i think the reason i love silent protags a lot because the limitation of this staple necessitates indirect storytelling. yes it's primarily a device to allow player inserts and roleplaying, but a character's inability to state or directly show how they feel forces one to analyze much more.
when speech is filtered out, you need to reverse engineer what they could've said by how other characters reacted. Multiple choice dialogue options become concurrent thoughts in the character's mind, different facets leading to indecision, with the player only truly deciding which thought comes to the forefront.
definition comes through body language, idle animations, emotive portraits and noises of exertion. if a choice is railroaded, was the protagonist forced into it, or did they decide without player input? what do the available gameplay styles say about the character you've created? what does it mean to accept every single sidequest?
like, well and truly, making a nothing character is impossible, even in video games, because saying "yes" when asked to save the world, that's already a decision, isn't it? there is already an implication, a shadow of belief and value, in the act of playing.

Do not try to get all the certification at a time. First, start with the most basic that is CPT and then do all the rest certification as per your individual ease of convenience and requirements.

Well, we have plenty of choices available!!
So, sometimes it gets difficult to choose the best.
I strongly believe that every institution or academy is best as long as it fulfills your individual requirements and which is pocket friendly.
But we have some parameters to select the best academies.
And they are as follows;
Academy should be internationally recognized.
Institutions should be well known to most of the peoples of your locality.
Academy should be providing the utmost quality of knowledge both practical and theoretical.
Faculty should be of the utmost quality of knowledge as they are the ones who will be delivering you the knowledge.
Also, do check whether the academy is promoted by various highly reputed government bodies like skill India, NSDC, etc, especially if you are doing it from India.
Who can be the respected fitness coach?
Even if you are certified, you might lack respect as a fitness coach. Getting respect is a whole new different process.
Respect is to be earned with true determination!!
If you deliver your knowledge with extreme humble and politeness to the one who truly wants it from you and he/she is longing it for. The respect for you in everyone's eyes will ultimately raise.
Anyone can be the fitness coach but not a respected fitness coach!!
Do works with morale ethics, earn the goodwill, and make your name a brand. A brand which is known for its honesty and quality works.
Some trainers indulge themselves in some of the highly unethical works only for the sake of some money like they sell anabolic steroids, performance-enhancing drugs to their clients especially to youths. Thus, these kinds of trainers mislead many youths.
So, don't get yourself in any of those unethical activities because a respected fitness coach doesn't do so.
Why does a fitness coach needs to study Anatomy, Kinesiology, Physiology, and many more?
Fitness coach needs to study anatomy because if they don't study anatomy, they'll probably never know our human body. So, if they don't know then just think about it how dangerous it would be for the clients who are training under them.
They are required to study standard anatomical positions, planes, anatomical directions to rectify the exercises in a more efficient manner.
They need to study kinesiology to analyze the movement of body and plan exercises according to that, we study physiology to understand the functions of individual parts or systems of our human body.
To be an advanced fitness coach, you need to know many more such crucial stuffs. There are plenty of new things you will learn when you get yourself certified.

In some of the cases, these trainers don't want to get themselves educated even if they are provided with opportunity due to their stubborn nature which is of no use.
This kind of attitude leads them to everlasting financial crisis.

Then a trainer who doesn't have certification will say or instruct his client to "control the weight when coming down" whereas a well educated and professional trainer will instruct by saying, "Please control your eccentric load".
Now, when that certified trainer used the professional term which is most commonly known as "Gym terminology". It just sounds more professional. Now, the client will get more interested to know more about such words and terms, and ultimately it will make you more approachable and respectful.
Unlike any other profession have its own word and terms, fitness also have it.
So, if you know all those skills and gym, bodybuilding terminology, and also know to convey your message effectively, it gets your work more Professionalism. Thus, your clients will not think of leaving your personal training ever.
What should be your planning if you are 15 to 20 years old?
If you are between 15 to 20 years old then it is the most appropriate time if you are looking to build your career in the fitness industry.
Start knowing the basics of fitness like exercise techniques, learn from your trainers if they are certified and skilled enough, or else you can take a pretty good amount of quality knowledge from internet, start reading various bodybuilding and entrepreneurship books.

If you implement practically all the above-mentioned points with extreme discipline then I am pretty sure that you won't struggle in a fitness career.

a lot of the oras redesigns were improvements but the redesigns of the protags were such nerfs to the emerald designs imo

they had cool gloves! premier balls! may had an awesome green piratey bandanna and a confident stance and a cool outfit! brendan had shorts over his pants, which are then tucked into his shoes! it's dorky! it's fun! these kids have determination in their smiles and they are going on an adventure!

i appreciate they kept the green accents of emerald but idk. something about these redesigns just doesn't work for me. may's new pose and nerfed bandanna and tank top and short shorts just. it takes away everything cool about the rse may. she is not the same person. and something about brendan's proportions just feels. off. like his torso is weirdly wide and flat compared to his arms and his clothes just don't have the same charm as emerald's. his shorts are a bad cut for their length. and idk. both of their open blank smiles don't have the same energy as their smiles in emerald. where did their socks go? they don't even have cool gloves.

Okay Iā€™m adding two more resolutions for 2025. I am exclusively mood-reading books, which means no TBR and no regimented planned reading, and I am also refusing to wear anything I donā€™t want to wear
#my mum asked if iā€™m dressing up for new yearā€™s dinner and i was like actually no iā€™m really not#in past years i wouldā€™ve put on something slightly uncomfortable and non-temperature appropriate just to look nice#and yeah itā€™s a nice-ish restaurant weā€™re going to. but thereā€™s no dress code or anything#what iā€™m wearing right now is clean; comfortable; fitted; iā€™m warm in it; i feel like i can move in it and eat a three course meal#(itā€™s basically stretchy jeggings and a cotton jumper)#i was thinking about putting on tights and a dress but i was like you know what fuck that#weā€™re not being uncomfortable in 2025#like i MIGHT put boots on instead of wearing my running trainers to the nice restaurant but youā€™ll have to be satisfied with that iā€™m afraid#iā€™m also not ingesting anything i do not want to ingest. meaning no i will not be having wine with dinner#i donā€™t feel like it. i might not be drinking anything other than water for the foreseeable in fact#the book thing might not make sense to anybody. basically i really like joining reading challenges/readathons because sometimes i genuinely#do not know what i want to read; and it gives me a sense of accomplishment when i complete stuff#but too many of them have really specific prompts that lead to me creating a really regimented tbr of like 6 specific books#i ā€˜haveā€™ to read in THIS specific order and likeā€¦ā€¦ weā€™re not doing it anymore#truly iā€™m embarrassed that itā€™s taken me this long to have this epiphany but genuinely#if your reading challenge doesnā€™t allow me to freestyle a bit i am simply not doing it. or iā€™ll make my own or simply not do one that month#idk. either way i did find one with some pretty broad general prompts and thereā€™s no specific order at all so i printed that one out#my problem right now is there are too many books i want to read LOL#i want to finish butter but i want to start the next whyborne and griffin book but i want to read lolita and i also want to read mars house-#help.#personal
