State Pollution Control Board Consent/NOC

CTO refers to Consent to Operate, before carrying out any action at the industrial plant / activity / project, the entrepreneur is required to obtain consent to operate (CTO) from the State Pollution Control Board to operate an outlet u/s 25 of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and to operate an industrial plant u/s 21 of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.  For all categories of Industries and Projects, The Punjab Pollution Control Board has prescribed a composite preformed for obtaining consent to operate, The Delhi pollution board has also prescribe the same consent to operate.

Sitting Criteria

·         The Punjab Pollution Control Board will grant consent to operate to all the industries/projects/ establishments in the areas / zones, where such industry/project/establishment is allowed to establish.

·         For the facilitation of industries, the Punjab Pollution Control Board will accept analysis results of National Accreditation Board for testing and calibration laboratories (NABL) accredited private laboratories for the purposes of grant of consent/ authorization.

Fee Structure

Fee for NOC as prescribed by the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board may vary from project to project depending on the formula – Fixed Cost + Current Cost – Current Liabilities.  The fee also depends on the category of the business applying for renewal of Consent.

A.      Allotment letter of the Allotting Authority, if the site of the project is located in the designated Industrial Area/ Industrial Estate/ Focal Point.

B.      Certificate from the Designated Authority to the effect that the site of the project / industry is located in the designated Industrial zone/ area of the notified/ draft Master Plan in which the establishment of such industry/ project is permissible. The undertaking shall clearly indicate the revenue entries I.e. Headfast Number, khewat/khatauni number and Khasra numbers.

C.      Certificate of the Revenue Authorities (SDM/DC/ADC) indicating the distance of site of industry from the Municipal Corporation Limits Lallakir /Phirni of the nearest village, in case, the industry is to be established at a plot other than the plot in the industrial estate /industrial zone/ industrial area of the draft master plan / industrial zone of the notified master plan.         

D.      For industry specific guidelines, certificates/ documents as mentioned in the said guidelines (In case of Rice Sheller/Saila Plant/Stone Crusher/Brick Kiln/Hot Mix plant/Cement Grinding units etc.)

Plot: Ink-License Renewed - Part 4: Thirty-Six Views  (Open RP; First-Come-First-Serve)

Agent 7 arrived at the scenes of Shellendorf Museum. The police, a forensic team, and a few detectives and journalists were around doing their usual jobs. The museum was closed off to the public, but a part of the building was still open to those playing in turf wars. There were three splat marks near a wall where an execution was staged. 

Agent 7 has two things that he’s focused on: Finding Marie was kidnapped and whatever was going on in Inkopolis Square. He can be seen standing near the yellow tape, staring at the execution spot.

Plot: Ink-License Renewed -Transition #2: Takiyasha Hime (Open RP; First-come-first-serve)

We focus on the fiancee of Mistuhide-582, Nakano-868. What others don’t know is that she is the missing inkling, Marie. She’s been hiding behind the name, Nakano-868, and behind a Green Hannya Mask. The reason for this has yet to be revealed.

A restored garden near Edo Castle is open to both the public of Ikopolis Square and to Nakano-868. From the simple designs to the plant themselves, the garden of the East Gate is a beauty to visit once more.

Nakano-868 can bee seen, wearing a light mint-green kimono and a green mask of and oni. Her hair was the color of fog and her skin was a light pink.  She carried a parasol in a way that some agent would find familiar. Behind her is a fox-masked ammonite; this is Hojo-225, one of Mitsuhide’s allies and Nakano-868′s bodyguard.

It was morning.

Agent 7 was lying by a sandy gorge with a gash in his chest indicating he was impaled with something. There were still some traces of ink on his chest to go along with the wound. His eyes were open as if in shock. 

The squids and octopi that find him, would have no idea that something happened in Tentakeel Outpost that night.

Agent 7 appeared dead at first, but there was a faint heartbeat. 

He needed treatment fast.

We Will Endure! We Will Endure! We Will Endure!

Inkopolis Square is full of rioters, chanting this slogan. It was a small group of students, but their message is strong: the witchhunts must stop; the extreme censorship must stop; the discrimination must stop; the mob rule must stop; the Rīkībaketto Party reign must stop.

This sowed the seeds of a rebellion.

In order to explain, Masato “Senshi” Sosharu and the Rīkībaketto Party have already passed a law allowing their new Security department to gain control of the media, seize artists and writers, and detain Off the Hook for a trial. That last part would cancel another Splatfest which angered the fanbase who saw it as the last straw.

Inkopolis Square was given promises from this political party through their acts of justice and prosperity. Those actions and deeds are finally questioned by their witchhunts, extreme censorship, mob rule, discrimination, false accusations, and unlawful arrests and executions. All this brought fear, control, and discontent from those already living in this part of Inkopolis.

At sunset, ink chargers were shot, and there were screams and retaliation. A mob leader named Sanada-600 is already at the scene with his union of gangs and mobsters to turn the riot into a rebellion. However, there were still some civilians in the riot that were already panicking to the point of routing. Those that weren’t part either the rebellion or the riot and those that were bystanders ended up in the mess.

Vincent managed to get Beaker Jr out of the disarray. All he was doing before this sudden battle was strolling with his son. He ended up stumbling into Lee, Ami, Leo, Cassi, and Chihiro in some pharmacy. They got their ink-weapons with them, but they weren’t planning on joining this battle in the Square.

“You guys, too?” Vincent was holding Beaker Jr close who was crying. He tried to calm him down.

“Well, things aren’t looking good out there.” Cassi is with Chihiro, peeking out the window. “We can’t just risk our lives.”

“Who would do this?” Chihiro recognized seeing these Ammonites before. “I thought those ammonites were gone two years ago!”

“Whoever these guys are, those poor guys in the square are going to get hurt,” Leo commented, “There are children still out there.”

Ami has never seen tension rise like this. She’s covering her ears and closing her eyes tightly. Lee was there to calm his friend down, and he didn’t want to be in this mess either.

“We need to get out of here somehow,” Leo stated. She held her roller close.

“We need to get everyone out of here before someone splats forever.” Cassi is already on a phone to call someone. She kept her Gold Dynamo roller in one hand just in case. “Vanille, we got some trouble here in Inkopolis Square...”

Meanwhile, Agent 7 just arrived back in Inkopolis. He was in Calamari County, negotiating with his mother, and later in Octo-Valley having a meeting with his arch-enemy, Calypso.

When he arrived in old Inkopolis Plaza, there were numerous citizens of Inkopolis Square in tents. Sylver and Jess can be seen doing what they can to comfort them. Robin and friends were there to keep their spirits up. Agent Firefly, Agent 3, Agent 4, and Captain Cuttlefish can be seen assuring protection.

Blueshift and Agent 0 approached. Blueshift and Agent 0 tried not to mention Marie or Agent 7′s situation in finding her. However, both of those Agents know something is up.

“Agent 7, thing’s are heating up in Inkopolis Square, what’s going on?” Agent 0 asked.

“Agent 7, what’s going on?” Agent Blueshift.

Agent 7 soon realizes what happened. Masato and the Rīkībaketto Party have brought a rebellion upon themselves.

“It has begun...” Agent 7 passes by the two agents, and they followed him.

Agent 7 approaches Captain Cuttlefish. He salutes. “Captain!”

“Agent 7, did you figure out the whereabouts of my grand-daughter?” Cuttlefish asked.

Agent 7 shook his head. “Close, but I’ll explain later. Right now, there might be some innocent lives still in Inkopolis Square.”

“I already sent some back-up to execute a rescue mission,” Cuttlefish replied, “It’s not too late to follow them.”

“Is Agent 1 with them?” Agent 7 needed to tell her something.

“She refuses to join... I’m sorry.” Cuttlefish couldn’t explain.

“...Alright.” Agent 7 nods and looks to Blueshift and Agent 0. “You two, with me.”

As Agent 7 superjumps to Inkopolis Square, Agent 0 and Blueshift followed, but each shared a look of concern relating to Marie. They want to know what Agent 7 has found out about Marie and her kidnapping.

As the battle in Inkopolis Square intensifies, there were already Agents in the premises, taking cover. This is the rescue team, made up of Bigfin Splatoon, two agents from  Squidforce Splatters named Agent J1.0 and Agent J2.0, and an Agent named Agent 27.

They manage to detect a number of civilians who got caught up in the war in two locations in Inkopolis Square, so they decided to split up to rescue them. Bigfin Splatoon went off to rescue civilians near the stores of Inkopolis Square. The rest handles rescuing a few civilians in a pharmacy. Agent 27 manages to talk with those civilians through a communicator.

“Cassi, are you there?” Agent 27 managed to get her call. She was carrying a hero roller at the moment.

“We’re over here.” Cassi is at the pharmacy’s window, waving to her.

“Who’s in there with you.” Agent 27 is prepared to go towards the pharmacy. It was just across a street.

“Well, there’s Lee, Ami, Leo, Vincent, his kid, Chihiro... and me,” Cassi replied, “We were holding out here for a while because of the fight.”

“We know that, and that’s why Cuttlefish sent some agents here,” Agent 27 replied back.

“Finally, some rescue!” Leo walks over to the window.

Ink-shots suddenly fired on Agent 27′s party, and both everyone had to take cover. Ammonite Ashigaru were pointing their modified bamboozlers.

“Those things got us pinned!” Agent J2.0 stated.

“We can’t get into that pharmacy with those chargers shooting,” Agent J1.0 commented.

Agent 27 had an idea. “Cassi, do any of you guys have your turf wars weapons with you?”

“All except, Vincent and Beaker Jr.” Cassi was looking at everyone in the pharmacy.

“Good, here is what I need you guys to do,” Agent 27 ordered, “we’re going to draw all the firepower, and once they’re exposed, you guys will have to attack them. Afterward, make a run for it. We’ll cover you guys.”

And with that, Agents 27, J1.0, and J2.0 began taking all the fire, distracting those ammonites for Cassi and a few others to use their ink-weapons to splat the enemy. Afterward, they started running to safety with agents covering them.

Suddenly, seven ammonites on horseback delivered a surprise attack on the group. However, they were stopped by three more Agents: Agent 7, Blueshift, and Zero. The ammonite cavalry retreated to join the fight in the square. Agent 7 approaches Agent 27, J1.0, and J2.0 Agent J1.0 and J2.0 saluted. The others know about Agent 7 and were kind of glad he’s here.

“This is it, three agents? Where are the others?” Agent 7 questioned.

“Some are at the stores, rescuing the rest of the civilians,” Agent 27 replied.

Agent 7 sighs and gave them an order. “Get these guys out of there, and get word to Cuttlefish that we need agents to support this rebellion.”

Agent 27 nods and leads her party and the civilians back to safety in Inkopolis Square. Before Agent 7 can continue, Blueshift stops him.

“Agent 7, Zero and I need to speak with you.” Blueshift knew they can’t just talk on a battlefield, but it was a bit urgent. “Something about Marie.”

Agent 7 stopped. He’s listening.

“...What did you find out here when you were searching for Marie?” Agent 0 asked.

Agent 7 didn’t respond for a moment but then replied: “This is between us and us only. I already told enough people about it. So here is what I know, and it has to do with Masato and his political power.”

And he told them the truth about Nakano-868.

Minutes later, Blueshift and Agent 0 would be heading straight for the city hall, leaving Agent 7 to continue rescuing civilians at the Square. The fight was spreading from there all the way to the City Hall where Masato and his party resides.

Blueshift and Agent 0 had a small task from Agent 7: To retrieve whatever intel they can find from the Masato’s office. With the fighting going on, the two manage to break into the city hall and infiltrate the offices. When Blueshift and Agent 0 find Masato’s office, they began searching only to find nothing but empty files and drawers.

But then they heard a groan and a collapse. They leave office to check it out, and they find an injured Mercury. She has a bundle of papers in her hands.

An ammonite in blue and gold armor stood over her, carrying two ink katanas. The banner he carried had the sigil of sparrows and bamboo. Next to that ammonite is an inkling with cyan hair and light skin, wearing a black suit, brown tie, white gloves, and a short top hat -- this is Masato. He smoked a cigar.

“Greetings, spies,” Masato began, “I recognize you two. The Vigilante that the Commodore has hunted for years and the Agent who whiled the Commodore’s retainers.”

“That’s behind us now.” Blueshift has his Quasar Blade ready.

“Why did you do all this to Inkopolis Square?” Agent 0 demanded.

“I’m doing this for the people. For Justice. For the greater good. I’m doing this to make Inkopolis Square prosper.” Masato takes the cigar out of his mouth and blows some smoke. “It’s all that my party believes in.”

“Through witchhunts, crackdowns, and control?” Blueshift carefully stepped forward.

“Date-567,” Masato ordered.

The ammonite in blue and gold armor points two ink katanas at Mercury’s neck.

“One more step and she’ll have no head,” Masato threatened before turning around. “Get those papers if you dare. I have work to do.” He leaves.

Agent 0 takes out his shield and the flaming katana, and he charges at Date-567. The ammonite had to give up decapitating Mercury to guard. Blueshift quickly runs over to pull Mercury away from Date.

“Get these to Sev...,” Mercury mumbled, “He had to see this...” She passes out.

Blueshift gently places her down and gets up to face Date-567.

“It’s time I do a favor for Mitsuhide, Vigilante and Agent.” Date-567 sharpens his katanas, smearing them with ink. “You’re deaths shall be my ascension.”

Blueshift and Agent 0 took the fighting to the main halls. Despite the legislators still in the building, the fight didn’t disrupt the sessions.

All can be seen is flecks of ink and sparks lighting the dark. Date-567 danced like a madman, deflecting the attacks, letting blade meet blade, and ink meet ink. Each clash of blades leave a few drops of ink covering the floors and walls.

Date-567 would do a few flips and quick moves to maneuver the slashes and thrusts. Blueshift and Agent 0 were coordinating every attack they can throw at the ammonite, and the only damages they dealt was on the armor and not the ammonite.

The fight was soon brought to the upper levels of the city hall. The blades kept clashing, and more ink was covering the floors like in Turf wars.

Soon, the fight stopped for a moment. Agent 0 and Blueshift circle Date-567 like predators surrounding their prey. Agent 0 and Blueshift made some eye contact for a moment, each getting the idea that they need to find a way to defeat him.

Agent 0 decided to give it his all and threw all his attacks on the ammonite. Blueshift stepped back to focus and figure out how to defeat him. There were are few damages to the armor, but Date-567 kept an eye for an attack on heavily damaged parts of his armor. Blueshift then figured out the truth: Date-567’s armor is not as tough as it looks.

Blueshift charged at Date-567 only to end up thrown down to the main floor below. Date-567 then threw Agent 0 down. This didn’t cause the two agents to splat.

Date-567 looked down on them, and he sheathed his katanas.

“You’re not yourselves since you defeated the Commodore’s men two years ago! Look are you now!” Date-567 mocked. “Masato will get what he wants out of the Square even if he has to control--”

Mercury, who has finally regained consciousness turns him around, pulls out his katanas, and stabs the ammonite with his own katanas. This time, Date-567 splats, and he will remain dead with the ink-puddles left like carrion.

Minutes later, Blueshift, Agent 0, and Mercury, began making their escape before more ammonites come. They would regroup. They didn’t share any sign of saying “Thank you” or “Your welcome”. There’s still a rebellion going on.

The papers that Mercury managed to retrieve all connected to one of Mitsuhide’s goals: A wedding day before the Vernal Equinox. But there was more to the wedding, and Masato is taking advantage of it. 

They want to go home.

After Agent 7 parts ways with Grim and Joker of the Alpha Death Squad, he returns to the Bigfin Grotto, the base of Bigfin Splatoon. It was once a newspaper factory and a journalist hotspot, but not repurposed to recruit agents and allies. 

When Agent 7 opened those door, he found Circe and Agent 4.13 talking with Callie, Captain Cuttlefish, Agent Blueshift, and Agent 4. As for Callie, Agent 7 tried not to mention Lee Squidly in any way. He can tell something changed between them, but he wasn’t sure if they broke up or are closer than ever.

“--I’m telling you guys, we don’t know where Agent 7 is. He’s been gone for--” Agent 4.13 looked at Agent 7 at the entrance. “Great Zapfish, where have you been!?!”

“Someone tried to murder me before they were taking Marie away,” Agent 7 explained, “How’s my sister?”

“Agent 7.5?  Well, Jiang and Tavi had to escort her back to Calamari County,” Agent 4.13 replied.

“I was recovering from my injuries from the murder attempt,” Agent 7 explained some more, “How was I supposed to return?”

“We can talk about this later, I want to know what happened to my cousin!” Callie interrupted.

“Where is my granddaughter?” Cuttlefish demanded. “Agent 3 and I arrived in Tentakeel Outpost and found a scene. And Octavio was still in the snowglobe and said he didn’t see anything.” 

“Any idea what’s going on?” Agent 4 questioned.

Must be Mitsuhide’s ESP, Agent 7 thought. He knows another that possesses similar powers -- Agent Beta 10, and it’s possible that Mitsuhide and her could be related.

“All I know is that I tried to protect Marie from the murderer, and this inkling in white armor mortally wounded me and pushed me off a cliff,” Agent 7 explained, “Some mercenaries I knew found me and treated my wounds and sent me back to Inkopolis. I’m confirming your concerned with this report: Marie was kidnapped--”

Agent 7 takes out an ink shard. “--And this is what’s left of the what pierced my chest. I’m glad to survive that.”

“Marie kidnapped...” Blueshift has his armed folded. He looked down.

“The only problem now is where she is,” Agent 7 added, “ I wish I can go out and find out her whereabouts, but I’m not an agent anymore. My Ink-License to Splat has been expired days ago after that campaign in Octo-Canyon.”

“Well...... not permanently,” Cuttlefish reconsidered, “I can renew that license for ya.”

“.....You mean it?” Agent 7 is surprised.

“I don’t think you need a license to be an agent,” Agent 4 commented.

“My Agent role is more different than yours, old sport,” Agent 7 replied.

“Old sport?” Agent 4 looked confused.

“...Sorry, I mistook you for Agent 3.” Agent 7 scratches the back of his head. “I sometimes saw her as a bit naive, but she was a hero of her time.” Agent 7 returns to the main topic. “As we were saying, Captain Cuttlefish: you’re willing to make me an agent again?”

“I don’t see why not. I think everyone agrees that no one will match what you’ve done as Agent 7,” Cuttlefish wisely replied.

Most of the squids in the room except Agent 4 agreed with Cuttlefish. Agent 4 still need to know more about these other Agents. This was a great thing to know for Agent 7. 

“Time to have my ink-license renewed then,” Agent 7 stated.

Minutes later, Agent 7 and Cuttlefish talked alone in an old office in Bigfin Grotto. This was where the Editor-in-Chief once worked in, and now its Agent 7′s office.

“I know you love my granddaughter, Agent 7.” Cuttlefish was sitting in a chair. “The day I was picking up Callie and Marie from School, I always noticed you hiding around the corner.”

“If you going to talk about my divorce.... it wasn’t meant to be,” Agent 7 explained, “I didn’t find it enough, but--”

“Don’t beat yourself up, I understand why you did it,” Cuttlefish empathized, “You love her very much, but sometimes your love can harm her in a way.”

“.... You can say that.” Agent 7 looks down. “All that matter is that I want to see her alive and well. And I must confess that even after the divorce, I still love her..... I can’t help myself...”

“That... that something you have to overcome alone.” Captain Cuttlefish begins to leave. “Agent 4 and I will be investigating Tentakeel Outpost. You go on and explore Inkopolis Square. Callie says there’s something wrong going on at that part of Inkopolis.”

Maybe I’ll find Marie there, Agent 7 thought to himself.

Before Cuttlefish leaves, he says one more thing. “It’s not too late to fix things for you and Marie. For now, we need to find Marie and rescue her.”

Now Agent 7 is alone in his office until someone comes inside: It was Mercury.

“What is going on between you and Marie!” Mercury looked furious. “You weren't able to protect her and now she’s kidnapped!”

“First estrangement, then a divorce, Marie gets kidnapped, and now I have to deal with her,” Agent 7 mocked, “It’s a situation you’ll never understand, Mercury.”

“Watch it, Seven, I want to help!” Mercury sounded quite devoted. She took out her signature  Dual Splatter pistols. “Like it or not!”

“Oh Great Zapfish, you can’t be serious...” Agent 7 knew he needed allies. The Great Barrier Reef Treaty Organization has been declared dormant for the time being. He needed to reunite some allies without that Organization now.

Agent 7 is not going anywhere. He’s staying right here in Inkopolis.

Plot: Ink-License Renewed -- Transition #1: The Maiden with the Oni Mask (Short story)

Meanwhile in Inkopolis Square...

A number of citizens in this part of Inkopolis gather to see a special event: Masato “Senshi” Sosharu, inkling leader of the Rīkībaketto Party, is introducing a new security department. He is welcoming the leader and his fiancee to be earned authority over Inkopolis Square.

The leader of this new security department is none other than Mistuhide and 7 other ammonites dressed in kimonos. (One of them has a fox mask on.) Mitsuhide’s fiancee is dressed in a light mint green kimono with a mask of an oni; her hair was the color of fog and her skin was a light pink. 

The citizens that first saw Mistuhide know of his malice, but they weren’t there to show disgust. And the new security department consisting of Ammonite left some questioning the Rīkībaketto Party old to be silenced.

When the event was over, the new security and Masato met up at a flatland castle mostly in ruins and partly reconstructed. The place is actually having several structures under development.

Odysseus Arc - Plot: Ink-License Renewed - Prologue

[The first two notes of the 007 theme play as Agent 7 jumps out of a sewage grater and turns into his normal form.]

Agent 7 was back in Tentakeel Outpost to say farewell to Marie before he heads back to Calamari County. He was wearing his normal beige sleeves, grey vest. flatcap hat, and slacks, and dark gray slip-on shoes, and a green bowtie. He can’t really call himself Agent 7 anymore --  just Jason.

When he arrived, it was silent but not deserted. Marie has her back turned with her umbrella open; she still wore that usual kimono.

“Came to visit me before you go home?” Marie asked before turning to face Jason.

“Yes, Miss. Hotaru Cuttlefish.” Jason took off his grey flatcap hat.

The two inklings were once married, but that has changed in just two years. They’re now divorced due to Agent 7′s jealousy. They consider each just friends again and nothing more. They sit on the cabin steps side-by-side;  Marie closes her umbrella.

Marie knows about the divorce. “I’m sorry thing’s didn’t turn out great together... other than our campaign in.”

“And I’m sorry for things you had to put up with from me,” Jason replied.

“.....But we’re still friends, right? It’s not like I’ll be dating another. Secretly, I’m still your gal.” Marie giggled a bit. “Callie said that we were a funny couple, but she was disappointed the marriage didn’t last.”

“And now I’m living again -- for good this time maybe.” Jason looked up at the starry night sky. “I’m gonna miss you guys... and this place.” He gets up.

“All because of you’re no longer an agent?” Marie questioned as she gets up as well.

“What else could I do?” Agent 7 saw the agent role has his identity and the only thing keeping him in Inkopolis. “Without my Agent 7 identity, I feel..... like a squid -- a squid without a purpose. Our marriage would changed that, but... you know...”

Marie sighed. “Blueshift told me about you laking the agent identity, and I must agree with him.” She embraces Jason. “Agent 7 or not, there will never be another agent 7 like you, Jason.” She lets go of him suddenly, noticing someone behind him.

Agent 7 turned and noticed the unknown figure. 

It’s an inkling in a samurai armor of white, gold, and lead. A bit of hair sticked out of the helmet, showing a cosmic turquoise. His mask obstructed his. His name is Mistuhide.

“You again?” Agent 7 glared.

“Positive, Agent.” Mistuhide stepped closer towards them. He made a few hand gestures with both his hands. “And I’m here for her.”

Agent 7 is moved away from Marie, and Marie is pulled close to Mitsuhide with a hand on her wrist. 

Marie tried to struggle, but she is held down by some unknown force. Though, she is able to move her head. She then experienced flashes of past events, reminding her of all the unforgivable things Agent 7 has done from the Witchhunt on Callie to his jealousy blowing up in Camp Triggerfish. 

Agent 7 took out his N-zap ‘89 and pointed it at Mitsuhide. He should’ve listened to Agent 0′s warning. Whatever Mistuhide planned on doing with Marie, he will not allow it.

“Let go of her!” Agent 7 demanded.

“I will not,” Mistuhide simply replied.

“Let go of her, or I will shoot!” Agent 7 threatened.

Mistuhide took out a bladeless handle, and with the tip of his index, a blade of lazer and ink formed. It was a quasar blade, but it wasn’t the same design as the one Agent Blueshift possesses.

Agent 7 wasn’t intimidated.

“Go ahead shoot, but it will not be I that will be hit.” Mistuhide encouraged.

Agent 7 didn’t hesitate and pulled the triggers, shooting the first drops of ink. But when they were close, Mistuhide let go of Marie and uses his free hand to stop the ink drops in mid-air. He closes his hand into a fist and pushed forward, fusing the inkdrops into an inkcicle flying towards Agent 7.

This inkcicle flew flew in so fast Agent 7 won’t be able to dodge. It stuck his chest. Agent 7, now in shock, stepped back and losing consciouness to the point of falling off the cliff and into the depths of Octo-Canyon.

“Marie...” Agent 7 muttered quietly as her fell.

Marie, now free from the unknown force that immobilized her, runs over to the edge. She had a hand out towards Agent 7 when he fell.

“Jason!” Marie shouted.

But it was too late, Agent 7 is gone.

Agent 7 can only see fading image of Marie trying to reach out to him... and then darkness.

[Off the Hook’s Inkopolis News is interrupted with a political speech.]

A: “Today, Inkopolis Square has seen a huge change in it’s council. The recently formed political group known as that Rīkībaketto Party has taken a majority of seats, promising reforms, security, and prosperity in Inkopolis Square. The party’s leader, Masato Sosharu -- nicknamed Senshi -- has this to say about the party’s new place in the government in a speech.”

M: “Citizens of Inkopolis, it is thanks to you that The Square welcomes the Rīkībaketto Party with open arms. We promise you a city district where our community will be strong and prosperous, where everyone is welcomed and respected, and where everyone is free and equal...”

A: “Despite criticisms questioning how the party will reach this goal, Sosharu claims that they’ll ‘start of small and build up from there’.”

M: “We will show all of Inkopolis that Inkopolis Square is the greatest in it’s metropolis. Our party might one day teach Inkopolis how we made the Square a great district. We will bring prosperity and security to those that need it and justice and reforms to those that deserve it. Let us all thrive in this new era.”

So Mitsuhide is really going to bully those that fought against his father The Commodore, and he can see through Lee’s secret identity. This is just him telling Lee to give a message to all of Inkopolis that he owns the square

Also, Mitsuhide thinks he’s like his father because he is both telepath, astral projector, and telekinetic. But the thing is that he actually doesn’t have the gut to kill ever since he got exiled.

And yeah Janine is sure gonna be furious from what is happening in this drawing.

Update: Ink-License Renewed

Part 1 and Part 2 for the conclusion, Part 7: All things End in Sekigahara, and the epilogue will take a while to finish.

Part 1 will take a while as I want to introduce on more villain that might show up in future arcs and plots. However, that character I want to introduce is more a jab on a mun and their muse (After all most of Ink-License Renewed was a bit of satire and an allegory on certain events)— even the design I created was too similar. So in order to avoid negative feedback, I’m taking a while to change the design.

Part 2 is considered to reduce the length of this story. That’s pretty much it. A part 3 is considered, but that still under consideration.

In the mean time, I need to keep up some activity.

I am going to avoid doing other rp threads, and asks will be regulated on this blog. But my side blog @an-inkling-multiverse-theory still as an open rp starter based of Transistor. (But I highly recommend you play that game and understand the story and lore before replying to that starter.) And their is one more blog I would like to mention, but I’ll stop it right there.
