The concept of ART is a generational thing, it comes from visions, it comes from thought, it projects itself in the physical through mind and eye. These paintings are very special and important as they were hand built by Pule Magopa who is a traditional healer, painter and crafter who not only diversifies his art through Djng as well, he has curated through the Sun Xa Experiment direction, a master piece to be understood in time. Say after 10 years or so, the meaning of what we see is abstract, genius, language and of course a vivid picture of music is healer...  

During the course of 2019 right after Sun Xa Experiment Cape Town tour, the band went in studio in Gillits and upon their return to Soweto, they rehearsed the music through the crafting of this art piece before us. 

The whole aim was for the paint to paint and capture the feeling of the music while the art work is built up. Through these mediums of language a lot was born, a lot was set trend and Art, body Art, Creative Art, movement art, Performing art are all combined in this abstract chaos that Sun Xa Experiment are.....
