i have always loved showboating in baseball, and randy arozarena is one of the best at it. these last 4-ish years have been incredibly fun to watch, from his record-making 2020 postseason, to his achieving international stardom for team mexico in the world baseball classic, to his home run derby and all star game appearances, up to this very last series with the rays. he will always have a place in the hall of rays legends in my heart, and i wish him luck with the mariners.

Arozarena swings, and his bat goes flying, almost hitting Julio Rodriguez. Julio tries to get back to third, but Jazz Chisholm Jr. signals to Austin Wells, who throws the ball to Jazz to get the out. Incredible. 2 outs the likes of which I have never seen before. The look on Austin's face was bad ass. He's my choice for the rookie of the year. Ian Hamilton gets the last out, and the Yankees win. Whew. Great job, gentlemen!! That was a very exciting game at the end. Let's go Yankees!!!!!

He's grown up to be such a phenomenal catcher!! He should be the rookie of the year, hands down. Great job!!! My boys!! 💜

i love the wbc and you should 2

i think about the 2033 wbc so much

they literally had everything. a team of just people with everyday jobs going up against some of the best players in the world. we had walkoffs, upsets, undefeated teams, and the best ending to a game i could have asked for (trout vs ohtani)

lars nootbaar became an international superstar

edwin diaz getting injured and the subcequent uproar but how the tournament is stupid and no one should play.

the korea/japan rivalry with tommy edman and nootbaar being the first american born players to play for either team in history. AND THE FACT TOMMY AND LARS BOTH PLAY FOR THE CARDINALS.

one guy didn't want to percicipate and the PRESIDENT OF PANAMA HIMSELF ASKED HIM PERSONALLY TO PLAY. the dominican republic experienced a bleach shortage bc the team all bleached their jair in unity.

randy arozerana had been trying to get a mexican citzenship for awhile but what caused him to finally get it was telling the PRESIDENT that he would play for mexico in the wbc. and he's offically a mexican citizen now

pepper grinder sales in japan literally rose bc of the nootbaar pepper grinder celebration. the PRIME MINISTER OF JAPAN HIMSELF DID IT.

the final between japan and u.s.a is thought to be the most viewed baseball game of ALL TIME.

anyways i love the wbc sm and haters just don't understand.
