Pushpa 2: The Rule has become the third-highest-grossing Indian film of all time, amassing an impressive ₹1,508 crore globally. Despite being two weeks into its release, the action-thriller directed by Sukumar continues to dominate the box office, earning ₹17.75 crore on its fifteenth day. Domestically, its collections have reached ₹990.7 crore, according to The Indian Express.

Initially made in Telugu, the film's Hindi release has contributed significantly to its success, outperforming notable films like Stree 2. With theater occupancy ranging between 17% and 19%, the film remains a favorite among audiences.

A sequel to the 2021 hit Pushpa: The Rise, the movie concludes the intense rivalry between Pushpa and Bhanwar Singh.

However, controversy surrounds the lead actor, Allu Arjun, who was recently arrested in connection with a stampede incident during a screening that resulted in a fatality, as reported by Hindustan Times.
