TIME FOR A RE:DESIGN!

In addition to updating the technical specs (the character will now be no more than 128px tall), I've completely redrawn the original sprite: more style, a more recognizable silhouette, and a better representation of the character's unique features!

On top of that, work is also underway on the locations: a 3D model of the 4th scene of Act One — the train our protagonist takes to work — has been developed in Blender. Using Blender’s isometric camera, there's no need to manually draw everything in perspective, as the camera handles that in the scene. This way, the model can be used as an exact reference for rendering the location in 2D.

Voice claims for Angus/Godmeat, i suppose given the mutual fleshy themes, it was definently the best candidate, but the voice of Rennick just gives such a perfect energy I imagine for Angus and his mutation only adds way more for Godmeat with that aggressive gurgling

OC #1: Tekara

The first of many! This is Tekara Nichols, a slightly smarter than average teenager who left their home galaxy one day to explore the universe.

Tekara is a hard worker; a bit of a perfectionist at times, but they understand what they need to do and why they need to do it. Though they're quite simple and speak at most as many words as one page of a children's picture book at any given time, they hold human emotion in high regard and do their best to please, using their strength, knowledge and perseverance to remain above the situation.
