Reader: gender-neutral (no pronouns) for both the reader and the ex Warnings: the love-interests having thoughts of murder & non-specified torture of the reader's ex, spoilers for what positions they're in in season 3 episode 5

•You're at an event with them, a gathering with people of various social classes, including your ex for some reason •Your boyfriends haven't outed you as their official date of course, that would be too dangerous with Oswald in such a high position, two positions, if you count his illegal business •He and Ed regret you being single in the eye of the public however, when they find out that your ex is there - before even knowing that the ex wants you back •Actually, just seeing you with someone else incites jealousy in both, knowing your past relationship or not

•Then they hear the ex bringing up your previous relationship and "how much they regret things not having worked the first time". •"First time"? More like last time!

•Forget Ed's "Love is about sacrifice, it's about putting someone else's needs before your own". He's a huge hypocrite. Yes, he'd sacrifice things for you, but he won't let you sacrifice even a little of your own happiness to make your ex feel better. Is that because he's jealous? Partly yes. A bigger part of it 🤫

•With Oswald, it depends on how much Ed and you have expressed that you dislike jealousy, cause he'll reign it in if it prevents you from being sad or angry at him, and keep the murder fantasies to a minimum...

•...unlike Ed. He'll see you talking with your ex and picture himself walking over to plunge a knife into the offending person's chest. His imagination can be rather vivid 💀. •Oswald has to shake him out of the fantasy, feeling rather lonely by now •Ed sees Oswald's worry and jumps into action: •He walks over to you and introduces your boyfriend to your ex, aiming to make a professional impression •With Oswald possibly still being more shaken, Ed does the talking, mentioning many a great deed of them while testing the stranger's knowledge •He does this using riddles that neither you nor Oswald can answer •To be honest, this makes Ozzie pretty insecure. He knows that Ed is showing off & using extra difficult questions but the ex forensic science technician looks at you as if only the people who know the answer were worthy of your love

•Oswald is quick to drag you away, not even giving your ex an explanation. He's a feared man, he doesn't need to justify himself. •Away from the party guests, Ozzie pads you down to look for harm •Ed asks whether you want them to take care of "the problem" •Both are very eager to make propositions about what they could do to your ex •They can get pretty graphic •Oswald could describe torture and Ed would admire him with heart eyes 😍😂

•After their initial rambling, your partners listen very closely to what you have to say •If the ex was abusive or is creeping you out...well, Owald slowly starts to smile rather innocently and is soon joined by Ed 🙃😂

•Until you know what you want to be done with your ex, Oswald's henchmen can always deal with the unwanted guest •Oswald can make use of his mayor security for you •They'll definitely do a background check, just to be sure. This is Gotham, they can't trust just about anyone, good taste or not 😉

•Now Ed is freaking out about the chances of you still being interested in your ex, even without having heard what you've got to say about it •Oswald is a little calmer and musters up the courage to ask about your feelings

•If you tell them that you still find your ex attractive, they're heartbroken. Two smart men reduced to sad kicked puppies. What did they do wrong?! Or what did your ex do so right? Can they do something? Anything? They'd worry about it a lot

•If you say that you "just" like your ex as a friend, they're still agitated •They probably both propose to out themselves as your boyfriend, only to follow it up with promising not to for your safety

•Unfortunately, the event must continue and so your ex talks to you again, much to your boyfriends' misery •They're very protective of each other and would normally offer to kill whoever's upsetting the other in a heartbeat •Now they just throw each other worried glances and direct glares at your ex together

•When the event is over - naturally or after a word from the mayor - you're quickly whisked away by them •Once alone with you, they're less agited •Perhaps you want to share your true hatred for your ex now? Or tell them what you love about them? Please 😢 •They need it

•After some time Ed calms down, not having Oswald's reflexes to analyze people's every micro expression •He'll show you why you should stay with him

Let's just say I wouldn't say no to making a one-shot with this topic in the future - because Ozzie definitely takes longer to be assured ;)

Oh my! Thank you for adding Gotham villains! With that, could you do a poly yandere Penguin and Riddler with someone falsely persecuted at the asylum and how they get her? Thank you!

Yaaaaay, first Gotham request! ^^ And its a good one!! XD 

This is kind of a mix between a oneshot and headcanons, so I hope you like it!

·         Honestly at this point I don’t think either of them have a relationship setting that isn’t possessive or obsessive.

·         It happens during season 4, when Oz is in Arkham again with Jerome, and Ed is struggling with the Riddler trying to come back again.

·         Except, in this version, you’re there to keep Oswald safe from Jerome -as much as possible, I mean, -, and earn his trust. Because you’re sweet, and soft, and good and you obviously give a damn about him. It takes a bit, of course, but… It happens. He trusts you, and he starts to like you, and then he realises he doesn’t just like you. He loves you, and maybe this time it’ll work out, because you’re good. And… also… theirs, like, no other competition.

·         Oz is both pissed that you got put in here, because, obviously, you’re innocent! Look at you, you are legitimately a ray of sunshine in his eyes, how could they ever think you’re guilty of anything?? And also, he’s happy you’re here because he got to meet you.

·         But trust me, he will make your prosecutors pay, as soon as possible.

·         Remember, during this time Ed is around, with Lee and falling in love with her. But, the thing is, when he comes to talk to Oz and Riddler leaves that message, Jerome forces you into the visiting room while they’re talking because he’s just curious as to what’s going on, and thinks it’ll be funny to send you in, because everyone knows the Penguin has a thing for you. And in that moment, the Riddler, looking out through Ed’s eyes but without control, falls in love with you. So, Ed is in love with Lee, and Riddler is in love with you.

·         Now, from then on, the Riddler is (Along with trying to take control of the body) trying to persuade Ed to go after you, instead of Lee. Which, doesn’t really work because he doesn’t see what’s so special. You’re just the girl Oswald’s in love with, who cares?  

·         When Ed comes to turn himself into Arkham and Oz pulls out the Riddler, permanently, is when things become really insane for you.

·         Again, Jerome sends you in (Pushes you into the office, for shits and giggles. Yeah, he’s playing accidental cupid here for a day) and you, awkwardly raise a hand to waive. “Aha… sorry. Hi, Oz, um… Edwar- “

·         Oh man, Riddler get so excited, and goes over to you because now he can! He can talk to you, and touch you, and stand by you. Whatever he likes! “Not my name!~”

·         “Wha- “Realisation dawns on you, and you gape, turning to Oz. All embarrassment gone, and replaced with outrage and disappointment. Poor Ed! “You brough him out??”

·         “I… “Oz is searching for the right words, to stand up for what he did so you stop being mad at him. Finally, he deadpans, and gestures to the Riddler, who’s still just smiling down at you. “Well, it was necessary! He’s gonna get us out! Aren’t you, Riddler.”

·         (Remember at this point you haven’t been made aware by either of them that they’re in love with you by anyone but Jerome, who only has suspicions)

·         “Certainly. And then Y/N and I can rule Gotham together.” Causing deep surprise for you, the Riddler takes your hand and raises it to his lips- but before he can kiss it Oz lunges over and quickly, slaps his wrist.

·         “No!” Oz points angrily, but firmly at the Riddler. “Y/N and I will rule Gotham, and take revenge on the idiot prosecutors who put her here! You, can get lost back to your squaller in the Narrows as soon as we get out. Thank you.”

·         You’re just standing there, looking awkward and thinking, like, well this is all news to me…

·         Riddler reels back, angry. “What?” He’s in love with you, too?? How… fucking irksome!

·         “Ed, I hate to pull this card, but I’ve known her longer!”

·         Riddler looks annoyed, but ready to wait for Oz to finish his tantrum. “Oswald… “

·         “As barbaric as it is, I had dibs!”

·         “Uh… “You raise a finger, wanting the floor for a moment after that… and, surprisingly, they both look at you and wait for you to speak. Oh, well, that’s nice. “Uhm, okay! Well, I’m not a piece of meat, so, how about I make the decision?”

·         They both think for a moment… then look iffy. “Sorry, dear, any other time I would! But I’ve loved and lost enough, to not allow that this time.” And, Oz really does seem apologetic, as the words sink into you and you feel dread. He past yours hand, gently and very quick.

·         Riddler agrees, looking also half apologetic at you. “Yeah, Y/N, he’s already stolen a lover from me, so I can’t take the risk. Oh- Don’t worry, though. I promise to make you infinitely happy, with me.”

·         You can only stand and feel helpless, as they get back to arguing with each other. You know all about the things both of them have done in the past- who doesn’t?? So, you really feel like you’re in a rut here. You could run off back to your cell, but that won’t stop them. Nothing will stop them, and you or someone else will end up getting hurt…

·         Eventually, Oz threatens a war, and they glare at each other for a few moments. Then Riddler leans back with a sigh, and glances at you. He thinks, he wants you. But he doesn’t want a war- it won’t be any fun being with you, if he’s always thinking about his next move on Oswald, a worthy competitor. “How about… “He thinks, dreading the words that are about to come out of his mouth, that he does care for Oswald, to some degree. He always has, below all the hatred for him and the anger. Oswald made him into the Riddler, twice. “… We share her. It’s not ideal, in the… “ He gives Oswald the once over, and Oz looks entirely insulted and confused and horrified and what he’s suggesting. “Least, but. Neither of us want a war, do we? And Y/N certainly doesn’t.”

·         “No… we don’t… And, I agree in that we need to put her wellbeing first… “

·         They’re talking about you like you aren’t here, and you’re just watching this go down in humorously horrified fashion. Be with… both of them??? This is crazy.

·         “Okay, then its settled.”

·         “… sure… “

·         They’re both still unsure, but don’t see another option. Finally, Oswald sighs and straightens up. “Okay, well, partner, you better prove yourself to us and get us out of here. But first, you need to save Martin, so… “

·         And, suddenly, you’re within the clutches of two of Gothams (And, the worlds, I’d be willing to bet) most dangerous, and obsessive and pretty men, and there’s no bloodless escape.

Ooo can I please request a Poly Yandere Nygmobblepot x innocent reader headcannon where it takes place when Ed had saved Oz and brought him back to his apartment. Ed, after doing some research, finds out that Oz is just as in love with and obsessed with Y/n as he is, so he goes, finds Y/n, and brings her home with him to his apartment. So when Oz wakes up, Ed tells him one about his new uh… Hobby lol (like he did in the show), but also that he brought the love of their life home, Y/n! She’s super freaked out and scared but Oz and Ed get her to calm down and all three of them fall in love? Oof and when Ed saves James Gordon’s life (when he wakes up and sees Ed and Oz singing/playing the piano in the show), Gordon would be like “???” Seeing Ed, Oz, and Y/n singing, playing the piano, and being all lovey dovey

Oswad is thrilled that Ed had saved him and also shared his love with y/n. When he sees you, you are tied to a chair with soft silk so you don't hurt yourself with tears streaming down your face. Both the men crouch down to you level and hush you telling it is okay. Ed explains that they love you and just want you safe. Oswald mentions the crime in Gotham and how they are worried you may be hurt. You being innocent believed them and slowly started to calm down. You know Ed and Oswald so you feel comfortable around them. They stroke your face and arms. Edward slowly unties you and lays by you on the bed. Oswald joins and hums to you. It didn't take long for you to fall head over heals for you. They are so kind and gentle like you are porcelain. They taught you how to play the piano, it was a fun pass time.

You and Oswald were eating super when Ed brought Jim home and saved him. You being kind set up the bed made sure he was comfortable and set water with some food next to Jim for when he wakes up. When Jim does wake up he sees you three laughing and playing piano together. "W-where am I?" You all turn to Jim and explain the Ed had saved him. Jim just stares at you all trying to understand what was going on.

It was just another normal day in Gotham,My older brother Jim and his new partner Harvey Bullock were picking me up from work while my car was in the shop. I was grading some of my students homework,not paying attention to the conversation going on.

It was only when i smelled the familiar scent of the pier that i looked up,"What are we doing here? Did you guys need to pick up something?" Harvey shook his head."No,Jim and i need to dispose of some trash though,wait here." I shot him a look at being told what to do but held my tongue when Jim shook his head with a strange look in his eye,a mixture of fear and confusion.

Imagine my surprise upon seeing harvey pull a living person out of the trunk before pushing the poor man towards Jim.The second i saw the gun in Jims hand and the scared look on the mans face when he looked at me through the car window caused all common sense to fly out of my mind.Without a second thought i jumped out of the car,"Jim what are you doing?! Put that gun away right now!" Jim winced when he saw my scared expression,never wanted to be the cause of it.

The mystery man whimpered,"Please Jim listen to her!" Jim clenched his jaw."Shut it!(Y/n) get back in the car!" I furrowed my eyebrows."I will not sit there and watch you shoot this poor man!" The man looked at me pleadingly when Jim grabbed his arm and began pushing him backwards towards the edge.He had a horrible limp due to an injury in his leg,i felt the need to help grow the more he whimpered."Please miss,i-i don't want to die.." I felt my heart clench at the crack in his voice."Jim if you do not lower your gun and release him right now,i swear to god i will disown you and tell Barbara you are just a cold hearted bastard!" Jim wavered at that."(Y/n) you don't...you don't understand...i don't have a choice." I began inching my way towards them as tears stung my eyes."You always have a choice Jim,Please big brother...don't do this..let the man go.." The man noticed that i was close as i began to reach for his hand,hope filled his eyes as he went to take my mine.

I screamed when i heard the gunshot,i clenched my eyes shut,only opening them when i heard the sound of something falling into the water.I opened my eyes and stared up at Jim in horror,"(Y/n) i-" i cut him off with haunting words."You're a monster!" I pushed past him away from the crashing waves.Harvey had a gross smirk on his face as i stormed past,"Welcome to gotham honey." I shot him a deadly glare."Do not ever talk to me again,both of you are mad." With that i grabbed my stuff and headed off to hail a taxi,ignoring my brothers yells for me to stop.

It had been a week since i witnessed my brother commit cold blooded murder,He had tried calling,and he showed up at my apartment multiple times but i couldn't stand to even think about him.

I was sitting on my couch cuddled up in a blanket ignoring the ringing of my phone when there was suddenly knocking on my door,but they were different from jims,he always banged on the door and yelled for me to open the door.No these knocks were softer but still insistent,I muted the tv and slid off the couch.I walked quietly over to the door and peeked through the little eye hole,i gasped when i saw the poor man Jim had shot.I wasted no time in unlocking the door and throwing it open,"What are you doing here?! I watched my brother shoot you!" I said a a hushed tone,not needing the neighbors getting involved.

"I-I apologize..i just..i didn't know where else to go.." He whimpered,it was then that i saw his injuries."Please come inside,you're soaked to the bone!" He relaxed a bit and his eyes were filled with relief,as if he expected me to deny him."Thank you Miss.." I helped him towards my bedroom and gently laid him down."Let me get my first aid kit and some towels." He seemed to sink into my mattress,a peaceful sigh drifted from his mouth as he let his guard down a bit.

I came back with some warm towels fresh from the dryer,a pair of jims old tshirts and sweatpants he left here,and my kit."I brought you something to change into,i figured you'd want a shower,then i can dress and wrap your injuries." He seemed reluctant to get up,but with the thought of a nice warm shower he slowly got up,I helped him into the bathroom."Do you need help getting undressed?" His face started to grow red."N-No i..I um.." I smiled kindly."I promise i won't look,you just have a bad injury on your leg that i need you to be careful with.It seems to have stopped bleeding but if you make a wrong move it'll reopen.Please let me help." He softened at my caring tone,i reminded him of his mother with how gentle and caring i was being,Something he wasn't used to.

He reluctantly allowed me to pull off his clothes until he was left nothing,His face felt like it would explode at any moment."There is baby shampoo,it shouldn't sting too bad since you dont have any serious cuts." He nodded in thanks,"D-Do you mind staying in here..? I don't want to be alone.." I smiled sadly at him."Of course i can." He gave me a small smile before carefully stepping into the shower.

One thought caused a bit of uneasiness to cross his mind,"Aren't you gonna ask why i know where you live?" I hummed."It's gotham,i got over being surprised a while ago." He chuckled."Well that is quite true,But you should be careful..there are some horrible people hiding in the shadows that will take advantage of your kindness."

Once he was done i dressed his injuries and helped him dress,the shirt was a bit baggy and the pants hung low on his hips."I can get you nicer clothes tomorrow,I'm sure you're tired.You can take the bed." He furrowed his eyebrows."No No,I can't impose further than i already have." I smiled and kissed his cheek.His eyes widened,"You're not imposing,I quite like your company." He gulped and nodded.I tucked him into bed but as i went to turn away he grabbed my wrist."Can you stay...at least until i fall asleep." He asked sheepishly causing a warm smile to grace my lips."Of course."

Crawling under the covers i let him rest his head on my chest,i gently pet his hair as his eyes slowly began to shut."My name is Oswald..by the way.." I smiled,"It's a pleasure to meet you oswald..Sweet dreams."

Oswald feels so bad. He had threatened the one he loves. He didn't want to hurt you and now he knows this. He can't forget the tears that pricked your eyes and the way you shook. He called Ed to express and tell him everything. His love for both of you, his regret over his threat, and the sadness he now feels. Surprisingly Ed understood and accepted Oswald. Ed set up a date with you and also invited Oswald as well. When you saw him you instantly shook out of fear and it stung deep in Oswald's heart. Edward sat you down and told you it was okay. Oswald followed apologizing to you and saying he didn't mean it. You are so innocent you believed him and forgave him. It took a long time but you two grew close and soon you all became a couple.

Oh my! Thank you for adding Gotham villains! With that, could you do a poly yandere Penguin and Riddler with someone falsely persecuted at the asylum and how they get her? Thank you!

Yaaaaay, first Gotham request! ^^ And its a good one!! XD 

This is kind of a mix between a oneshot and headcanons, so I hope you like it!

·         Honestly at this point I don’t think either of them have a relationship setting that isn’t possessive or obsessive.

·         It happens during season 4, when Oz is in Arkham again with Jerome, and Ed is struggling with the Riddler trying to come back again.

·         Except, in this version, you’re there to keep Oswald safe from Jerome -as much as possible, I mean, -, and earn his trust. Because you’re sweet, and soft, and good and you obviously give a damn about him. It takes a bit, of course, but… It happens. He trusts you, and he starts to like you, and then he realises he doesn’t just like you. He loves you, and maybe this time it’ll work out, because you’re good. And… also… theirs, like, no other competition.

·         Oz is both pissed that you got put in here, because, obviously, you’re innocent! Look at you, you are legitimately a ray of sunshine in his eyes, how could they ever think you’re guilty of anything?? And also, he’s happy you’re here because he got to meet you.

·         But trust me, he will make your prosecutors pay, as soon as possible.

·         Remember, during this time Ed is around, with Lee and falling in love with her. But, the thing is, when he comes to talk to Oz and Riddler leaves that message, Jerome forces you into the visiting room while they’re talking because he’s just curious as to what’s going on, and thinks it’ll be funny to send you in, because everyone knows the Penguin has a thing for you. And in that moment, the Riddler, looking out through Ed’s eyes but without control, falls in love with you. So, Ed is in love with Lee, and Riddler is in love with you.

·         Now, from then on, the Riddler is (Along with trying to take control of the body) trying to persuade Ed to go after you, instead of Lee. Which, doesn’t really work because he doesn’t see what’s so special. You’re just the girl Oswald’s in love with, who cares?  

·         When Ed comes to turn himself into Arkham and Oz pulls out the Riddler, permanently, is when things become really insane for you.

·         Again, Jerome sends you in (Pushes you into the office, for shits and giggles. Yeah, he’s playing accidental cupid here for a day) and you, awkwardly raise a hand to waive. “Aha… sorry. Hi, Oz, um… Edwar- “

·         Oh man, Riddler get so excited, and goes over to you because now he can! He can talk to you, and touch you, and stand by you. Whatever he likes! “Not my name!~”

·         “Wha- “Realisation dawns on you, and you gape, turning to Oz. All embarrassment gone, and replaced with outrage and disappointment. Poor Ed! “You brough him out??”

·         “I… “Oz is searching for the right words, to stand up for what he did so you stop being mad at him. Finally, he deadpans, and gestures to the Riddler, who’s still just smiling down at you. “Well, it was necessary! He’s gonna get us out! Aren’t you, Riddler.”

·         (Remember at this point you haven’t been made aware by either of them that they’re in love with you by anyone but Jerome, who only has suspicions)

·         “Certainly. And then Y/N and I can rule Gotham together.” Causing deep surprise for you, the Riddler takes your hand and raises it to his lips- but before he can kiss it Oz lunges over and quickly, slaps his wrist.

·         “No!” Oz points angrily, but firmly at the Riddler. “Y/N and I will rule Gotham, and take revenge on the idiot prosecutors who put her here! You, can get lost back to your squaller in the Narrows as soon as we get out. Thank you.”

·         You’re just standing there, looking awkward and thinking, like, well this is all news to me…

·         Riddler reels back, angry. “What?” He’s in love with you, too?? How… fucking irksome!

·         “Ed, I hate to pull this card, but I’ve known her longer!”

·         Riddler looks annoyed, but ready to wait for Oz to finish his tantrum. “Oswald… “

·         “As barbaric as it is, I had dibs!”

·         “Uh… “You raise a finger, wanting the floor for a moment after that… and, surprisingly, they both look at you and wait for you to speak. Oh, well, that’s nice. “Uhm, okay! Well, I’m not a piece of meat, so, how about I make the decision?”

·         They both think for a moment… then look iffy. “Sorry, dear, any other time I would! But I’ve loved and lost enough, to not allow that this time.” And, Oz really does seem apologetic, as the words sink into you and you feel dread. He past yours hand, gently and very quick.

·         Riddler agrees, looking also half apologetic at you. “Yeah, Y/N, he’s already stolen a lover from me, so I can’t take the risk. Oh- Don’t worry, though. I promise to make you infinitely happy, with me.”

·         You can only stand and feel helpless, as they get back to arguing with each other. You know all about the things both of them have done in the past- who doesn’t?? So, you really feel like you’re in a rut here. You could run off back to your cell, but that won’t stop them. Nothing will stop them, and you or someone else will end up getting hurt…

·         Eventually, Oz threatens a war, and they glare at each other for a few moments. Then Riddler leans back with a sigh, and glances at you. He thinks, he wants you. But he doesn’t want a war- it won’t be any fun being with you, if he’s always thinking about his next move on Oswald, a worthy competitor. “How about… “He thinks, dreading the words that are about to come out of his mouth, that he does care for Oswald, to some degree. He always has, below all the hatred for him and the anger. Oswald made him into the Riddler, twice. “… We share her. It’s not ideal, in the… “ He gives Oswald the once over, and Oz looks entirely insulted and confused and horrified and what he’s suggesting. “Least, but. Neither of us want a war, do we? And Y/N certainly doesn’t.”

·         “No… we don’t… And, I agree in that we need to put her wellbeing first… “

·  ��      They’re talking about you like you aren’t here, and you’re just watching this go down in humorously horrified fashion. Be with… both of them??? This is crazy.

·         “Okay, then its settled.”

·         “… sure… “

·         They’re both still unsure, but don’t see another option. Finally, Oswald sighs and straightens up. “Okay, well, partner, you better prove yourself to us and get us out of here. But first, you need to save Martin, so… “

·         And, suddenly, you’re within the clutches of two of Gothams (And, the worlds, I’d be willing to bet) most dangerous, and obsessive and pretty men, and there’s no bloodless escape.
