Thoughts on our win :

1. Finally God finally after so much waiting crying and desperately hoping we won an ICC event. Finally our players will be bringing a trophy home 💙

2. Virat, Rohit and Jadeja retired ....yes it's sad but you know what? Good for them. I think retiring at the peak of your career with a trophy by your side is much better than being dropped from series then formats and then basically being forgotten. Take the example of bhuvi, Rahane, Pujara shikhar, etc. Even today their fans wish for a last match but we all know that's not going to happen. So before some rando selectors drop them and insult them... They decided to leave first. I applaud their decision.

3. Abhishek Sharma, Riyan Parag, Dhruv Jurel and Nitish Reddy are debuting in 3 days for our series in Zimbabwe. Shubhman Gill will be captain. I do not like that decision. I think Sanju or maybe even Ruturaj should have been given captaincy. But it's the decision of selectors and coach...and ultimately gill is an Indian player and I will always support our players and team.

4. I am desperately waiting for the matches for Ranjhi Trophy 2024 - 2025 to start just to see Ishan play and re-enter the race. I will never blame him for leaving but God I wish he hadn't left.

5. If they don't make Gautam Gambhir our next coach in the Sri Lanka series I WILL THROW HANDS.

6. I bow down for the Afghanistan players and their dedication. Without their victory against Australia and Bangladesh we wouldn't be able to kick Australia out of the world cup. And their entry into the semi finals proves that they are the best cricket team in Asia after India.

गेहूँ के आटे की गुजिया (gehu ke aate ki gujiya recipe in Hindi) #२०२१ १ घंटा 1 cooksnap सामग्री २० पीस आटा लगाने के लिए- 250 ग्राम मैदा 1 बड़ा चम्मच मोयन के लिए घी 1 छोटा चम्मच नमक भरावन के लिए- 100 ग्राम मावा- 50ग्राम- आटा 1 बड़ा चम्मच नारियल कसा हुआ- 1 बड़ा चम्मच बादाम बारीक कटा हुआ आवश्यकतानुसार पिस्ता बारीक कटा हुआ आवश्यकतानुसार इलायची पाउडर आवश्यकता अनुसार खसखस दाना स्वाद अनुसार पिसी हुई चीनी आवश्यकतानुसार काजू बारीक कटा हुआ तरीका सबसे पहले आटा में नमक, घी, डालकर अच्छे से मिला लें। फ़िर धीरे धीरे पानी डालकर पूरी जैसा आटा लगा लें। आप चाहें तो आटा की जगह मैदा भी ले सकते हैं। अब एक कढ़ाई में थोड़ा सा घी लें और इसमें सारे सूखे मेवे डालकर थोड़ा सा सेंक लें। कसे हुए नरियल को ज्यादा नहीं सेंकना है नहीं तो ये तेल छोड़ देगा। फिर उसी कढ़ाई में थोड़ा सा घी डालकर आटा भी सेंक ले और गैस बंद कर दें फिर उसमें मावा, पिसी हुई चीनी, सेंके हुए सूखे मेवे और इलायची पाउडर डालकर मिला ले। आपका गुजिया का मसाला तैयार है। अब आटा मे से छोटी छोटी गोलियाँ बना ले और पतला बेल ले पूरी जैसा। अब गुजिया के सांचे की सहायता से मसाला भरकर सारी गुजिया तैयार कर लें अब तैयार गुजियों को गरम तेल या घी में डालकर तल लें गैस की आँच को धीमा रखेंगे अगर आँच को तेज रखेंगे तो गुजिया ऊपर से सिक जायेगी अंदर कच्ची रहेंगी गुजियों को दोनों तरफ से सुनहरा होने तक तले फिर कढ़ाई से निकालकर गरम या ठंडा होने पर सर्व करें। .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. #holi #holifood #holifestival #gujiyarecipe #gujiya #sweets #instapic #instafood #foodphotography #foodlover #delicious #foodstagram #streetfood #instagood #delhifood #zingyzest #festiveonweekon #dilsefoodie #thisisdelhi #foodtalkindia #whatdillieats #kuljyotidhingra #instagram #tastyfood #delhifoodiehouse (at ranjhi jabalpur m.p. india) https://www.instagram.com/p/CNFVP-OlwnO/?igshid=16gbm7k5gcry6
