What bands I think they listen to!!
(All of these are some of my personal favourite bands so yea!)
Dew: I get Cannibal Corpse, Repugnant, SOAD vibes from him. He likes super heavy stuff but likes silly soad songs from time to time (Cigaro has a special place in his heart).
Rain: THE SMITHS AND YOU CANNOT CONVINCE ME OTHERWISE!! He also likes The Carpenters and The Housemartins. They're good bands to listen to when reading in his room and the songs feel very warm to him.
Aether: Dad rock. The man loves Queen. Clinically obsessed almost. He also loves Iron Maiden, Madness and Misfits (Phantom got him into them after showing him a pic of Doyle). He also loves a bit of David Bowie and has seen Labyrinth enough times to know all the characters' lines.
Phantom: Loves Queen because of Aeth! He prefers the more fun and upbeat songs though. He loves silly bands cuz he's a silly bug! His faves are Oingo Boingo, Devo, and Psychedelic Porn Crumpets! Honestly the boy could go on and on about the Weird Science album by Oingo (it has him in a chokehold...)
Swiss: He genuinely listens to anything from the Nyan Cat theme tune to Beyonce. His current favourite band is Static-X and hes had Project Regeneration Vol 1 on loop for weeks. The songs have provided him with more energy than his usual 7 Red Bulls do.
Mountain: He doesn't really listen to music but his current go-to is Subvision, especially Son of May, Necropolis, or Love Is A Fire! He has been known to listen to Rammstein from time to time, especially in the shower...

365 Marvel Comics Paper Cut-Out SuperHeroes - One Hero, Every Day, All Year…
December 18th - Ikaris
The hero known as Ikaris is an Eternal, a member of a powerful race of beings created by the Celestials millions of years ago.  The Celestials had seeded Earth, as they had with countless other worlds, with the potential for its population to develop and evolve into greater life forms; The Eternals were placed on Earth to guide humankind and protect the populace from The Deviants.
Like his fellow Eternals, Ikaris possesses the ability to transmute matter.  This makes him immortal and bestows him the powers of flight, enhanced strength and  energy projection.  Furthermore, Ikaris can regenerate from any injury and can even be reincarnated in full were he to fall in battle.
Although Ikarais preferred to remain a detached protector of mankind uninvolved in their affairs, there have been times where he has had to intervene and use his awesome powers to protect others.  More recently, Ikaris came to learn that he and his fellow Eternals were artificial beings and that the Celestials were not the benevolent progenitors of life in the cosmos that he had initially believed them to be.  Furthermore, The Deviants were also creations of The Celestials whom the Eternals were pitted against because they defied their creators’ wishes and existed independent of The Celestials.  Following the death of a human boy whom Ikaris had pledged himself to protect, Ikaris led a delegation to meet with The Deviants in hopes of discovering means in which the Eternals could become more like The Deviants.
Actor Richard Madden portrayed the hero in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Ikras first appeared in the pages of The Eternals Vol. 1 #1 (1976).

[PREVIEW] Static-X + Sevendust @ Vogue Theatre
Tumblr media
It’s hard to imagine anywhere louder than the Vogue Theatre this Sunday – that’s because industrial metal legends Static-X and alt metal stalwarts Sevendust are taking over for the night and shaking it to the ground.
The nu metal double bill is making its way up the west coast, with this leg of the Machine Killer tour kicking off at Sick New World in Las Vegas. The tour is something of a reunion between Static-X, Sevendust and New York City metallers Dope, who toured together in 1999 and are still going strong a quarter of a century later.
The tour is a celebration of the old with the new, named after Static-X’s 2001 gold-certified Machine and Sevendust’s 14th studio album, 2023’s Truth Killer. If recent setlists are any indication, Vancouver is in for one hell of a show, with some blasts from the past interspersed with new tunes that are just as heavy as the classics.
Static-X’s set features a Wisconsin Death nostalgia trip – “Love Dump,” “Bled for Days,” “I’m With Stupid,” and of course “Push It” – contrasted by songs like “Hollow” and “Z0mbie” off of Project: Regeneration Vol. 1 & 2, respectively, plus some fan favourites like “Black and White,” “This Is Not” and “Cold” that will surely have the energy up in the Vogue.
Likewise, Sevendust is pulling out some of their old hits like “Black” and “Bitch” from their eponymous debut album, “Enemy” and “Face to Face” from 2004’s Seasons, and other killer selections from their 30-year back catalog.
Sunday’s show also marks Static-X’s first Vancouver concert in five years and Sevendust’s first in six, making this a long-awaited return for both bands. Sevendust features the same lineup they’ve had for much of the late ’90s and 2000s, while Static-X includes founding members Koichi Fukuda (lead guitar, keyboards), Tony Campos (bass, backing vocals) and Ken Jay (drums) with lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Xer0, who joined in 2018 following the untimely passing of original vocalist Wayne Static.
In addition to Static-X, Sevendust and Dope, Wisconsin metal trio Lines of Loyalty is joining them on tour, opening what is sure to be an outstanding show.
The return of these two nu metal powerhouses on one stage makes this a can’t-miss concert for anyone who likes it loud. Bring earplugs, this will be a good one.
Event Information
Static-X + Sevendust with Dope and Lines of Loyalty
Sunday, May 5, Vogue Theatre
Doors at 5:30 p.m., Show at 6:15 p.m.

viszont további tippekre is érdekelnének
