The Special Operations Group (SOG) of Rajasthan Police conducted simultaneous raids on Saturday across seven districts in the state, detaining 28 individuals, including five women, in connection with a paper leak case. The raids targeted Jaipur, Jodhpur, Sikar, Bikaner, Churu, Nagaur, and Hanumangarh. The detained include over six government employees, according to V K Singh, ADG of ATS and SOG. The investigation focuses on irregularities in the Revenue Officer Grade II and Executive Officer Class-IV (Local Self Government Department) Competitive Examination-2022, which was conducted by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) on May 14, 2023. Following concerns during eligibility checks in December 2023, RPSC discovered unusual patterns among six candidates from Khajwana village in Nagaur district, who lacked general knowledge. The commission’s findings led to a confidential report, which was then forwarded to the SOG for further investigation. The SOG conducted technical analyses and field verifications, uncovering a conspiracy involving Tulcharam Kaler and associates, who allegedly obtained exam papers prior to the test and facilitated cheating through Bluetooth devices. Among those detained are 12 candidates directly involved in the paper leak and use of such devices. The detainees include Bhavna Goswami, the wife of the nephew of the suspected gang leader Tulcharam Kaler. Initial investigations have also hinted at irregularities in other recruitment examinations. A special team has been set up to further probe the case, with more details expected as the investigation progresses. EXAM CHEATER CATCHED WITH Bluetooth FLOP in India

A total of ten persons have been arrested in India for allegedly planning to use Bluetooth devices concealed in their flip-flops to cheat in brutally competitive teaching exams, according to police.

In India, cribbing has long been an issue, and during Sunday’s government examinations, which involved 1.6 million pupils in the state of Rajasthan, authorities were given authorization to disable mobile internet access while the exams were taking place.

One group, on the other hand, planned to circumvent this by concealing devices in the bottoms of their flip-flops that could receive routine phone calls and transfer them wirelessly to tiny receivers disguised in their ears, according to the New York Times.

The aim was for accomplices outside to contact the disguised contraptions and dictate the proper answers to the examinations, according to Priti Chandra, a police official in Bikaner, a city in India’s western state of Rajasthan.

However, the gang of would-be teachers was apprehended outside the examination venue on the evening before the exams for acting suspiciously, and the devices hidden in their shoes were uncovered.

At least 25 students had purchased these flip-flops from a gang for 600,000 rupees ($8,100) per pair, according to Chandra. “We were aware of the possibility of cheating, but we assumed it would be through a question paper leak or someone using the internet, which is why the internet was restricted in many cities,” Chandra said.

Rajasthan Librarian Grade-2nd exam Latest Update: राजस्थान कर्मचारी चयन बोर्ड की ओर से रविवार को आयोजित पुस्तकालय अध्यक्ष ग्रेड द्वितीय परीक्षा का प्रश्न पत्र दो घंटे पहले ही लीक हो गया। बताया जा रहा है कि पर्चा पांच -पांच लाख में बिका है।

पुलिस आयुक्तालय की अपराध शाखा एवं जिला उत्तर के विशेष दल ने विद्याधर नगर में ��याखेड़ा स्थित आरआर ड्रीम्स बिल्डिंग के जयपुर बॉयज पीजी हॉस्टल में दबिश दी। यहां परीक्षा के प्रश्नपत्र के एक सेट का प्रिंटआउट मिला। पुलिस ने उक्त पेपर को नजदीक बियानी गर्ल्स कॉलेज में 11 बजे शुरू हुई परीक्षा में पेपर से मिलाया तो वह हूबहू मिला। मामले में दो महिला अभ्यर्थी, हॉस्टल के केयरटेकर सहित छह जनों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। पुलिस आयुक्त आनंद श्रीवास्तव ने बताया कि मौके से प्रिंटर, लेपटॉप, मोबाइल व नकदी जब्त की गई है। अंबाबाड़ी स्थित कोचिंग सेंटर मदर्स एजुकेशन हैब के डाइरेक्टर संदीप नेहरा की भूमिका भी संदिग्ध है। तीन-चार मुख्य आरोपी फरार हैं। परीक्षा में 55 हजार अभ्यर्थी शामिल हुए। राजस्थान कर्मचारी चयन बोर्ड अध्यक्ष के अनुसार, पुलिस कि ओर से रिपोर्ट पेश किए जाने के बाद ही परीक्षा के संबंध में निर्णय लिया जाएगा।

वाट्सऐप ग्रुप बनाकर भेजा पर्चा मुख्य आरोपी ने वाट्सऐप पर जय श्रीकृष्ण नाम से ग्रुप बनाया और उसमें पांच जनों को जोड़ा। सुबह नौ बजे उसमें पेपर भेजा। आरोपियों ने प्रिंटआउट लेकर महिला अभ्यर्थियों को दिया। कुछ देर बाद ग्रुप में उत्तर कुंजी भी भेजी गई। पुलिस ने यह सब मौके पर उपस्थित प्रदीप के मोबाइल पर देखा। सीकर के करीब 50 अभ्यर्थियों से पैसे लेकर उत्तरकुंजी देने की बात सामने आ रही है।

कोचिंग सेंटर पर शक आरोपियों से पूछताछ में सामने आया कि अभ्यर्थियों से पांच -पांच लाख रूपए में सौदा तय हुआ था। मुख्य सरगना द्वारा अपने परिवार के सदस्यों को सरकारी नौकरी दिलाने, पेपर से मोती कमाई करने के लिए मदर्स एजुकेशन हैब की मिलीभगत से यह किया गया।
