AMD Perkenalkan Prosesor Laptop Ryzen Pro Generasi Kedua

Inanews - Tahun lalu, AMD memperkenalkan prosesor Ryzen Pro generasi pertama yang ditargetkan untuk laptop bisnis mainstream. Pada awal pekan ini, AMD telah memperbarui keluarga prosesor mobile andalannya itu dengan meluncurkan Ryzen Pro generasi ke-2. Kehadiran Ryzen Pro generasi ke-2 ditandai oleh tiga model perdana yang terdiri dari Ryzen 7 Pro 3700U, Ryzen 5 Pro 3500U, dan Ryzen 3 Pro 3300U. Dengan adanya embel-embel "U" di belakang nomor seri, maka sejumlah prosesor yang diluncurkan AMD ini diklaim hemat energi dengan arsitektur 12 nm dan Thermal Design Power (TDP) 15W. Ketiga prosesor Ryzen Pro generasi kedua ini juga dibekali dengan pengolah grafis (GPU) terintegrasi seri Radeon Vega dengan konfigurasi berbeda antar prosesor. Ryzen 7 Pro 3700U duduk di posisi teratas dengan dibekali CPU 4 core dan 8 thread. Base clock 2,3 GHz dengan kecepatan turbo hingga 4,0 GHz, berikut cache L2 + L3 sebesar 6 MB dan GPU Radeon Vega 10. Di bawahnya ada Ryzen 5 Pro 3500U yang memiliki jumlah core/thread CPU dan cache yang sama dengan Ryzen 7 Pro 3700U. Hanya saja, kecepatan base clock dan turbo dipatok lebih rendah, masing-masing 2,1 GHz dan 3,7 GHz, dengan GPU Radeon Vega 8. Lalu untuk model ketiga, yaitu Ryzen 3 Pro 3300U, dilengkapi 4 core dan 4 thread, dengan base clock 2,1 GHz serta turbo 3,5 GHz berikut combined cache sebesar 6 MB, serupa dengan dua seri sebelumnya, dan GPU Radeon Vega 6. Selain memperkenalkan Ryzen Pro generasi ke-2, pada kesempatan yang sama, AMD turut memperkenalkan prosesor AMD Athlon Pro 300U. Prosesor ini dibekali dengan CPU 2 core dan 4 thread. Base clock Athlon Pro 300U dipatok di angka 2,4 GHz dengan kecepatan turbo hingga 3,3 GHz dan cache L2 + L3 sebesar 5 MB. Oleh grafis ditangani oleh GPU terintegrasi Radeon Vega 3. 除了 12 核心的 Ryzen 9Pro 3900 外，AMD Ryzen Pro 處理器還提供8 核心的 Ryzen 7 Pro 3700 以及 6 核心的 Ryzen 5 Pro 3600 等 3 種選擇。

相關的Ryzen Pro 系列處理器除了擁有Ryzen 3000 系列的功能外，還有一些是AMD Pro 系列處理器才獨有的��好比TrustZone security、DASH manageability、Secure Boot、Content Protection、per-Application security、fTPM 2.0以及Transparent Secure Memory Encryption（TSME）等。

Ryzen Pro 系列處理器外，RyzenPro 和Athlon Pro APU 也是這次的重點產品；需要特別強調的是，Ryzen Pro 和Athlon Pro 系列APU 採用的是代號Picasso 的12nm Zen+ 處理器架構，只是這次整合了Radeon VegaGraphics。

AMD has already started to ship its Ryzen Pro 3000-series and Athlon Pro 300-series processors to its partners. HP and Lenovo are expected to be the first to offer commercial laptops based on the new APUs. Other manufacturers are projected to follow later in 2019.

The Ryzen Pro-branded parts feature four cores with or without SMT, whereas the Athlon Pro device has two cores. All of the APUs have an integrated Radeon Vega GPU, yet with a different configuration. The new APUs feature a TDP of up to 15 W and are therefore aimed at ultra-portable laptops.
