#Rampart the Armarouge

Ceru giggled out a ferocious roar as Notch held her out to Rampart, who in turn backed off and cowered before such a fearsome little knight!

"Please Notch! Have mercy. I am but a mere and humble Armarouge" Rampart pleaded with a smile, kneeling before Notch and Ceru. Making him about eye level with the young Ceruledge.

Ceru continued her bit and growled playfully "I will tickwle all! Grrr".

Notch couldn't contain such a threatening knight! He put her on the ground and pointed at the "cowering" Rampart.

"Get him, Ceru! Show him who's boss!"

(Sorry for the delays in your asks. I do have them drafted, I'm just being picky about details in my awful work ;w; )

What would Willow's reaction be to Tublades and Rampart? Two unusually tall Armarouge and Ceruledge respectively. The Armarouge has something odd about him, that being he can inflict something called "dragon blite" (I hate that spelling Capcom uses for blight).

To say Willow was bewildered was understatement. This two knights were the tallest Ceruledge and Armarouge she ever saw. She has so many questions. At first she thought they were alphas pokémons but Warden didn't display any territorial behaviours towards the two so it was probably not that. But pretty soon Willow astonishment turn into awe and delight. She would try to befriend the two and learn how much she can.

She was thrilled to learn both of they names, as she ask more questions about: where are they from, if they have a trainer, they abilities and training. She would definitely try to study them and they behaviour. Willow would be amazed at such unique ability of the Armarouge and try to study it closely. Tublades and Rampart can expect to be spoiled as long as they under Willow care. From all kinds of foods and desserts to being given affection and plenty of pets.

Willow dispite first hesitation, would quickly lose her fear and act around Tublades and Rampart as any other Ceruledge or Armarouge.

Willow's pokémons on the other hand would be more hesitant and weary of the two, specially with how quickly their beloved trainer tries to approach the two. But after short way they would become more accepting and also try to befriend this new and unique pokémons. Warden would be the most weary of them but only because he doesn't trust knights around the Willow oblivious self. But since the two aren't Alphas (at lest I don't think they are, did I miss some information about this?) he wouldn't feel territorial or competitive towards them. To be fair he was still much more bigger then Tublades and Rampart so he can easily defeat them if need raises.

Accept two of Willow's pokémons would be much more unwelcoming then the rest. Both Onyx the Ceruledge and Jade the Armarouge would feel a bit of jealousy as well as protectiveness. They not ones to be easily jealous, but the two tall knights make them feel a bit self-conscious, specially with how they trained is fawning over Tublades and Rampart. Willow is they trainer and she supported to be aweing over her little knights(since she raised two of them , they really loyal and overprotective) not this two weird ones. They definitely will try and due with two big knights(with Cassandra or Warden stoping them from executing such stupid idea).

I'm jumping the gun here with lore for Rampart in particular....oh well, have Rampart with his tiny (xxs) daughter Ember.

Teeny tiny lore!

I can't exactly remember how this came to me and I'm still working out the mechanics but Rampart can do the Agnaktor laser beam thing. He even clangs his pauldrons together to make the clak clak. This does mean at some point an Agnaktor gene was channelled to him.

Although his stature makes him look intimidating, Tublades is infact caring... if somewhat mischievous. Assuming he's familiar with you, if you give him some food there's a good chance he'll thank you with a soft nuzzle. Once a good relationship is established between yourself and Tublades, there is a reasonable chance he'll just nuzzle you with no hesitation.

Do bare in mind however! As kind as he is, He is still a Ceruledge.

Tublades's brother Armarouge isn't quite as forthcoming when it comes to being affectionate. You may have to work a bit for this if you want him to open up.

It shouldn't need to be said but don't get on Armarouge's bad side. Less you want a dragon blite enfused Armor cannon shot (would that just be Draco shot?) To the face.

Willow would definitely understand concerns of the knights.

-"You worried about hurting me if I don't have a armour? Don't worry I won't be fighting alone. Arthur common!"

Willow's Aegislash would float towards her, before giving her it's shield, wrapping it's arms around her hand as she grips it's handle. Willow may look unsuspectingly but she is really agile and uses thinking outside the box to her advantage. Arthur can still uses his moves to help Willow fighting, specially a king's shield to protect her.

Tublades and Rampart may find a good training in this fight.

The brothers looked at each other seemingly in conversation before returning their attention to the now armed Ghost type specialist. Convinced they could handle their strength, Tublades approached Willow and paced around like a hungry shark circling a school of fish. He wanted to test them for sure! Tublades kept pacing around before finally he rushed the specialist with a flame charge of sorts! clashing and putting all of his weight into the attack and on Willow's guard arm!

Rampart stood back and watched. he wanted to see just how well Willow could handle the more aggressive and more boisterous of the brothers.

Harper watched as Rampart casually walked up to the pair. What, uh...what were these two planning? Why was Rampart moving his hands like that? Why was Tublades making sure they couldn't move to squirm away?

Harper's eyes went wide as they realized just what these two were up to.

Oh no.

They broke out into loud, snorty laughter as Rampart tickled them all over. They had always hidden the fact that they were ticklish. Now the secret was out. Great.

Ironically, this situation started by Harper calling the brothers cute, but they were the one who looked cute now.

"OKAY! Okay! I'm-hehehehe!" Harper shook their head, nearly overcome with laughter. They managed to squeak out, "I'm sorry!!"

Once Harper announced their apology Rampart stopped his assault and gave Harper a gentle headpat before backing off. Tublades gently lowered Harper down. "That demonstration seems to have done the trick brother." Tublades commented.

"Indeed. Now to sort out the matter of the pizza" Rampart knelt down to Harper's eye level and yet again wrote out a message with psychic energy. It was a request for the same pizza he asked for last time.

' please may we have more pizza for dinner Harper? '

Although the brothers were willing to carry on with these shenanigans, they were growing rather hungry. But it seems one of brothers would have to go without. Tublades suddenly snapped to attention and looked around. He looked at Harper and Rampart before taking off. Now alone with Harper, Rampart had to find a way to explain how they felt Ryder's call.

' don't worry. He'll be fine. He'll be back here before nightfall ' Rampart wrote.

What would be Rampart and Tublades reaction to meeting little Lapis?

The brothers would find Lapis to be adorable! Especially given how t i n y Lapis would be compared to them. They would give Lapis all the rides on their shoulders they desire.

Harper squeaked as they were picked up like a toy. Sometimes they forgot just how big these two were. They hung helplessly in Rampart's grasp, awaiting whatever they had planned...only to be put down moments later.

"Huh?" Harper raised a brow. Was their plan just to spook them a little? They turned to Rampart who was writing something out. They squinted as they read the message. "You guys...want pizza? As an apology?"

They looked between the two...before suddenly snorting, "Pfft! I dunno what I have to apologize for. You two just proved me right about being adorable teddy bears. You spooked me with a little game of chase and a hug. What are you gonna do? Make me apologize?"

Harper would totally 100% not regret saying this. At all. Nope. They definitely didn't need to shut up right now.

The brothers looked at eachother, a little dumbfounded by Harper's sudden burst of confidence. "Seems a more thorough demonstration is required" chirped Tublades as he circled Harper.

"seems so, brother. I better oblige!" Cooed Rampart as he rolled his shoulders. "I'll even count down for you Harper. You have 5 seconds to run. 5...4..." Rampart continued count knowing full well Harper may not even be aware of him giving them the chance to flee. When they did realise however, it was too late.

Tublades, unsurprisingly, easily caught up with them and scooped them up! Mindful that he didn't burn them. Rampart walked over to them casually as can be, ready to put Harper through the most unspeakable form of torture...

Tickle torture.

"do you think they'll let us know when they've had enough?"

"I'm sure they can tough this out".

Harper yelped when Tubldes cut them off, quickly making their escape the moment they had the chance. They ran around the yard as Tublades toyed with them, cutting them off and making them run the other way constantly.

"You're lucky that Notch is asleep!" Harper yelled out, realizing immediately after that they probably shouldn't have revealed that information. It let the brothers know that Notch couldn't come and save them.

They had been so caught up in that fact that they hadn't been looking where they were going and ended up bumping into Rampart. And Tublades closed in behind them.

They laughed nervously. Uh-oh.

Tublades paused the moment Harper had let slip that Notch was asleep. He looked in thought before is towering frame trembled from a growing laughter. "Oh? Notch is asleep is he? Isn't that unfortunate for you Harper" he cackled as he crept closer and closer to Harper before breaking back into a jog. Again and again he cut them off before stopping as he watched them run right into Rampart's waiting embrace.

Harper quite literally ran into their trap.

Rampart may not be as fast as his brother, but he was more than fast enough to catch Harper. Lifting them clean off their feet with ease! With Harper secured in his embrace, he gave them a gentle head rub. "Has this not been an adequate demonstration for you Harper?" Cooed rampart as he gave a gentle squeeze. "Are we still soft Teddy bear cupcakes Harper? Judging by your squeals I'd say you learnt from your mistake. Don't you agree Tublades?".

"Yes. However, I think Harper here owes us an apology. Do you think pizza would be a suitable apology brother?"

"I think that would be an adequate apology" Rampart gently put Harper back on the ground and drew with psychic energy their request.

Of course food would be the solution to their predicament.

Harper jumped as they found themselves suddenly surrounded by the two knights. Aha...how much of that did they hear? By the way they were talking, it sounded like...all of it.

"Haha....aha...BYE!"

In one quick motion, they tried to get to their feet and escape.

It was easy for Tublades to impede their escape. Effortless even! In a blink of an eye Tublades had Harper trapped behind his extended blades piercing the ground, careful not to burn them. With Harper trapped for now, Tublades knelt down again at ear level "impressive Harper! You almost got away. Care to try again? I'll even let you have a head start!" He purred and gave them a quick nuzzle before releasing them, giving a nod for them to run while they could.

Rampart just took on his usual folded arm stature enjoying the shenanigans while keeping an eye out for Notch. He would need to be told what's going on after all to keep him calm if need be.

Harper was sitting outside in the shade, several books sprawled out in front of them. It was a lovely day to read outside. Now, what book did they want to start with?

"Hmmm...this Galar history book looks fascinating," they said, picking up a newer book that had bene published by a young professor in Galar.

Harper flipped through the pages, admiring the illustrations, "Galar has such an interesting past. I wonder if any knights of old fought on the Darkest Day. I bet Tublades and Rampart would have been good soldiers in that war."

They hummed in thought, trying to imagine it. But after seeing how the brothers act outside of combat...it was almost funny.

"Then again, those two are total softies underneath. Two big cupcakes, I say. Teddy bears, even. All the toughness in the world doesn't stop those two from being adorable."

Little did Harper know, Tublades and Rampart were in earshot. Very much in earshot. Right behind them.

Despite their greater size and weight, the brothers could move as quiet as can be when they wanted. Silently they crept closer and closer, their looming shadow hidden in the shade. Tublades knelt down before sneaking around into Harper's peripheral vision.

"Softies are we?" Said Tublades to Harper's right

"Two big cupcakes are we?" Chimed Rampart to their left.

"Perhaps a demonstration is needed brother? a demonstration of just how soft we can be" Tublades chuckled with an eerie glee.

"It would certainly be of benefit. Maybe even educational! our young Harper here will undoubtedly need to develop the skills required to escape. Then again Notch would save them" Hummed Rampart.

"what say you? Dear Harper. Care for a demonstration from two teddy bears?" The brothers asked in unison, their smiles all but visible.

"Tublades! Rampart! I have a surprise for you!" Harper called out, two flat boxes in their hands.

They had ordered pizza for everyone for lunch. Notch, Zander, and the others were inside eating their own pizza. Now it was time to give the big knights their share!

When the two knights ran over to them, they handed the boys one box each.

"I got you two your own meat lover's pizza! I thought that would be the kind you'd like the most."

They had not seen this 'Pizza' before so the brothers were keen to try out this odd looking dish. The brothers gave their thanks to Harper before starting on their meal. Tublades tentatively made a slice and managed to balance said slice on his blade. He sniffed it before taking a bite. In a blink of an eye the slice was gone! Tublades eyes were practically dazzling as he proceeded to annihilate the meat lovers pizza.

"It tastes almost as good as a well done stake! Is there more?"

"I don't think so. Better ask Harper" said Rampart as he enjoyed his pizza at a more leisurely pace. Knowing just what kind of monster Harper had brought upon themselves.

Tublades made his way over to Harper, empty pizza box between blades. "This was delicious Harper. Is there more? May I have some more please?" He asked knowing that they couldn't understand exactly what he was saying. Regardless, it was clear he thoroughly enjoyed the meat lovers pizza and was hungry for more.

"I think you made a giant Notch! Harper" Zander chuckled as he watched the significantly larger knight pester them for more pizza.
