We manage, operate, maintain and service business jets owned by third parties and provide VIP passenger services – all to the highest level of standard both internally and externally. We work collaboratively as a team accepting responsibility for our role in the team and contributing towards the success of our business.

About the Role

Reporting to the Ground Operations Director, the role of Receptionist is a key position in the sense that generally you are the first point of contact for all our VVIP clients. You will:

Greet, assist and serve light refreshments to VIP guests

Ensure the required daily reports are completed correctly and on time

Working with the cleaning and facilities management team, ensure all area of the FBO are clean, stocked and maintained to DCAF standard

Maintain a safe working environment

Assist the Ground Ops team, Cabin Crew, Marketing Manager and other relevant management as required

Other task within your area of expertise as assigned by Line Manager

About the Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Be able to read and write English to a professional standard

Have proven customer services skills

Have an excellent telephone manner

Be professionally and neatly presented

Be able to use excel, word, telephone switchboard and email

Minimum Experience:

Previous experience within aviation or hospitality industry

VIP experience desirable

Job-Specific Skills:

Detail oriented methodical approach to solving/performing tasks

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Pride in performing to the best of own ability

Good communications and interpersonal skills
