Took concerta for the first time in two weeks and I am spiraling
#miranda talking shit#What i mean is my pulse is like 110+ and im just sitting down uh oh#I probably shouldnt take breaks with that medicine but i dont want to take it unless i need to... Which#Is usually 3 times per week.. Like i think it works but i hate my pulse being so high#Like im 90% sure im losing a lot of hair bc my pulse is always so high. To my body its like im anxious/stressed often#I mean i AM but then at least my pulse is like 70-80 when im resting yea...#Maybe i should try to lower the dose i take... I have 54mg the highest dose available is like 74mg#Like i basically cant leave the house without the medication i am just so exhausted ... But thej I'll be out in public with super high#Pulse feeling like im almost hyperventilating ... Idk man i at one hand dont want to stop bc#Ive heard stories of many that stopped the medication and then wasnt allowed to start it again bc their pulse was too high#I was already at the edge before i started... Idk man. Now ive gotten those breathing problems situations at night#More thaj once being super bad too. Either way i feel like ill lose hahdjfksoskfj#Plus getting in contact with a doctor is basically impossible lmao. I was waiting 3 months to see one and i was without medication#And known deppression/mental illness ... If my county/city wasnt so fucked maybe I'd be more inclined to but now it feels like haha...
