Because they are made with fresh berries and banana, these fruit popsicles are very healthy. They are a great summer treat for both kids and adults because the Greek yogurt makes them creamy and gives them protein.

Ingredients: 2 cups mixed berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. 1 banana, ripe. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1 tablespoon honey optional.

Instructions: Get the berries clean and remove the shells. Put the mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, and honey if using in a blender. Mix until it's smooth. Place the mix into popsicle molds. Place a popsicle stick in each mold. Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it's solid. Just run the molds under warm water for a second to get the popsicles out of them.
