CITY OF PUEBLA TOOK INTEGRAL SERVICES TO INHABITANTS OF AGUA SANTA
Mayor Luis Banck and his wife Susana Angulo de Banck, president of the SMDIF, listened to proposals from families in the south of the city, in order to work together on actions that continue to improve the conditions in the area.
The previous, during the Day of Integral Development, which was held in the main esplanade of the housing unit Agua Santa.
As part of the activities, Luis Banck and Susana Angulo de Banck, took to the inhabitants of the place, medical, dental, optometric, psychological, nutritional services, laboratory tests, mediation, citizen care, among others.
The families also met in the mobile control and animal protection unit, where anti-rabies vaccines were applied as well as sterilization to pets.
Subsequently, the Mayor and his wife visited the Municipal Center for Equine Therapy and Integral Rehabilitation.

TONY GALI INAUGURATES THE 2017 INTERNATIONAL CHALLENGER TAEKWONDO CHAMPIONSHIP
Governor Tony Gali led the inauguration of the 2017 International Challenger Taekwondo Championship, with 2,500 competitors from all over the country, as well as from Colombia, United States, Spain, Guatemala and Tunisia.
The event was attended by the Mayor of Puebla, Luis Banck; the General Director of the Poblano Institute of Sports and Youth, Roberto Ruiz Esparza; among others.

BELANOVA MAKES FEEL BUTTERFLIES TO THEIR FOLLOWERS IN THE PUEBLA FAIR 2017

On Saturday night the electro pop group "Belanova" was presented with great success in the Artistic Forum of the Puebla Fair 2017, offering a concert that summoned thousands of fans in the framework of the celebration of 17 years of musical career.
In a press conference, prior to their presentation, Denisse, Edgar and Ricardo emphasized that their performance in the Victoria Square, would be special for their fans, with the sole objective of taking them along a path of memories and successes.
The euphoria exploded on the scenery where the fans gathered when "Belanova" stepped on the stage, who began their presentation with "Me pregunto", "Niño" and "Mariposas".
Later, "Belanova" continued with energy their concert making clear that they remain in the taste of the people, becoming a reference of the electro pop genre in our country, since at all times they were chanted by their followers

TONY GALI PRESENTS THE CIVIC MILITARY PARADE AND THE 5 DE MAYO INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL

Governor Tony Gali presented the Military Civic Parade and the 5 de Mayo International Festival as part of the commemoration of the 155th anniversary of the Battle of Puebla.
The governor stressed that during these festivities will ensure the tranquility of the families of Puebla and said that with these festivities Puebla will become the civic, historical and cultural center of Mexico.
He reported that there will be 3,400 military personnel, 5,870 civilians, 4,366 students from 30 public institutions that will be accompanied by floats representing historic passages and traditional bands; In addition to 350 dancers from the municipalities of Hueyapan, Ajalpan, Ixtepec, Cuetzalan and San Miguel Tenango will participate.
The governor announced that there will be new floats: the Serpent and Pyramids, Mexico Independence, Cinco de Mayo Battle, Women of the Mexican Revolution and Centennial of the Revolution, to honor the traditions and the pride of the poblanos.
Tony Gali stressed that the Cinco de Mayo International Festival will promote the development of Indigenous Peoples, in this sense indicated that there will be a cultural scene of the seven regions of the state, which will feature handicrafts and gastronomic products.
Roberto Trauwitz, Secretary of Culture and Tourism, announced that the sixth edition of the Festival will take place from May 5th to 21st and will feature more than 1,200 artists from countries such as Colombia, Spain, Cuba, Mexico, Argentina and U.S.
He emphasized that an approximate audience of 100 thousand people is expected in the different shows, where visitors can enjoy the attractions in a healthy coexistence.
The mayor of Puebla, Luis Banck, said that this celebration, will be cultural and entertainment for the people and the poblanos.

TONY GALI AND DINORAH LOPEZ CLOSE THE REGIONAL SPORTS TOURNAMENT OF THE UNION OF WORKERS OF THE JUDICIAL POWER OF THE FEDERATION
Governor Tony Gali and the President of the State DIF System Trust, Dinorah Lopez de Gali, rewarded the participants of the Regional Sports Tournament of the Union of Judicial Power Workers of the Federation, which involved more than 15 cities in the central zone of the country and was hosted at the Mario Vaquez Rana High Performance Center.
In his message, the governor expressed his pride in receiving this tournament for the first time in the state, which summoned more than 700 athletes, so he welcomed the sporting spirit among unionized workers.
Likewise, Mayor Luis Banck pointed out that when practicing a sports activity not only bets on the physical condition, but the effort reflected in the work, especially the coexistence with family and friends, in addition to developing three important skills for life and work: mental, emotional and physical strength.

TONY GALI AND LUIS BANCK PRESENT THE BOOK "IN THE NAME OF THE FATHERLAND"
Governor Tony Gali and Mayor Luis Banck led the presentation of the book "In the name of the country, Puebla in the Constitutional Process 1913-1917."
In his message, Governor Tony Gali recalled that Puebla has always been a key and representative point of the nation, so he celebrated the edition of the work that is presented today, which contains in the prologue, the contribution of the chronicler Pedro Angel Palou.
During the event, the State Executive and the Mayor of Puebla handed over the Royal Certificate to Luis Maldonado, president of the National Academy of History and Geography (ANHG).
Likewise, they granted this recognition to the legislator Cristina Gaytan, president of the Culture Commission of the Congress of the Union.
The state official emphasized that the knowledge of history and the approach to culture are fundamental on the road to progress, as they tell the values and ideals of women and men who remember the heroic character of the poblanos.
Meanwhile, the Mayor Luis Banck, highlighted the company in the Hall of Governor Tony Gali.
In the context of the Centenary of the Constitution of 1917, Mayor Luis Banck noted that federal deputies, Luis Maldonado Venegas and Cristina Gaytan Hernandez, promoters of the book that is exposed today, are in turn prominent promoters of culture in Mexico.
Likewise, Tony Gali and Luis Banck recognized the history of the President of the Council of the Chronicle, Pedro Angel Palou, for his contribution to the historical research of Puebla.
In the event were present: Roberto Flores Toledano, Magistrate, President of the H. Superior Court of Justice of the State; Mario Riestra Pina, General Secretary of the City Council; Jorge Cruz Bermudez, General Secretary of the Academy of History and Geography.

A SEXY SHOW OF JNS IN PUEBLA FAIR 2017

A seductive and energetic night offered the members of the group JNS, who fell in love with every soul that gathered in the Artistic Forum of the Puebla Fair 2017, with a spectacular musical production.
At a press conference, the girls commented that the poblana capital is one of the cities that have visited most since their reunion, being the poblanos the followers who have most supported their return to the stage.
Later, Regina, Karla, Angie and Melissa took the stage, where they had an impressive reception and generated from the first moment a great interaction with the audience, who sang each of their successes for about 120 minutes.
After performing "La illusion del primer amor", "Ammore" and "Corazon Confidente", the quartet paused in his presentation to sing happy birthday to Karla that thanked the public their friendly gesture.

AGREEMENT WITH CLUB ALPHA PUEBLA WILL PROMOTE THE SPORT IN STUDENTS OF THE CENTER OF DAY: ANGULO DE BANCK.
The President of the Board of the Municipal DIF System, Susy Angulo de Banck and Sergio Barrera Pena, General Director of the Alpha Club Puebla Foundation, signed a collaboration agreement that will benefit the children of the SMDIF Day Center.
As part of the commitment of Mayor Luis Banck and his wife, Susy Angulo de Banck, to foster the healthy development and well-being of the children of the Municipality of Puebla, this synergy with the Club Alpha Foundation will allow students to receive swimming lessons.
Angulo de Banck said that with this agreement, it contributes to the physical and mental development of children, who practice a sport will allow them to be more disciplined to achieve their goals and perform better in their daily activities.

DINORAH LOPEZ AND TONY GALI STRENGTHEN COLLABORATION LINKS WITH THE COLLEGE OF NOTARIES
Governor Tony Gali and the President of the State DIF System Board, Dinorah Lopez de Gali, met with members of the Notaries Association to strengthen ties of collaboration and strengthen joint actions for the benefit of the Puebla families.
The governor said that his style of governing is close to the people, so he has instructed his entire cabinet to work hand by hand with society in favor of equality and the common good.
As part of this meeting, Dinorah Lopez de Gali signed a letter of engagement with the President of the Notaries Association, Fabian Gerardo Lara Said, in order to make the necessary physical adjustments to ensure accessibility for people with disabilities who attend to the notaries of the state to carry out some procedure.
The President of the Board of Trustees of SEDIF stressed that, in this way, it is facilitated that people with disabilities can enter and remain in the notary's offices in safety conditions, but also contributes to achieve their social inclusion by allowing their participation in different areas.

DINORAH LOPEZ DE GALI ENABLES STATE GOVERNMENT STRATEGY TO CARE FOR WOMEN'S HEALTH
Dinorah Lopez de Gali presented an interinstitutional strategy to reinforce the actions of prevention and health care of the people of Puebla.
In the framework of International Women's Day, the President of the Board of the State DIF System and the Secretary of Health of the state, Arely Sanchez Negrete, organized the "Health Day for Women: Puebla Keeps Going".
In addition, jointly with the deputy director of Reproductive Health of the Secretary of Health of the Government of the Republic, Rufino Luna Gordillo, and the mayor of Atlixco, Jose Luis Galeazzi Berra, signed commitments to prevent and attend in a timely manner Breast cancer

Meanwhile, the Mayor of Atlixco, Jose Luis Galeazzi, acknowledged the development of Puebla women, as well as the effort made by this group to move towards equity.
On the other hand, Dinorah Lopez de Gali inaugurated the conference "Integrating Equality with Equity", directed at working women and organized by the Volunteer of this organization, as part of the commemoration of International Women's Day.

On International Women's Day, Governor Tony Gali recognized the work of state teachers by delivering the Distinguished Teacher Award.
Accompanied by the President of the Board of the State System DIF, Dinorah Lopez de Gali, the Executive granted 124 economic stimuli with an amount of 2.4 million pesos, as well as the "Carmen Serdan" Award.
"You are the backbone of society, they are those who forge values, wisdom and ethics," the governor said to the teachers of the state.
The head of Public Education, Patricia Vazquez del Mercado, said that the education system in Puebla has a staff of more than 2 million, of which 70 percent are women committed to their profession and put all efforts for educational quality.
At the event were present the President of the Education Commission at the State Congress, Cirilo Salas; and the undersecretaries of Compulsory Education, Lucero Nava Bolanos, and Higher Education, Ignacio Alvizar.

ACCOUNTABILITY AND TRANSPARENCY, FUNDAMENTAL IN THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN: TONY GALI
Governor Tony Gali met with members of his cabinet to analyze the progress of the State Development Plan 2017-2018, which will group the 1,893 proposals collected in the Citizen Forums that were held in the seven regions of the state.
At the working table, which aimed to strengthen transparency and accountability, Tony Gali reiterated his commitment for Puebla to occupy the first place in these areas, as well as in the Results-Based Budget (PbR for its acronym in Spanish).
He stressed that strategic planning is essential for public programs to really benefit the population and added that transparency and accountability are essential, as they encourage citizen participation and evaluation.
State Superior Auditor David Villanueva celebrated Tony Gali's performance in the Results-based Budget when he served as Mayor and mentioned that it will serve as a reference for implementing these actions in the state.
The Secretary of Finance and Administration, Raul Sanchez Kobashi, said that the intention is to continue working on the guidelines to present a State Plan that will help Puebla obtain the best results in all areas.

TONY GALI TAKES PROTEST TO THE AMPEP STEERING COMMITTEE
Governor Tony Gali pledged to respect the freedom of speech responsible and acknowledged the work of the communicators of the state, by protesting the Steering Committee of the Association of Women Journalists and Writers of Puebla (AMPEP for its acronym in Spanish).
Accompanied by the President of the Board of the State DIF System, Dinorah Lopez de Gali, the governor announced that it will promote, through the Ministry of Public Education, the creation of the Journalism Degree.
Tony Gali stressed that he will maintain a humanist and transparent government, close to all sectors, where communication will be the most important to break the barriers and meet the needs of the population.

AURELIO NUNO AND TONY GALI JOIN FORCES FOR A QUALITY EDUCATION
The head of the Secretariat of Public Education (SEP for its acronym in Spanish), Aurelio Nuno and the governor of Puebla, Tony Gali, led a work table with the aim of promoting actions in favor of education for children and youth.
The federal official affirmed that the government of the Republic will support the programs aimed at raising the quality of education in the poblano state and will maintain a synergy with the government of Tony Gali.

500 CYCLISTS WILL CLIMB THE GTM TO THE 2ND SKY CHALLENGE INTERNATIONAL BIKE
In a journey of 30 kilometers and reaching a height of 4,500 meters above sea level, the second Sky Challenge International Bike will be held this April 9th starting from the poblano municipality of Chalchicomula de Sesma to reach the Grand Millimeter Telescope (GTM for its acronym in Spanish) informed the Mayor, Juan Navarro.
For his part, the organizer of the event, Gilbert Soliman, said that up to 500 cyclists from various parts of the country are expected, and even international.
Regarding the development of the competition, Soliman explained that the start for the most advanced cyclists will be at 8 in the morning to cover the 30 kilometers with a difference of up to 2,000 meters, while there will be a second exit for beginners who will run less distance.
The cost of the inscriptions will be 350 pesos and can be done directly in the zocalo of Chalchicomula de Sesma one day before the competition, being credited to a T-shirt and medal.

60,000 VISITORS AWAIT AT HOLLY WEEK FAIR IN ATEMPAN.

From April 9th to 16th, the municipality of Atempan will hold its traditional Fair of Holly Week 2017, which will include artistic, cultural and sporting activities.
Among the activities are the procession with the image of the Santo Entierro and the live performance of the Viacrucis of Jesus, which will be staged by 70 young people from the community, both of which will take place on Friday, April 14th.
The Mayor, Mario Herrera said that during the 8 days that last the festivities expect to receive an economic spill of 60 million pesos, coming from 60 thousand visitors.
He said that tourists mostly come from the north-eastern region of Puebla, but also from states like Veracruz, Mexico, Hidalgo and Tlaxcala.
