Voight - Where was the original meet set?

Jay - The Bean, MillenniumPark. It's crowded. Now, RJ wants to meet Tolan under lower Canal off Cabrini Street. From high pedestrian traffic to desolate. The place scream hit And there's no way we can stay close enough. It's a surveillance nightmare.

Hailey - Tolan's been skimming from the top, stealing from them. This could be payback.

Voight - Okay, so... What's the play?

Jay - It's too risky, and there's too many variables. We should hold him, and chase other leads.

Voight - Hailey?

Hailey - It's the safest bet. If things go south, we're picking up a body.

Kim - Sarge. Our home invasion just upgraded to murder. Peter Harper just flatlined at Med.

Voight - Well we don't have time to play it safe. We're using Tolan as bait.

Hailey - Okay, Tolan This is gonna record everything. So keep this in sight.

Tolan - No wires?

Hailey - No wires.

Jay - You okay?

Tolan - Yeah. Except for this, um... this white car, yeah.

Hailey - What white car?

Tolan - There was a white car that was circling my house last night... like a few times. And... I couldn't see inside. Look, you don't think RJ's setting me up, I-it's normal to change a meet, right?

Hailey - Based on my experience, people don't usually kill people that are about to give them a lot of money.

Tolan - Well, yeah, unless they think you're ripping them off.

Jay - We're gonna be right there. You'll be fine. Okay?

Tolan - Yeah.

Jay - Sarge, I got a white van slow rolling my way. Both occupants are looking around. Sarge, the passenger's holding something shiny. Looks like a weapon, we got to move in.

Voight- Wait, Jay , we're running plates.

Jay - All right, I'm just gonna get closer for a better eye.

Hailey - Jay, are you sure you saw a weapon?

Jay - I got a white car going towards Tolan, and Tolan said he saw a white vehicle circling his house, too.

Hailey - He said he saw a car, this is a van.

Jay - If we don't move in and we're wrong, he's dead.

Hailey - - I'm moving in.

Voight - Hailey, stand down. Let the van pass, we're running the plate.

Jay - Chicago P.D., get your hands up. Keep your eyes on me. Keep your hands where I can see them. What the hell is this? What are you doing here?

- Looking for our jobsite on Cortez Street. That's a block over.

- Told you.

Jay - Stand down, it's a negative. Have a nice day.
