He’s usually busy fixing cars, cooking a large meal or watching television. At times, people cannot understand a word Pete Says because of his heavy southern  accent. Fortunately, he tries to improve his speech patterns. Pete has no problems making friends  that are of his own gender. However, when it comes to the opposite sex, don’t ask him for any tips on how to  meet women. Pete is very shy with the  opposite sex. He gets nervous and begins to tremble and sweat, and then he panics. Pete received state-wide recognition when he led his High School Baseball Team to 4 consecutive State championships. Because of his 100mph fastball, he is one of the most dangerous pitchers at his level. He was offered a college scholarship to attend UCLA but because of his low SAT scores, Pete declined the offer. Pete attended Wyoming Tech, where he became an official NASCAR auto mechanic working for Roger Pinske Racing. Whenever he is given a task, Pete stops at nothing to get it done and done correctly, even it it means sacrificing sleeping, eating 1 meal a day and not having a social life. If he has to take a car completely apart and rebuild it from scratch he’ll do it. During the Digimon USA Saga, at times he can be scared and can even act dumb, but when it comes to battles, Pete and his Digimon stop at nothing to defeat the enemy and save the day. He is given the crest of Determination for his hard work ethic. Weather its playing sports, racing cars, or leading a group of young adults through the vast unknown of the Digital world, Pete make sure everybody is getting along and work together. Even if his teammates and friends are having their own quarrels and arguments, Pete still manages to keep the group together. He is given the crest of Leadership because of his ability to keep people together and form a strong team without even knowing the people that he is working with.
