Do you mean that this is the ending of the au and that you're done working with it or do you just mean that this is a comic chapter and you're done with this part?

I like to think that given the numerous remarks and his insensitivity toward the Goddess’s distress in the series, Qilby probably wasn’t too thrilled to see her again. It makes sense that he would hold a grudge against her for abandoning her children. Her departure must have been shocking for the Eliatropes who suddenly found themselves on their own without their deity to guide them. It must have been especially traumatic for Qilby and Shinonome who are the only ones who retained memories of their mother, as she was the only other person who could understand their curse. This is why over the years, Qilby developed a certain bitterness, or even hatred (?), toward the Great Goddess. However, he took the risk of giving her a second chance upon her return because he knows that she's still the best way to keep his people safe.

I have no doubt that his animosity toward her will worsen when he finds out she abandoned them once again. Maybe I’ll illustrate that later
