Here's a beautiful little story for you:

Next to Normal is currently playing in Helsinki, Finland and Uppsala, Sweden. ( Both productions are being performed in Swedish)

Yesterday, the actor who plays Henry in the Swedish production called in sick. On a whim, the producer called Pontus Simm (Henry in the Finnish production) and asked him if he would be willing to come and play Henry in their production. He said yes and that same evening (after about three hours of rehearsals) he stepped on stage and played Henry with another translation than the one he is used to, a completely different production and cast members he'd never performed with before, without a script in hand. That is really, really impressive.

They even managed to find him the right outfits to wear and made a beautiful sign with his name to put in the foyer.
