1800 Mansion in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 4bds, 6ba, $9.5M.
Very elegant home has been so well-maintained, plus it's been updated so it's very light and bright. The wood has been painted in white and black to match the flooring.
Lovely large sitting room with beautiful windows and a black marble fireplace. The home was built in 1800, but now the new colors make it look like a much different era.
The main entrance hall is very pretty. I don't mind the white paint. It may have looked much darker before.
The dining room is subdued and has black wood, plus a matching fireplace. Love the architectural details and the way that they used two dining tables instead of one big one.
What an interesting bar.
The kitchen's amazing. It's got so much style, I've never seen a design like this.
Beautiful lighted glass front shelving.
I've never seen such a classy pantry. Double wine fridges and glass windows to see it from the kitchen.
Right outside the kitchen is a family room and a banquette for every day dining in the corner.
In the hallway is an elevator that got a blue makeover.
Lovely primary bedroom has a seating area by the fireplace.
Updated bath seamlessly fits in with the design of the home.
The beautiful library has a lot of original features like a tiled fireplace and interesting maps and documents framed right in the walls.
Hall on the upper floor has a beautiful light fixture with a skylight.
The other 3 bedrooms are on this floor.
This particular bedroom has its own en-suite.
There is also a family room on this floor.
The 4 floor home is situated on a 2,139 sqft lot.

AIRPORT TIERLIST OF AIRPORTS I’VE BEEN THROUGH FROM SOMEONE WHO FUCKING LOVES AIRPORTS
S TIER:
- MCO Orlando. My love my queen. Platonic ideal of airports. All the other airports wanna be her.
- MSY New Orleans - I have only seen your beautiful face once but your vibes were just impeccable. I miss you beautiful
A TIER:
- LHR London Heathrow - you’re so chill and sweet to be such a major airport. Weirdly calming somehow. Sterile, but the big boy of London airports. When you’re here you’re in London. Smells like joy.
- CDG Charles DeGaulle Paris. Dripping in stunning retro futurism and has a Concorde on stands by the runway. We love her
- DCA Ronald Reagan Washington DC. So pretty. So clean. So easy to navigate. Prevented from S tier status by being one long skinny thing with no way to get quickly across it.
B TIER:
- DEN Denver Colorado. Architecture for the gods but somehow the vibes are off. I’d fly through you again happily but I don’t feel especially warm when I think of you.
- FLL Fort Lauderdale - Hollywood. You’re permanently attached to very warm memories for me because of the trip I took from you but you’re just kind of there. Vibes are off. Meh.
- ORD Chicago O’hare. Aesthetic perfection but weirdly stressful. While I had a great time on this trip I do not think warmly of the airport other than the rainbow lighting. Jules got yelled at here. -10 points.
- CLE Cleveland Ohio. Another airport that is home of warm memories due to loved ones but just really not the vibe as an airport.
C TIER:
- LGW London Gatwick. I don’t like you for no reason. Like a disappointment, you’re in London but not at Heathrow for some reason.
- PHL Philadelphia. Again, weird aimless dislike. I cannot justify.
- BNA Nashville. Meh. Fine, which may be the worst insult I can lob at an airport.
D TIER:
- LGA New York LaGaurdia. Fuck you and your tiny spirit terminal in the middle of nowhere and your hard to access rental cars and your poor road signage that sent me round and round on the New York interstate in my rented Corolla. The bigger terminals are pretty though, and anyway. New York City!
E TIER:
JAX Jacksonville. Ew.
F TIER:
BOS Boston Logan International Airport. I loathe you. Less busy numerically than ATL and yet somehow even more spread out. Signage is bad. Directions unclear. Nothing makes sense in this alternate reality. Labyrinthine building designed by the god Hades. Never again would be too soon.
UNTIERABLE:
ATL - Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta. The biggest and busiest airport in the world. When you buy a ticket on Delta a box pops up that says “by buying this ticket you agree to see the inside of Hartsfield Jackson Airport.” Not actually a real place, but a floating parallel dimensional space you enter when you walk through the doors. When you get off the Plane Train at terminal D a sign to the left points down a hallway and says “Walk to Terminal E. Time: 45 minutes.” Bigger than many cities and some European principalities. And sometimes you’ll be forced to run clear across it when your gate gets changed. Send every domestic flight that goes near it and many that don’t through it for a completely unnecessary 45 minute layover and sautée until golden brown to birth this unholy god of a space outside all time. They have CPR training machines. They have bathrooms too rarely. They have a whole other airport underneath for international transfers. Don’t die before you see it. Everyone should, at least once. 🎶Welcome Aboard the Plane Train!🎶 next stop: the 4th circle of hell. Walk to purgatory: 45 minutes. Moving sidewalk out of order.

thank you so much @pineapplefulfillseveryneed for tagging me to do this! i feel like i haven't done one of these in years and tbh i'm mainly just excited about the Sparks questions lol
Last song: Angel & Me by Toyah
Favorite colour: yellow
Currently watching: i've had covid for the past week and a half and spent most of that time watching Full House for the first time in my adult life (i've definitely caught every episode a handful of times on abc family when i was a kid but haven't really watched it since)
Spicy/savoury/sweet: sweet!
Relationship status: single, ladies
Current obsession: It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Sparks, the album Steve McQueen by Prefab Sprout, and my other quarantine activity has been playing a lot of Harvest Moon: Sunshine Islands for some reason
What made you a Sparks fan: my 11th grade physics teacher playing "Beat The Clock" during our timed notebook organization tests we had every quarter. unfortunately it took me a few years to discover any songs other than that one and "The Number One Song in Heaven".
Sparks era(s) closest to your heart: Hippopotamus, since my obsession began in late 2016 and that album came out the next year! i still remember leaving class for half an hour to hide in the bathroom to hear the live premiere of the title track, lol. and then attending the NYC Hippo shows and the Rough Trade album signing <3
Favourite music video: Beat the Clock, since it was my introduction to Sparks. before i even knew their names i thought Russell's outfit in that one was really cool. i also really like Tips For Teens! and When Do I Get To Sing My Way.
Dream show(s) if you had a time machine (max. 3 to keep it interesting): the Interior Design 21x21 show, and then any show from 1973-74, and any show from the Angst era, i'm not picky

One of the most thought-provoking horror films of all time now is…a musical . SAW The Musical hilariously captures the events of the first movie, parodying the Saw that started it all, following from where Lawrence Gordon and Adam Stanheight find each other for the first time in the bathroom trap. A love story with fluidity (and lots more fluids), SAW The Musical: The Unauthorized Parody of Saw is Little Shop of Horrors meets Avenue Q , pushing the boundary on sexuality and how to love. {!Parental Advisory: Explicit Content}
"SAW The Musical: The Unauthorized Parody of Saw brings the iconic horror film to life on stage with a wickedly funny twist. Now is the perfect time to laugh at the macabre as we blend horror and hair-raising laughter, creating a unique musical experience that's both hilarious and thrilling. Get ready for a love story entangled in traps, secrets, and unexpected humor, pushing the boundaries of entertainment with a dash of explicit fun." Cooper Jordan, Creator and Producer
SAW The Musical: The Unauthorized Parody of Saw stars Bart Shatto (Bart Shatto Broadway (Dracula: the Musical - Quincey Morris), Tony- nominated War Paint) as Gordon, Adam Parbhoo (NY: Home’s Kitchen) as Adam, Jill Owen (NY Easter Bunny HOP! LIVE;) as Amanda/Alli/Jigsaw and Voiceover for Detective Tapp is by Donnell Johnson, with Danny Durr (National Tour: A Christmas Carol), Gabrielle Goodman (NY: Open, Stay), Patrick Voss Davis (Film: Lucky Louie. Day 10: Vienna to Jordan Junction
Distance Covered: 79.80 miles
Total Time (including rests): 7:47 (8:14am-4:01pm)
Time spent riding: 6:27
Average Speed: 12.4 mph
Apples Eaten: 4 (fuji - 8.5/10, fuji - 7/10, fuji - 6/10, jazz - 7/10)
Today's ride was a pretty good one. It was most on bike trails, first the Washington & Old Dominion Trail, and then the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal Trail. First trail was really good and busy, a flat, paved trail with a bunch of bicyclists, but not so many that it felt crowded. The C&O trail was a lot less busy, but it was also mostly a light gravel path, and got somewhat uncomfortable at times. I did have to ride on state roads for about 15 miles to get from the first trail to the second, and that part wasn't pleasant, but it was more than made up for by the fact that there couldn't be any cars on the other 50 miles or so.
I did ended up getting a flat on the C&O trail, at one of the rougher parts, but even that isn't enough to spoil today's mood. It was a quick fix, and I was even able to then pump it up all the way to full due to my new hand/floor pump.
I made two intentional stops on this ride. The first one wasn't until 40 miles in, near the beginning of the C&O trail, and it could've gone even longer if I hadn't needed to go to the bathroom. My other stop was a lunch break about 15-20 miles before my campsite, at another hiker-biker campsite.
Oh yeah, that reminds me: today's camping experience is quite interesting! I'm staying at a hiker-biker campsite off the C&O trail. These are basically just clearing with a single port-a-potty and a water pump that occur approximately every 5 miles or so along the trail, and you just are able to setup your tent, spend a night, and then continue on your ride. In fact, if I didn't already have a plan for what sites I'm staying at to even put the distance I bike each day, I probably would've kept biking to a hiker-biker campsite further along, because I didn't get too tired on today's ride.
Small Notes On/After the Ride
Cap & Gown - on the W&OD trail, there was a pedestrian fully decked out in a red cap and gown, walking along while carrying a selfie stick, taking pictures of himself
Lack of Pictures - Both trails were actually quite beautiful, and made we wish I had a go-pro, because I didn't want to stop my bike just to take pictures
Tent areas - I've already mentioned the hiker-biker campsites as places to pitch your tent, but all along the trails there were also other small clearings that just felt like they would be the perfect spot to just pitch a tent for the night if you were allowed
Deer on path - similarly to when I was biking to Philadelphia, there were multiple times in the C&O trail where deer were either crossing the path, or just standing on the path, and then darted off when I got closer
Water Filter - the water pump at the campsite is non-potable, so I had to pull out my water filtration device and use it - I'm really glad I decided to bring it, cause otherwise I would be quite parched right now
Fellow bikepackers - there are 2 other guys at the campsite with me, both also with bikes. I had a very nice conversation with one of them, who's doing a loop, where he'll bike up north to the end of the trail, then take a train back to the beginning.
Design Notes
Today's design notes are a continuation of the time loop board game I first discussed on day 8.
Time loop
I have decided to go ahead with this game having an assisting app to manage various things. Here's a list of things which the app will probably manage:
Initial placement of objects in rooms - at the start of the game, objects are randomly placed in rooms for players to find. The players won't know what objects are in what room until they enter that room. However, every time they go through a time loop, these objects return to their original positions, so having it be tracked in the app makes it work easier
Position of players - the app needs to track player position for 2 main reasons. First, so it can tell players when they enter a room what occurs in that room. And second, in case there's an event or enemy that might react to a player's position without the players knowing it
Events - there are various events that happen throughout the game, and the app tracks when and where they happen, so that they will happen again in the same way when the players go through a time loop.
Note-taking? - this is not for certain, but it's possible there will exist a limited note-taking mechanism that carries over between time loops, making it easier to remember certain details. If so, the notes would be taken in the app.
Overall, the app serves 2 main purposes: (1) it tracks information that will need to repeat in a time loop, so players don't have to do all that by hand; (2) it tracks hidden information so that it is only revealed to players at the right moment.
What are events in Time Loop?
Events are semi-randomly generated things that occur that can be either good or bad for the players (I know that description is very bland). Events will often increase or decrease the Temporal Stability, which is the mechanism that decides when a time loop will occur.
There are 3 main types of events:
round events: every round, a random event occurs in one or more rooms - these events will always happen in the same room no matter the loop, and will be the main driving force in the game. Players will have to remember when and where certain events occur, so that they take advantage/avoid them in a future loop.
cause/effect events: these are events that trigger as a result of some action or lack of action and are usually related to player "mini games". These events may happen at different times depending on when a player takes a certain action in a loop, so they can also be planned around and sometimes avoided entirely.
time events: these events occur when some issue in the time stream occurs. Most commonly, this would be when you take an item w/ you back in time, and then try to get the old copy of the item, causing a paradox. These events are not the same in every loop, and should usually be avoided because they cause undue chaos. However, they can have rather swing-y effects, both for good and bad, so sometimes it's right to make use of them. Time events will sometimes have effects that carry over between time loops.
Items: each player can carry one item - they can pickup another item by dropping their current item in the room they're in. When a time loop occurs, each player who's still alive may take the item they're carrying with them to the new loop, but this can cause paradoxes and time events. Because you can only carry an item back with you if you're alive, one of the largest penalties for dying in a time loop is having the item you're carrying be reset to your original item.
Subcategory: Starting items: there are items that each player starts the game by carrying. If the player takes a different item w/ them back in time, their original starting item is put on the floor of the starting room.
Narrative: here's my current idea for the basic narrative of the game - players are the crew of a spaceship stuck in a wormhole/timestream - they must fix up the ship and find a way out of the wormhole - as the game goes on, temporal instability rises, and when it reaches a certain point, they go through a time loop back to the beginning, but keeping their knowledge and whatever they may be carrying on them
Temporal Stability: temporal Stability is a meter in the game that rises and lowers as actions are performed and events occur. When it reaches a certain threshold, the time loop immediately occurs. This, it is in the players' best interest to keep the stability away from that value, so that they can maximize the information gain for the next round, and possibly even beat the game.
I'm really enjoying thinking about this game, I think I might discuss why I started thinking about it in a future post. I kinda wish I had someone to talk to just to bounce ideas off of, because I have a lot more than what I've put here, these are just the easiest to put into words in a way that might make sense to other people.
It's quite bug-y tonight, and it's getting somewhat annoying to not have any spray. Despite that, today was a relatively relaxing ride day, and I hope it continues on being this way!

The PM Press Warehouse at 21 Emma Street in Binghamton, NY will be hosting the Second Annual Upstate Anarchist Book Fair on May 3th and 4th, 2025.
In celebration of International Workers’ Day, the two-day fair will feature book/zine vendors, a warehouse sale, community organizations, two full days of panels, live music from the loading dock, and much more. All are welcome to join us in creating community, sharing skills and passions, and debating the best way to overthrow the (patriarchal, racist, cis het) capitalist system.
The book fair is an opportunity not only to sell and promote but to create community. You don’t need to identify as an anarchist to attend or participate in the book fair!
We’re still booking performers, vendors, speakers, workshops, etc so please reach out to us via email at [email protected] or fill out this google form…
forms.gle/4sRLCUCHAkpvEyhJ9
…. if you’d like to participate. Adding your contact info to the google form will also get you added to our mailing list with UABF updates and more!
Why an Upstate Anarchist Book Fair in Binghamton, NY?
The practical reason: PM Press bought a 17,000 square ft warehouse in Binghamton in 2021. We also purchased a used bookstore – Autumn Leaves – in Ithaca, NY. Over the last year-and-a-half, we’ve filled the warehouse with racks on racks of leftist literature (both PM Press and other comrade publishers). Today it is surely one of the largest repositories of leftist literature in the world. We also have a big parking lot, a developing event space, and connections to a local DIY community with the skills to put together a fun, productive, and thoughtful event.
The political reason: Binghamton is the post-industrial crater left by anti-union, paternalistic warmongers like IBM and the Endicott-Johnson Shoe Company. The former headquarters of the New York KKK and current epicenter of upstate mass incarceration, Binghamton is, like many small Rust Belt cities, run by reactionaries who grew up in the city’s golden age and are convinced we’re just a few tax breaks and drug raids away from a return to 1959. We also have a small but dedicated community of activists fighting to liberate Binghamton from these slumlord/cop/petit bourgeois business creep/political elite overlords. We hope events like the UABF will bring together like-minded comrades and crews from across the region to share knowledge, skills, and joy to expand our little networks of radical agitation into a collective force that can challenge capitalism across the county, state, and beyond!
Parking Options:
Street parking is easy to find and plentiful. At this time there is no other parking planned for attendees. As you can see from the map above, the warehouse is located in a residential neighborhood. All streets have parking on at least one side. Many have parking on both sides. There is space for about 100 cars within a 2 block radius. The on street parking signage is generally straightforward and easy to understand. We ask that you follow the signage as directed. Please do not park in any of the local parking lots. Bikes are encouraged!
There is additional street parking on/across Glenwood Avenue and on/across Main Street.
Before the fair starts vendors will be able to drive up to their vendor spot for loading/unloading. We are currently looking into designated vendor parking.
Driving Directions:
The PM Press warehouse is just off a major highway (NY-17/I-86) and very close to the I-86/NY-17 and I-81 interchange. NYC, Philadelphia, and Buffalo are all about 3.5 hours away. Boston and Washington DC are about 4.5 hours. Cleveland is 5.5 hours driving time.
The warehouse is conveniently located off Main Street in Binghamton/Johnson City, situated next to the former Erie Line Railroad (later the Erie Lackawanna Line).
The facility is set back from Emma Street down a short driveway and has a large parking lot to host the day’s festivities.
Accessibility:
We have two bathrooms inside the warehouse with 29″ doorways. One of them is currently equipped with handrails.
There is wheelchair access to the warehouse through the loading dock via the ramp but the ramp is fairly steep. We will have volunteers available to assist.
Unless it rains, the plan is to have the majority of the vendors outside in the parking lot. There is a gradual incline up the driveway.
Food & Drink:
We will have plenty of free water on site.
We can’t promise to have any food available at this point, but there are options in the neighborhood:
Parlor City Vegan (81 Clinton St) will be open 12-8 on Saturday
There is a convenience store at 59 Glenwood Ave that’s a 5-10 minute walk from the warehouse.
Seating:
There will be a lot of folding chairs available, a few benches, and some nice grassy areas but we’d recommend bringing your own camping chairs if possible.
Pets:
Only service animals will be welcome inside the warehouse. Animals will be welcome in outdoor areas but we ask that you please be considerate of other attendees who may be allergic or phobic. There are also railroad tracks that run all day near the parking lot and three beehives behind the warehouse.

Expert Flooring Installation Services in Philadelphia
When it comes to upgrading or renovating your home, few things make as much of an impact as a new floor. Whether you're building a new house or giving your existing one a makeover, flooring plays a key role in setting the tone for your living space. The choice of materials and professional flooring installation contractors in Philadelphia can ensure that your floors not only look great but also last for years to come.
Why Flooring Installation Matters
Flooring installation is more than just placing tiles or hardwood planks on the ground. It requires precision, skill, and experience to get it right. A well-installed floor enhances the aesthetic appeal of any room, from living rooms to bathrooms, and ensures durability and comfort. The correct installation also prevents future problems like warping, cracking, or uneven surfaces, which can result from improper techniques or materials.
If you're considering updating your home, choosing the right flooring installation contractors in Philadelphia can make all the difference. These professionals possess the necessary expertise to handle various types of flooring, such as hardwood, laminate, tile, or carpet. With their help, you can transform your home into a stylish and functional space that reflects your tastes and needs.
Choosing the Right Flooring Materials
One of the first decisions to make when embarking on a flooring project is the material. Each flooring option has its advantages, depending on your lifestyle, home design, and budget.
Hardwood flooring is a classic choice, known for its timeless beauty and versatility. It can be installed in almost any room, adding a touch of elegance to living spaces, bedrooms, and even kitchens. On the other hand, tiles, whether ceramic or porcelain, are perfect for areas that are exposed to moisture, such as bathrooms and kitchens. For a more affordable yet stylish option, laminate flooring can mimic the look of wood or stone, offering a low-maintenance solution that fits within budget constraints.
When considering flooring options, it's important to work with skilled flooring installation contractors in Philadelphia who can advise you on the best material for your specific needs. They will help guide you through the decision-making process, ensuring that the chosen material aligns with your vision for your home.
Why Professional Installation is Crucial
While DIY flooring projects may seem tempting, they come with risks. Without proper installation, you may encounter issues such as uneven surfaces, loose tiles, or creaky floors. Professional flooring installers are trained to handle these challenges with ease. They ensure that your flooring is installed correctly the first time, saving you the cost and hassle of future repairs.
A professional contractor understands the specific installation requirements of each type of flooring. Whether it's adjusting for subfloor imperfections or installing a moisture barrier in bathrooms or kitchens, their expertise guarantees the longevity of your floors. Moreover, Montgomery Discount Flooring Newtown PA can assist in providing the necessary tools and equipment to handle intricate installations, allowing you to sit back and relax while experts do the work.
The Benefits of Hiring Experienced Contractors
Hiring a reliable team of flooring installation contractors in Philadelphia offers several key benefits. First, they have access to high-quality materials and can recommend the best options within your budget. With years of experience under their belts, these contractors know how to install floors quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. Their professionalism ensures that the job is completed on time and to your exact specifications.
Moreover, professional installers often come with warranties on their work, offering peace of mind in case any issues arise in the future. This additional layer of security ensures that your investment is protected for years to come.
Cost-Effective Solutions for Flooring
When embarking on a flooring project, it's natural to be concerned about costs. However, working with reputable contractors means that you can find affordable solutions that meet your needs without breaking the bank. Montgomery Discount Flooring Newtown PA provides competitive prices and discounts, allowing homeowners to choose from a wide range of quality flooring materials without worrying about excessive costs.

RV detailing near Philadelphia, PA
Maintaining the exterior and interior of your RV is essential to preserving its value, extending its life, and ensuring it remains a comfortable home on wheels. For anyone looking for RV detailing near Philadelphia, PA, Top Priority Mobile Detailing offers top-of-the-line services that bring the sparkle back to your RV, making it road-ready and looking as good as new.
In this article, we will explore the benefits of RV detailing, the services offered by Top Priority Mobile Detailing, and why they are the best choice for RV owners near Philadelphia.
What is RV Detailing?
RV detailing is the process of thoroughly cleaning, polishing, and protecting every part of your recreational vehicle, from its exterior surfaces to the interior spaces. Given the size and complexity of an RV, professional detailing ensures that every area, from the roof to the tires, gets the attention it deserves.
Key Components of RV Detailing:
Exterior Washing and Waxing: Deep cleaning of the RV’s exterior, followed by applying a protective wax coating to guard against the elements.
Roof Cleaning and Conditioning: Removing dirt, debris, and any mold buildup from the roof, followed by applying treatments to extend the life of the roof.
Interior Cleaning: Thorough vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, and disinfecting of interior surfaces such as kitchens, bathrooms, and sleeping areas.
Tire and Wheel Detailing: Cleaning and treating the tires and wheels to prevent wear and improve their appearance.
Polishing of Windows and Chrome Accents: Ensuring your windows are streak-free and chrome elements shine like new.
If you’re searching for RV detailing near Philadelphia, PA, it's essential to select a provider like Top Priority Mobile Detailing that can handle both the size and specific needs of an RV.
Why Top Priority Mobile Detailing is the Best Choice
Top Priority Mobile Detailing is known for its premium services that come to you, whether you’re at a campsite, your home, or even a storage facility. Specializing in mobile detailing, they have built a strong reputation for their quality, attention to detail, and the convenience they offer RV owners.
Services Offered by Top Priority Mobile Detailing
Top Priority Mobile Detailing provides a comprehensive suite of RV detailing services that leave no surface untreated. Their expertise ensures that your RV remains in peak condition, ready for your next road trip or camping adventure.
1. Complete Exterior Detailing
RVs are exposed to harsh elements like UV rays, rain, road grime, and debris while on the road. Over time, these elements can wear down the exterior, dulling the finish and potentially causing damage. Top Priority Mobile Detailing’s exterior detailing service involves:
Deep washing: They remove built-up grime, bugs, and tar using safe, high-quality cleaning products designed for large vehicles.
Waxing and polishing: After a thorough wash, they apply a protective wax to shield the RV from harmful UV rays, leaving the surface with a smooth, shiny finish.
Roof care: The roof of an RV is especially susceptible to weather-related wear and tear. Top Priority Mobile Detailing cleans and conditions the roof, ensuring it stays strong and leak-free.
2. Interior Detailing
Given the amount of time spent inside an RV, keeping the interior fresh and clean is just as important as maintaining the exterior. Top Priority Mobile Detailing’s interior services include:
Vacuuming and steam cleaning: From the floors to the seats, carpets, and upholstery, their team thoroughly cleans all fabric surfaces, removing dirt, stains, and odors.
Disinfection of surfaces: They wipe down and disinfect all surfaces in kitchens, bathrooms, and sleeping areas, ensuring a safe and clean living space.
Odor elimination: Using specialized techniques, Top Priority Mobile Detailing removes lingering smells, leaving your RV smelling fresh and clean.
3. Tire and Wheel Detailing
RVs are heavy, which means their tires endure significant wear over time. Top Priority Mobile Detailing takes care of this crucial part of your vehicle by cleaning, treating, and polishing the tires and wheels. Proper tire care not only enhances the appearance of the RV but also helps extend the lifespan of the tires, reducing long-term maintenance costs.
4. Windows and Chrome Polishing
The windows of your RV need to remain clean for optimal visibility, while chrome accents enhance the vehicle’s overall appearance. Top Priority Mobile Detailing uses specialized cleaning products to remove dirt, water spots, and smudges from windows and chrome surfaces, ensuring they shine brilliantly and stay protected from damage.
5. Protective Coatings
To keep your RV protected for the long haul, Top Priority Mobile Detailing offers advanced protective coatings for both the interior and exterior. These coatings can help guard against scratches, fading, and the general wear that comes with frequent travel, ensuring your RV maintains its aesthetic appeal over time.

SAW THE MUSICAL: THE UNAUTHORIZED PARODY OF SAW - Review
DATES: Sunday, Oct. 1, 2023 to Jan 1st, 2024 COMPANY: Cooper Jordan Entertainment THEATER: AMT Theatre, 345 West 45th Street, new York, NY ACTORS: Bart Shatto, Adam Parbhoo, Jill Owen, and Donnell Johnson. CREW: Created by Cooper Jordan; Book Zoe Ann Jordan; Music & lyrics by Patrick Spencer & Anthony De Angelis; Directed by Stephanie Rosenberg; Music direction by Leigh Pomeranz; Sound Designer Ryan Gravett; Fight Director Dan Renkin; Production Manager Sarah Thurmond; Production Stage Manager Gabrielle P. Guagenti
SYNOPSIS: “SAW The Musical captures the events of the first movie, parodying the Saw that started it all. Lawrence Gordon and Adam Stanheight find each other for the first time in the bathroom trap. Will they follow "the rules" as they discover each other's secrets? Will they escape the game in time and “saw” right through? A love story with fluidity (and lots more fluids), SAW The Musical: The Unauthorized Parody pushes the boundary on sexuality and how to love.” -Press Release
REVIEW: Even though they are related, there's a fine line between comedy, parody and satire. A satire can be painful, and not necessarily in a good way. SAW THE MUSICAL: THE UNAUTHORIZED PARODY OF SAW, after a run in Philadelphia comes to New York Off-Broadway this Halloween season.
The plot follows that of James Wan & Leigh Whannell 2004 film and mixes in a healthy bunch of musical numbers and satire. One of the key driving forces of the satire is the quickly blossoming sexual tension between Adam and Dr. Gordon. Other characters from the film, Jigsaw, Amanda and Zep receive some coverage and you can’t have “Saw” without the puppet, even making an appearance on a tricycle. The sexual innuendos felt crafted more for shock value than to be witty, as they fell flat on this viewer’s ears and seemed more sophomoric than cleaver.
In contrast, several of the songs were funny and witty, several feeling also sophomoric. As a fan of Monty Python, I’m also a fan of their song book. They could be off-color and vulgar, but had sharp witted lyrics and you understood the satire. Songs like “Saw Right Through,” "I'm Your Heroine," “I Want to Play a Game,” and “Pig in a Wig” come close, while songs like “Filthy Things” felt like they were pounding home the joke at the audience’s expense. The musical tracks were played over a nice sound system. However, there were a few times where the singers were off key. Actress Jill Owen had some of the best musical numbers in the show, but alas she was off key a few times.
The trio of actors are put through their paces with numerous scene changes and custom swaps that leave them little time to catch their breath between songs. During the performance I attended the blackouts were rather long and one of them they rest the musical cue as the actors were not ready by the end of the first go round. The production felt a bit chaotic as the costumes and props constantly felt a tad out of place. At one point the puppet seemed to be falling apart.
I went into SAW THE MUSICAL: THE UNAUTHORIZED PARODY OF SAW with a clean slate, no expectations, hoping for a few good laughs. There were times I felt the play dragging, the energy levels dipping between musical numbers. I didn’t have a bad time, just not a good one. Granted it is an Off-Broadway production, staged in a black box theater, and there were some likable things about the production. The level of the performance I attended felt more like an off-off-off Broadway production and left me feeling less invigorated and feeling more like I needed a nap. It could have been an off night, as I saw the play a week prior to its opening night, but I still have a few issues with the writing that make for a lackluster recommendation.
SAW THE MUSICAL: THE UNAUTHORIZED PARODY OF SAW begins performances on September 16, 2023, at AMT Theater, located at 345 West 45th Street. It will play on Saturdays at 11 PM and Sundays at 5 PM (after 2pm & 8pm Broadway curtains come down), running 100 minutes with no intermission. Tickets are $41-$113 (incl. fees). Extremely limited “Super Saw VIP Front Row Seats” including The Bathroom Mirror Merch Box are available for every performance for $113 total ($110 + $3 fee), VIP Front Rows A-B at $98 ($95 + $3 fee), Premium at $78 ($75 + $3 fee), Orchestra at $61 ($58 + $ 3 fee) & Rear Orchestra / Mezz at $41 ($38 plus $3 fee) and are available by visiting SawtheMusical.com or at the AMT Theater Box Office in person or by calling 646-543-4385.
