/portfolios.
Elenor's artstation is pretty typical for this grift. If you'll take a close look, it doesn't look like the same person or someone with the same level of skill did these at all. It's all over the place, suggesting it's either Just Plain Stolen or AI generated.
EDIT:
Anyone is welcome to reblog and add to the list!

It's a blessing to have. To know how to lead, change/actively shape it to make them love at ease. Take me out of the picture. Or at least to set the example for the compatibles watching me. It's a blessing to discover my giving/connecting/healing the instant, I can see it transform/shift in their micros before me. If I'm going to analyze and control and show, then I might as well do it with purpose/intention! Not in aggression. In softness. It's always an opportunity!
Can't control it (agree to leave it disagreed in silence). [Or can you? -> The wind in our free flowing sails. The liquor in our cocktails.] ["*Or maybe she didn't finish it yet." Should have let go and abandoned and said there, that's a great perspective Samson! Instead, I denied/held on, no bc here's how that's wrong with Raylyn agreeing, "Yeah."] Support and push them out into. You understand the nuances and darkness and incompatible vs compatible and the spiritual, the levels and layers, and the deeper unspokens. And now that you've lost them... theirs doesn't bother you so much bc you've become them, but what a shame to have lost you just to appease them. Again! I started paying attention bc I became the teacher, the leader. So it's to be expected that some sort of observation and judgment fall back on them, and will on me, and that's as I was planning for and would likely avoid bc I acted and stepped better.
- - - - -
SO, THEN MY BELIEFS WOULD BE :
There are only people to heal.
Bc life only = Liked. Loved. Accepted. Compatible. Wanted. Trusted. Supported/comforted/encouraged. Welcomed. Cared for. Growth. Respected. One of our own. We'd like/love fitting with everyone if we could!

Where did Raylyn go?
Her mom took her, and they started business. Was it predicted/obvious? Was she thriving in school/set above the rest as to attract that for herself and the future?
Honor my child.
They never show bc they're doing, not hanging out.
How do you think unrelatable will do/end you if you can't even speak the same language? Left out? Down? Less than thriving, not competition? Little do they know we don't need and left the construct.
Love ties. Gifts. Sex. Show me how God doesn't work like that but more pure instead.

Chapter 17
It was the first light of morning and Odis was already stirring, he loved the early mornings in the desert most of all. He loved watching the sun rise up and feeling the heat build like tension. He sat on his bed wondering what today was going to hold for him. He expected a fight but he wasnt sure who he was going to be pitted against, not that it really mattered he supposed, so long as he won. He got himself some desert coffee brewing (which is like the run of the mill coffee but rather more…brutish in flavour) and lit a cigarette, he drew the hot smoke into his lungs and pondered what on earth he was doing as he exhaled. Before him an army were just waking up, without orders, without an enemy, it was rather more like a day camp than a battlefield. But he figured that he had to be ready, he had to make the effort. He got himself dressed in his usual attire of layers of linen shirts and trousers with a number of belts containing weapons of various descriptions. His favourite weapon was a knife with a 5 inch blade, it was old and fairly tattered but he kept the blade sharp. It was his favourite and most treasured tool. Last night after his meal had been spent regretting eating said meal and then taking care of his weaponry, cleaning it, sharpening it, making sure it was all just so. He liked for his things to be nice, sometimes, he worried that other people didnt have the same respect for thier own property that he had for his, but he concluded that it wasnt really his problem. Odis had a little wander around the camp while he was drinking his second cup of desert coffee, making sure all the soldiers were readying themselves and trying to avoid thier stares and whispers. He knew that he must look a fool to them, raising an army on the instruction of an old man up a mountain on the other side of the world, but he just felt that this was where he was supposed to be. It felt like destiny was breathing down the back of his neck. The air was beginning to sag under the heat of the morning sun and Odis felt like he was coming alive, like a flower finally finding the sun, this was the life he thought.
At the same particular moment that Odis was drinking his coffee and thinking how lovely the weather was, Raylyns main gate was being trampled by a foe that had strung from nowhere, literally. The guards faces drained of colour and they ran to warn the soldiers of the men who appear from thin air, blinking into existence with inhuman screams echoing around them. The hair on the back of Odis' neck stood up, followed by him getting goosebumps all down his arms, something was happening, something was… "THEY ARE HEREEEEE" a man screamed as he ran through the camp jumping over soldiers that were sitting down and dodging his way around others who were half dressed and hopping around with only one leg in thier trousers. He made it to Odis and gasped for breath. "They, they they just" he looked very pale "POOF, and there they were!" Odis, grunted, "What do you mean POOF!?" "They just, appeared, Sir" he was beginning to remember who was paying his wages, the look on Odis` face seemed to be having an affect on a fair few of the soldiers around him as they all suddenly felt the need to be very busy, somewhere else. "Appeared?" "Ye….Yes, they just, like I said, poof, appeared from nowhere, we never saw em coming, they just, poof, magic……" he let the word hang in the air, unsure of where to go with his description. Odis stared at him, then heard the screams from the people of the city, they were getting closer. "READY YOURSELVES MEN" his voice was hard as stone "WE HAVE A BATTLE AFTER ALL!"
-
Odis watched the men, these strange men, men who had blinked into existence. They fought like any normal man, with the strength of any normal man, but you could SEE through them. If the light was in the right place, thier bodies sort of fizzled in the sunlight and they appeared to be merely dust collecting in the shape of a man. But turn them round and they were solid again. It was the strangest thing. Some of Odismen had the urge to run when these strange beings appeared, but they were won over by the theatre of the battle, nothing was more exciting than a good fight for these men. Deserts can be rather monotonous places. It took all morning, more men kept poofing into the battlefield, but finally, the last one had....dissolved back to wherever it was they had come from. Odis looked around, there were only the bodies of his men lying on the ground, all the others had gone as strangely as they had arrived. His confusion was clear on his face, and that of all his soldiers. What bothered him more was that he had no idea who he had just fought, why he had fought them, or what the winner got. He didnt know why the scryer had told him this was important. He wiped his knife absentmindedly, but after realising that none of the other men had bled and that his knife was still clean he replaced it into its holder and sat down. It didnt feel like a victory, it didnt feel right. Neither did his pocket. He slipped his hand into the pocket of his shirt, inside was something he didnt recognise, he felt cold metal underneath his fingertips. He gripped it and pulled it out into the light to examine it, it felt like it was tingling, or buzzing, or vibrating. A small key lay in his hand, plain and without decoration, just a little black metal key. Odis stared at it for a while, turning it over in his hand, he even bit it to make sure it was real metal. "Some instructions would have been nice" he muttered to himself "Well Im terribly sorry but I dont come with instructions" the key replied "Huh!?" "I said, Im terribly sorry but I dont come with instructions" Odis stared at the key a little harder, it couldnt be speaking, he must have got a thump to the head in the melee. Hed had a back knock to the head a few years ago and thought his door was made of bread for a whole night. "This is not a speaking key, Ive just got a concussion" he confirmed to himself. "I am, and you do, but thats not why Im speaking" the key replied. Odis frowned, this wasnt at all what he had hoped would happen. "I dont believe you, but seeing as I cant shut you up, what am I supposed to do with you?" "Well, I imagine you should probably find out what I unlock, dont you think?" The key seemed to have a big of an attitude, it was possibly also a bit of a snob, although Odis wasnt quite sure. "Hmmm, like I said, instructions would have been nice"

2023 US Cyclocross National Championship Recap
The 2023 US Cyclocross National Championships returned to Joe Creason Park in Louisville, Kentucky, where Bikeflights Ambassadors Clara Honsinger and Eric Brunner won the elite races in dominant fashion this past weekend. By the end of what was nearly a full week of the best American cyclocrossers going head-to-head, a total of five Bikeflights Ambassadors and one staff member would each earn a national championship jersey and gold medal.
The week started out dry and warm but eventually turned wet, muddy and cold, producing classic cyclocross conditions that made the races exciting to watch.
Honsinger Dominates Elite Women's Race
Clara Honsinger entered the elite women's race as both the defending champion and the favorite, and she lived up to all the hype. Starting strong, Honsinger quickly established a comfortable lead, then maintained a steady pace throughout the race. By winning, Honosinger secured her fourth consecutive cyclocross national title and added another piece of gold to her already impressive collection.
Results
1. Clara Honsinger (Team S&M CX)
2. Katie Clouse (Steve Tilford Foundation Racing)
3. Raylyn Nuss (Steve Tilford Foundation Racing)
Brunner Overcomes Adversity To Defend Elite Men's Title
The elite men's race was equally thrilling with four riders, including Eric Brunner, going pedal for pedal for much of the race. After suffering a mechanical and appearing to possibly be out of contention for the win, he chased back to the front, Brunner proved to be the strongest and earned his second national title.
Results
1. Eric Brunner (WTB Pivot)
2. Andrew Strohmeyer (CXD Trek Bikes)
3. Scott Funston (WTB Pivot Endurance)

Bikeflights Ambassadors Win Cyclocross National Titles
In addition to Honsinger and Brunner both taking victory their respective events, three other Bikeflights Ambassadors from the Bear National CX Team also earned national titles:
Kira Mullins (Junior women 15-16)
Vida Lopez de Sam Roman (Junior Women 17-18)
Jack Spranger (Under 23 men)

After a full season of racing gravel and mountain bikes, Bikeflights Staff Member Kerry “Kenny” Werner kicked the dust off his cyclocross bike and won the single speed men’s category with a sprint finish.

Last but not least, we’d like to shout out to Ambassador Caleb Swartz, who amazingly raced his way to 11th place in the elite men’s race after crashing just after the start. What a comeback!
Congratulations to everyone who braved the weather and put in their best effort during an exciting week of ‘cross action in Louisville. We can’t wait to see how many of these riders do as they make their way over to Europe to finish off the ‘cross season!
