What remains of #Ophelia is on a collision course with Ireland and the UK. This storm holds a record as being the farthest east major Atlantic hurricane in recorded history. Even with the storm being post-tropical, it remains a threat to the Irish homeland, bringing with it winds of up to 65-70 mph upon landfall. In fact, I’ve visited a few towns in Ireland (including Dublin) just this past summer.
