The reason I chose to name this blog Hindu Lives Matter is not because I think we are fragile. Read any of our history, we have been persecuted for ages, and yet our faith stands strong.

It's called Hindu Lives Matter, because they do matter, and to the outsider, Hinduphobia seems very trivial. They will scream and rage about Islamophobia, but stay silent about Hinduphobia.

You aren't wrong, we definitely don't need saving. But in a world where hatred runs rampant against Hindus, awareness is needed. Which is why I made this blog.

आज दुनियांभ��� में मार्शलआर्ट खासा लोकप्रीय हो चुका है। दुनियांभर के लोग इसे आत्मरक्षा के लिए सीखते हैं। वैसे इसके उत्पत्ति को लेकर भी दुनियांभर में काफी मतभेद हैं, लोगों का मानना है कि मार्शल आर्ट की उत्पत्ति चीन में हुई थी। वहीं भारतीय पौराणिक ग्रंथों में इस बात का उल्लेख मिलता है कि मार्शल आर्ट की उत्पत्ति भारत में ही भगवान कृष्ण ने की थी। यानी मार्शल आर्ट हमारी भारतीय परंपरा है।

बता दें कि कलरीपायट्टु वह शस्त्र विद्या है जिसे आज के युग में मार्शल आर्ट के नाम से जाना जाता है। माना जाता है कलरीपायट्टु दुनिया का सबसे पुराना मार्शल आर्ट है और कलरीपायट्टु को सभी तरह के मार्शल आर्ट का जनक भी कहा जाता है।

इसी विधा की मदद से श्री कृष्ण ने कई दैत्यों का मार गिराया

कृष्ण और चाणूर के बीच कुश्ति

पौराणिक ग्रंथों में उल्लिखित है कि इस विद्या के माध्यम से ही श्रीकृष्ण ने चाणूर और मुष्टिक जैसे दैत्य मल्लों का वध किया था। उस समय भगवान कृष्ण की उम्र 16 वर्ष की थी। इसकी मदद से भगवन कृष्ण ने मथुरा में दुष्ट रजक के सिर को हथेली के प्रहार से काट दिया था।

ब्रज के जंगलो में हुई थी इसकी उत्पत्ति

कहा जाता है कि ब्रज के जंगलो में कृषण ने मार्शल आर्ट की शुरुआत की थी

पौराणिक मान्यताओं के अनुसार श्रीकृष्ण ने मार्शल आर्ट का विकास ब्रज क्षेत्र के वनों में किया था। डांडिया रास उसी का एक नृत्य रूप है। कालारिपयट्टू विद्या के प्रथम आचार्य श्रीकृष्ण को ही माना जाता है। हालांकि इसके बाद इस मार्शलआर्ट के इस विद्या को अगस्त्य मुनि ने पूरी दुनियां तक प्रचारत कर पहुंचाया था।

नारायणी सेना के शक्तियों का राज भी यही है

अर्जुन और दुर्योधन कृष्ण से मदद मागने उनके पास पहुंचे

इस विद्या के कारण ही ‘नारायणी सेना’ उस समय की सबसे बलवान और प्रहारी सेना के रुप में मानी जाती थी। बता दें कि नारायणी सेना श्री कृष्ण की सेना थी। द्वापरयुग में जब दुर्योधन और अर्जुन दोनों श्रीकृष्ण से सहायता मा��गने गए थें, तो श्रीकृष्ण ने दुर्योधन को पहला अवसर प्रदान किया। श्रीकृष्ण ने कहा कि वह उसमें और उसकी सेना नारायणी सेना में किसी को एक चुन लें। दुर्योधन ने नारायणी सेना का चुनाव किया और अर्जुन ने श्रीकृष्ण का चुनाव किया था। इसे चतुरंगिनी सेना भी कहते हैं।

श्री कृष्ण ने रखी थी कलरीपायट्टु की नींव

केरल मे कलरिपायट्टु आज भी सिखाई जाती है

ग्रंथों में इस बात का भी उल्लेख मिलता है कि श्रीकृष्ण ने ही कलारिपट्टू की नींव रखी थी, जो बाद में बोधिधर्मन से होते हुए आधुनिक मार्शल आर्ट में विकसित हुई। बोधिधर्मन के कारण ही यह विद्या चीन, जापान आदि बौद्ध देशों में पहुंची। वर्तमान में कलरीपायट्टु विद्या विद्या केरल और कर्नाटक में प्रचलित है।
