In my opinion, in addition to allowing it, Williams should give a salary bonus to the mechanics in the end of the year for working miracles to get both cars or even one on the track and for having spent hours on sugar and coffee as in that recent video on YouTube to rebuild the two cars for Las Vegas with the good parts they had since the Brazilian GP

Furthermore, overall, the biggest winners in the final stretch of the season are the team mechanics.
