In one very specific timeline, Usagi takes Nehellenia into her heart and womb. So she ends up giving birth to twin girls: Chibiusa, aka Sailor Chibi/Neo Moon, and the reborn Nehellenia, aka Sailor Eclipse. The sisters are close to each other, and thanks to Helios being infertile, it's actually from Nehellenia that the Moon line continues.

I like the idea of the Senshi as these immortal Captain Marvel types for a very specific reason:
Namely that it, by established premises, makes Sailor Moon even more of a cosmic horror story than it already is, with these immortal alien sorceresses taking the bodies of children, making them immortal warriors in a never-ending war against Chaos (which is EXACTLY why they get to meet Iron Warriors as eventually it dawns on Usagi and Setsuna that the Senshi aren’t so different in crucial ways to the Astartes and this is a fundamental crisis of faith for them that lasts until the Nehellennia Arc) and giving them no choice but to conform to the script of an endless alien future of war against Chaos and Serenity enduring for all eternity as Cosmos, Guardian of the Galaxy Cauldron.
In their rebirth, the Senshi are full grown women whose mortal alter egos gradually catch up to the appearance of their Senshi transformation but even then there are clear physical differences, and elements of different personalities. Only Hotaru and Serenity have it happen to a Jekyll-Hyde degree, though Venus has elements where the old Venus slips out every once in a while and it goes....poorly...for everyone involved.
The Outer Senshi are much less human than the Inners, and always  are, with elements of a more violent streak at points and more of a diplomatic.wider awareness one at others. The Inners are a glorified Praetorian Guard, the Outers are one-woman armies, with Neptune the most powerful in a direct sense, and Pluto and Saturn the most powerful in raw power, though they play at different fields to the other Senshi.
In narrow senses, Pluto and Saturn are *more powerful* than Queen/Neo-Queen Serenity. Her power is a jack of all trades but master of none, they focus very specifically on narrow elements but can’t be nearly as versatile as she is.
In raw powerful terms, Pluto is one of the most powerful Senshi of Earth, but next to a juggernaut like Galaxia, ‘mere’ power over time doesn’t compare to a being whose power is sufficient to obliterate an entire city by merely transforming. Galaxia is just *that* powerful, to a point that she’s literally capable of making even Eternal Sailor Serenity an underdog.

In doing my Sailor Moon/40K fusion:
I actually take a hard look and avert some of the more problematic elements of the manga as actual established characterization. The breakup over the future dream arc? It, along with Haruka as Tuxedo Mask and her forcible kiss of Usagi appear as part of the Dead Moon Circus arc, which is shown as a blend of the search for the beautiful dream in dream mirrors and A Nightmare on Elm Street level reality warping shenanigans in nightmares.
As established in the canon these things are inexplicable character breaks, so in this case they don’t actually *happen*, save as part of Nehellenia getting her Freddy Krueger on to mess with her enemies.
Nehellennia herself by the time the Dead Moon Circus shows up owes a great deal to Freddy in terms of how her characterization works. She’s a once-lovely Queen fallen to madness and obsessed with her ideal world, and keen on using nightmares as weapons to obfuscate her real elements. She’s not really a creature of the Dream-world but she adapts to it *very* quickly and uses the nigntmares and the mirrors as part of a quest to rebuild a physical body, at least at the start.
