Ras shook his head and called the bartender over and ordered the best bourbon the bar had. Saint Denis was a place Ras would rather avoid, but the nicer saloons had an okay choice of drink; for it being American at least. He missed the mead house back in Wisconsin. Or the beer garden in the German community that was near the community he grew up in. The horrors that lingered there it was a cursed place to him, but some things weren't so dark.
