Blog updates!

Hi everybody! I just wanted to let everyone know what’s going on with me and my blogs. Feel free to skip this post if you’re not interested.

First of all, welcome to all my new followers. I just did my semiannual purge of spam/porn accounts and I was pleased that a bunch of my newest followers were actual, real people.

The next order of business is that my main blog has started to become oppressively negative due to everything that’s happening around the world and in American politics. I’m trying to fix that by following some happier blogs and some different Disney blogs, since so many of the nice blogs I’ve been following have become inactive as of late. If you’re here for a specific thing (Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Disney Parks, etc.), I tag everything obsessively, so you should be able to blacklist anything you don’t want to see. If, however, you want to unfollow me, please do not hesitate to do so. No hard feelings. I know not everyone wants their dashes to be filled with bad news.

My sideblog, kimshipsthings, is more active than ever. It is still 75% Once Upon a Time, but now includes all of my OTPs (currently Stormpilot, McDanno, Marvey, and Lizzington have taken over my life). If that’s something that interests you, feel free to follow me over there too. There are some days nearly all of my posts end up on that account.

Finally... where did my photography go? I stopped editing everything a few months ago. I was upset that T was over. I was angry and frustrated that Disney was making budget cuts. I was sad and a little scared that my favorite place was falling apart and would never recover. Recent news regarding refurbs and construction and especially the reopening of Tomorrowland Terrace to bands has changed all of that. So I’ll be digging into my archives once again and posting a few of the highlights here. As always, you can find all of my photography on Flickr, obsessively sorted and tagged for your browsing convenience. I also have a Facebook photography page that I’m treating as a portfolio; only the best of the best photos are uploaded there. I’ve also been doing some fun photos series like Frontier Fridays and Northwest Wednesdays.

So thanks for sticking with me through these changes.
