I feel like Rainbow would be the one to believe in Santa. We know her parents are incredibly over the top. Her dad would totally dress up as Santa Claus every year, go down the chimney (try not to get hurt in the process) , and put presents under the tree.
The pie family wouldn’t celebrate Santa Claus so pinkie wouldn’t even know about his existence til she left the farm. they celebrate Christmas but only the religious aspect of it
