Some interesting text found on the code: Part 1.2 - Leftovers from DQB1

Split from this because it turned from 'fun trivia' to 'theory territory' and I wanted to keep the other post more informative than rambly.

Look at that! I don't need to translate that, just read it for yourselves!

Inside the menu code there's text hinting at a chapter-structure thing, like the one from the first game!

What I think happened was that originally during early development the 4 islands were planned the same way the 4 DQB1 chapters had been planned, and then they connected them with a more lineal plotline (since there were complaints about the disconnect between chapters in the first game).

Then the game would start you from the beginning if you hit 'new game', and as you advanced through the islands you would unlock the ability to start a new game jumping directly to that part of the story, like how you unlock chapters and can replay them individually without having to complete the previous ones in the original.

That's why there's a "for beginners" and "for experienced" prompt. It'd be a little weird to tell you about "beginners" if you unlocked the menu as postgame, and there's no way they'd let you skip to the end minutes after turning on the game for the first time.

Here's the menu from the first game as a reminder:

(Also! Default builder name bonus. They are the same across both games)

And! There's no Skelkatraz in the menu, but there is a Malhalla, so Skelkatraz can't have been omitted for spoiler reasons, right? Or maybe it is, since 'before Malhalla' is slotted at the end... Was that not on the list originally because didn't want to spoil Malhalla on the menu, but eventually decided it was too important and had to add it?

But wait- can that mean that there was no 'before Malhalla' planned at the beginning? That after leaving Moonbrooke you would be basically thrown into Malhalla instead of having to build the Steppe (Steppe that just pauses the Builder-Malroth character arc for no reason)?

Because if you think about it- why is there an 'After Malhalla'? that's just a glorified cutscene away from 'After Credits'. Unless Cerulean Steppe was planned to happen after Malhalla originally and not before, which would explain why there would be content between Malhalla and Credits (prompting a need to give you the option between 'after' one and 'after' the other) , but none between Moonbrooke and Malhalla (meaning both 'After Moonbrooke' and 'Before Malhalla' would be the same point in time). And then afterwards they moved the Steppe to between Moonbrooke and Malhalla because it made more plot sense.

And think about the castle. In-game the villagers just build the shell of it, and the game just tells you to 'build it properly' post-credits. And I've heard player complaints about the game not bothering to give you a proper castle. But if Cerulean Steppe was originally a post-game IoA part, then the castle had always been planned for post-game content, and when they had to put the Steppe into the main plot they had to compromise with the shell to keep the original post-game castle idea intact.

So if that's true, and you think about the fact that Skelkatraz is omitted there, maybe the original 'structure breaker' was Malhalla breaking in the Cerulean Steppe part. But then that was cut, and Skelkatraz was slotted in during the Scarlet Sands part to fulfil the 'structure breaker' role. And Skelkatraz adds the plot point about the Children of Hargon attacking the island- and would you look at that, it just so happens that that plot point is resolved in the Cerulean Steppe part, right before Malhalla! (being the only thing that gets resolved during the Cerulean Steppe part)

And Skelkatraz is also a very buggy part of the game, so it being a last minute addition also checks out.

So, I wanted to add at the beginning of this text, the idea that if the 4 islands were planned like the 4 DQB1 chapters, that maybe IoA had been planned like how Terra Incognita had been planned. Something a little bit outside of the main plot.

Considering the idea that the Skelkatraz sequence didn't exist originally, it makes sense that the Cerulean Steppe would be out of the plot, because it means that all 3 IoA sequences were themselves 'out of plot', and you would have the 4 islands plot as the main story while going to the IoA was more of a 'side quest' thing.

Now, I'm not saying that IoA used to be like Terra Incognita. I'm pretty sure that IoA has always been like IoA, but maybe at first they had planned it to be like the little sandbox safe haven Terra Incognita is, before the realised that if they wanted to make a more intertwined plot they couldn't just have the hub of the game be completely removed from it and doing its own thing.

...You know... IoA only gets 'unlocked' after Furrowfield... The same way Terra Incognita is only unlocked after Cantlin...

ok I don't think my rambles are coherent at this point. Sorry. Got too excited. But anyway, I think it's fun to think about how the game was planned and changed around. Makes you appreciate how much work goes into it.

magazines play

My gamble is, the more things are put openly out onto the table. the safer it gets. this post will not be disproving any relationships (because at least 95% of population won’t believe in ‘conspiracies’ anyways) but about ‘so called coincidences’ and media play. 

No one would disagree that the media is a powerful tool for manipulating minds, a mean for surveying people’s unconscious reaction regarding topics being mentioned in media, and of course, the marketing and promotion of certain people and topics. (dw media won’t ever care about this post because they are being ‘exposed’ here, (don’t worry) this should be safe) 

Media can lie, and can work with bigger companies (obviously, or else why would we see ANY advertisement and exclusives at all for any brands e.g gucci, celebrities news etc)

first, 

Back in 2012 there was an insider post, and it said 

‘ji will possibility be paired with krys, they also discussed ji and yooxna. but this is unknown, this ji person’t doesnt like to do ship, boyx boy, girl x girl’

2012 insider post was one of the biggest evidence that kxk was planned. so if there is a first time, there will be a second (jxk).

but before kxk, two things happened 

1. infamous tae x ji x krys photoshoot WKxrea magazine photoshoot.

The magazine is released in July of 2015. The timeline makes sense as it is about a year before kxk. A good timing for sm to have just started planning kxk seriously. 

It is possible that sm used this opportunity to get feedback from the gp and fans about how people view these three together, and to promote kxk. Evidently, they saw the good reactions and made that the kxk ship sailed even before the scandal was released. 

In a general sense, this should just ‘an aesthetic photoshoot sm set up for promoting the three groups’ and no one would have suspected they were planning a scandal, but it is this benefit of doubt that makes it the bet way to get the most honest opinion about kxk from fans. 

This is therefore also the best way to make sure kxk will be ‘accepted’ and that people think they are ‘compatible’ image wise.

2.ji and yooxna’s elle magazine photoshoot

This seems to be the feb issue for elle magazine in 2016, two months before kxk

This time it is less direct because its elle magazine, and its already this close to 2016 april, hence I believe this is not to survey people’s reaction on yooxna and ji. but a promotion of ji’s ‘straigt image.’ 

of course this elle iss ue may not be a huge conspiracy this time, but simply a prep work to promote ji’s straight image. but isn’t it a coincidence that the same two pairings mentioned on the insider post both had a photoshoot for magazines? why yoonax? well because both are very aesthetic and popular idols and sm has deemed them compatible ever since 2012.

3. WKxrea and exoclusivesx release in june 2016 after kxk. 

why is it important to mention this? as we know there were different covers of all of ekso memebrs. this is a huge project that will cost WKxorea a huge sum of money (although they ofc will earn that back).

why is it significant? it is extremely rare for magazines to tie hand with idols, esp expensive groups like ekso and even have individual covers for each member. I have every reason to believe that after having a tae jij krys photoshoot in 2015 and ekso promotion in 2016. WKxrea and sm have a good relationship, and are somewhat partners.

Now this issue is released novemeber 2018, 2 months before the jan reveal. ‘Coincidently’, jixyoona was also released 2 months before the april reveal of kxk. You might ask then why not make them have a photoshoot instead, putting them together directly? But that won’t work and is not necessary because:

- it will be too obvious, yg and sm wont just suddenly join hands, all the stuff we see about taekxk and jixyoona are all artists from sm, that is much less supicious/ 

-  people did notice, and the ship sailed. 

- media manipulate our mind in the most subtle way. they dont need a photoshoot in our face to plant jxk into our heads. as long as people who buys this magazine sees ‘omg its jni! oh ji is in here as well!’ that idea seed is already planted. 

update, interestingly, elle magazine also mentioned jxk on an online article  in 2018 oct. As this reinforce my point above, they were indeed planting jxk into our heads.

what is the conclusion?

what are the chances that ALL of the pairings sm planned to put ji with were published on magazines and made big titles on allkpoop / sucksoompi etc? from kxk to jixyoona to jnixji on the same issue back to back, I don’t believe in coincidences anymore. 

What are the chances of jxk on WKxrea when it is proven that sm def have good connection with WKxrea suggested by taekxk and exoclusivesx AND THEN this jxk thing published by WKxrea as well?

so what are the ‘coincidental’ chances that it is proven sm likes using magazine esp WKxrea as one of the mean of media play and promotion of their pairing (taekxk reactions, ji’s straight agenda for yoonaxji before dropping kxk)? and that jxn has been published together in the same WKxrea magazine that is shady with sm? And that all these issues are published in THE PERFECT TIMELINE that COMPLETELY fits all scandals that has been planned?

CLOSE TO 0. too many alignments, can’t be coincidental, has to be planned.

now will there be more of jxk photoshoots? this time it is UNSURE. (but chances are very low) jxk is smxyg. meaning sm doesn’t have complete control over everything. and since jxk is fake, I will assume that they actually never went on dates, and it is hard for yg or sm to have set up dates before hand due to their busy schedules and from two different companies. so, maybe there would be no evidence of past dates anymore. 

what i would not rule out though, is that they might use some sort of display (update not like a public photoshoot, maybe some more fake news) to promote the couple instead. 

there are two ways of doing things, ‘reveal past dates to make a couple legit’ or actually pr and promoting the couple. 

both ways won’t discredit this analysis, and I will still have every reason to believe that media play is real, conspiracies do happen and sm and yg are never honest companies.

Favourite Male and female character from each game and why?

It’s basically the same question, so yeah

Okay, for Danganronpa 1 it’s Byakuya for the males and Touko for the females who would’ve thought

Byakuya: From the beginning I thought he was interesting which is the number 1 important thing to be for me to like a character. It’s not that he was my favorite immediatly, but I felt like his behavior was the most realistic in a way.I felt like I also would react that way, more suspicious of the others, especially when you consider who he is.

I always talked about it in another ask a while ago, but Byakuya was raised in an environment where he had to compete against his own siblings, also he is from a noble family who has a LOT of money. In his case, I would think that someone may kidnapped me because of that and that the others are there to hide it or something.

Then, he is one of the characters who is actually doing something and helping in the cases, yes in a arrogant and snappy way, sure. But his realistic and interesting characteristics made me like him. Also, I really liked how much he changed in the whole story. When you compare him with how he was at the beginning and how he is at the end of Danganronpa 3 it’s like he is a different person. He kept his arrogance but he became a lot nicer and helped everyone which is something he would’ve never done in the first Chapter of DR1

Touko: To be honest, at first I thought she was super annoying but after some time I felt like she was good written and also kinda cute. And after I started to ship her with Byakuya I started to like her even more. I thought it was cool that she started to like him for the person he was and also her Free Time Events were really nice.I don’t even have more to say when it comes to her.

For Danganronpa 2 it’s Nagito for the males and Sonia for the females

Nagito: I could actually write a whole essay about him and his character and all my theories I have and shit but again I could say it’s because I think he was interesting and from the very beginning I felt like there was more to him.That he was not just a ‘crazy guy’ who did some crazy things.Personally I believe that he was the way he was in the Killing Game because he returned to being Ultimate Despair. I actually worded out this theory and posted it on my mainblog (also rebloged it with this) and I thought about rewriting it because I found some things are not worded the right way and also found new points I would like to madeBut well, yeah everything of his characters comes into one to make me like him. His role, his behavior and his actions in the games he is in aswell as the anime.

Sonia: She is just so adorable and I always thought she is interesting because of her sometimes odd behavior and I really like her relationship with Gundam. It’s super cute and I think they fit really well together. 

For Despair Girls it’s Nagisa for the males and Kotoko for the females

I can’t really say much about why thought. Mainly because Despair Girls does not have many characters but I liked their stories and also how they worked against Monaca, especially Kotoko later.

And for DRV3 it’s Kokichi for the males and Himiko for the females

Kokichi: He is one of these characters that will most likely immediatly be liked by me because he of how ‘transparent’ he is. He is a character you don’t understand from the start.I like to think about a character, why are they the way they are, why did they that, why did they said that, where they honest? And Kokichi is kind of the epitome of that which I really liked because of how interesting it is. He also has an important role in the game and many things wouldn’t have happend if it weren’t for him plus his relationship with all the other characters are cool, especially with Kaito. I loved how they were opposites who both helped Shuichi to use both of their strong points to solve the cases. Because Kokichi and Kaito on themselves were just too stubborn when it came to their mindsets. Kokichi was too supicious, Kaito was too trusting. Shuichi combined these and this is really cool I think.

Himiko: I really liked her character arc, the way she changed after Tenkos death. She was so lazy and apathetic in the beginning. She didn’t show many emotions but Tenko and her death made her realize that this was not good and she had to change which she did.

Hey so heres the post i promised to make about my transition, since its exactly 1 yr since my doc got me on HRT

This post will include: -How I got on hrt -About hrt -Changes I’ve had (and how long it took for them to happen) -Some things that are generally NSFW, but are for education purposes.

I started HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) January 13th 2017. The hormone is called Delatestryl, otherwise known as testosterone. The hormone is administered Bi-weekly (every 2 weeks) via intramuscular injection. This can either be in the arm or butt, but if you’re not very muscular, your doctor will probably chose butt. I get mine in the arm, though i have a friend that gets it the other way, and it doesn’t seem to hurt anymore than the other.

Getting it in the arm will sometime leave muscle pain for 2-3ish days, more likely to do so if you get it in the same arm every time.

I went through a therapist who made sure that HRT would be right for me. I was sent then to a gynecologist who did a physical exam to make sure I was fit to take Delatestryl.

(All of this is in Canada, so it may be different for those in other countries.)

(I was also a minor when I started HRT)

HRT is meant to put you through puberty again. So generally, the changes will be like that of a male puberty.

1st month: -Little to no changes -Some body odor differences -more acne than usual

3rd month: -Before I only had to shower 2-3 times a week, now it needs to be every day or every 2nd day or things will be smelly. -Acne still prevalent. -something they mentioned but i didn’t think would happen that fast; clitoral growth. Not huge, but noticeable. -Hungry pretty much all the time

5th month: -Body hair grows back faster & thicker -Voice will crack and is slightly lower. -Did I mention acne? -Mood swings. I get irritated a little more easily, especially around the times of my injection. -More discharge than normal.

7th month: -Can’t raise my voice without it cracking, but i still sound generally feminine. It is easier to make myself sound masculine, though. -Body odor is still bad. -Clitoral growth has stopped, still not bad but again, noticeable -Horny as fuck for no reason and at random. Not unmanageable but awkward.

9th month: -Can’t see it, but I can feel a bit of an adam’s apple -Teeniest bits of a mustache -you thought acne would stop being a thing by now? Absolutely not. -Still a bit more easily irritated but not as severely. -Voice sounds like that of a 13 y/o boy naturally. 

12th month: -More hungry than usual -Mustache still budding -arm hair looks thicker -higher libdo -Moody

There was a situation in where a doctor ‘overdosed’ me on testosterone. I didn’t know this at the time, but if you’re supicious of this happening (And it probably will, the dosage is small for such a thick substance,) talk to your family doctor about it.

the week went as followed: Huge mood swings to the point of feeling suicidal, headaches, muscle pain around injection, restlessness. Bit of nausea and general feverish-ness. It passed after a week and a few days.

important to know: -Please read up on the expected changes before going on HRT. Things like infertility and voice lowering and other stuff is irreversible. Most other changes are, if you end up deciding its not for you, but only early on in the process.

-Taking more hormones will not speed up the process. Big, huge changes are expected to happen over the course of 5 years. They will happen when they do, do not hurt yourself by taking more than prescribed.

-Hormones are not necessary. you do not need to take them to be trans. If you dont want them for whatever reason, dont feel pressured to take them. These are big changes that you should be 100% for. You can live the rest of your life looking the way you are and will still be trans. Do not let anyone tell you otherwise.

I am currently getting a name change and planning on surgery. I am getting to both of those through my therapist and will be doing those as an adult (I’m turning 18 on the 17th.) you cannot get surgery prior to being 18 to my knowledge, and i dont advise it anyway, because you should be 100% sure before you get anything.

Remember, again, you don't need hormones to be trans. hormones dont make anyone trans. They can help alleviate the dysphoria and make you feel better, but if they don’t, don’t take them.
