For our extended Earth Day celebration, Kiril Ravensong and I are proud to announce the creation of: S^3- Self Sufficient Society, a new 501c4 nonprofit meant to usher in the Self Sufficient (S^2) Revolution.

The Unites States of America, per person, has the most people in prison that any other nation in the World; more than China, more than Russia.  Whats worse is that most of these people are from lower income homes that have less education than the majority of Americans.  The for-profit prison industry is making a mockery of justice.  I propose a pivot for the American Prison industry- Let's take all nonviolent offenders out of jail, have them build sustainable communities around the US using the tools of the Global Village Construction Set, and offer them a place to live when they finish their sentence.  No more prisoners for slave labor, serving the shareholders of for profit prisons.  Instead, real justice, followed by the respect any rehabilitated person deserves, and a place to live and strive.
