I have been lying awake in bed from midnight to 4am and I hate it 9__6
I started doing pushups after far too long a break of doing like NO arm workouts at all and my shoulder blade...itches? Tingles? In a bad way? Only the rigjt one! I feel compelled to stretch it to get rid of the feeling but the relief only lasts seconds. It’s like the pins and needles feeling of sensation coming back after your leg has been asleep, but on low heat and it does not stop. I can’t sleep with this feeling.
My eyes are also just PINNGGGG wide open for no reason? I did eat a new snack called a “keto cup” which is like a sugar free Reese’s cup and it was coffee flavored. That was almost 12 hours ago. Is the coffee keeping me awake too?
