राज्य सरकार ने आर के शर्मा की कार्यक्षमता पर जताया विश्वास

राजस्थान विद्युत उत्पादन निगम के सीएमडी आर.के.शर्मा ने कार्यभार संभाला न्यूजवेव @ जयपुर ऊर्जा विभाग, राजस्थान सरकार द्वारा 4 फरवरी 2023 को आदेश जारी कर आर.के.शर्मा को कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से एक वर्ष की अवधि हेतु उत्पादन निगम के अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबन्ध निदेशक के पद पर नियुक्त किया है। आदेश की अनुपालना में आर.के.शर्मा ने 4 फरवरी को अपराह्न विद्युत भवन, जयपुर मेंं राविउनि के अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबन्ध निदेशक का कार्यभार ग्रहण कर लिया है। आर.के.शर्मा नवम्बर 2020 से जनवरी 2021 तक उत्पादन निगम के निदेशक (परियोजना) के पद पर रहे तत्पश्चात जनवरी 2021 से अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबन्ध निदेशक के पद का दायित्व संभाल रहे हैं। शर्मा को ऊर्जा एवं विद्युत उत्पादन क्षेत्र में कार्य का 39 वर्ष से अधिक अवधि का सुदीर्घ अनुभव है जिसमें से कोटा सुपर थर्मल, सूरतगढ़ सुपर थर्मल़, छबड़ा सुपर थर्मल एवं कालीसिंध सुपर थर्मल आदि पॉवर प्लान्टों में 30 वर्ष से अधिक अवधि तक ऑपरेशन, मेंटीनेन्स, सी.एण्ड आई. एवं कॉमर्शियल विभागों के क्षेत्र मे कार्य करते हुए उच्च तकनीकी पदों पर सेवाएं प्रदान की हैं। उन्होंने उत्तर क्षेत्रीय पावर समिति की सुरक्षा प्रणाली उपसमिति में बतौर सदस्य तीन वर्ष तक उत्पादन निगम का प्रतिनिधित्व किया है। वे प्रमुख विद्युत उपकरणों यथा जनरेटर, ट्रांसफार्मर की खराबियों की जांच के लिए गठित क्षेत्रीय समितियों के सदस्य भी रहे है। आर.के.शर्मा ने बताया कि उनका मुख्य फोकस उत्पादन निगम के सभी विद्युतगृहों के सुचारू संचालन, राज्य सरकार की बजट घोषणाओं की क्रियान्विति में नई परियोजनाओं के कार्य को गति देना एवं कर्मचारियों की कार्यदक्षता बढ़ाने पर रहेगा। राजस्थान को बिजली संकट से उबारा सीएमडी आरके शर्मा ने अपनी उच्च प्रबंधकीय व तकनीकी कार्यकुशलता से कोयला संकट के दौरान छत्तीसगढ का दौरा कर कोयला संकट से जूझ रहे राजस्थान के सभी तापीय विद्युतगृहों में निरंतर विद्युत उत्पादन बंद नहीं होने दिया। उन्होंने सूरतगढ सुपर थर्मल की लंबे समय तक बंद इकाइयों को फिर से चालू करवाया। साथ ही, जवाहर सागर पन बिजलीघर की बंद इकाइयों को भी पुनः चालू कर निगम को लाभ पहुंचाया। वे मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा बजट में घोषित छबडा व झालावाड में नये सुपर क्रिटिकल प्लांट को निर्धारित समय में स्थापित करने के लिये निरंतर प्रयासरत हैं। उच्च तकनीकी क्षेत्र में लम्बा अनुभव होने से उन्होंने विद्युत उत्पादन निगम को अग्रणी बनाने के लिये दूरगामी कदम उठाये, जिससे राजस्थान में बिजली संकट की स्थिति पैदा नहीं हुई। Read the full article
