The Iwatodai Dorm from Persona 3 built as accurately as possible. It includes all bedrooms and bathrooms. Due to the shape of the exterior, the layout for the other half of dorms (seniors' side) is wide instead of long (because video game logic insists that the interior is always bigger than the exterior lmao) ♥ Be sure to use bb.moveobjects and all the debug cheats before placing. I like to think that outside of the archives Elias was known only as the silly, overenthusiastic, eccentric boss who enjoys paperwork way too much. Realistically he was equally feared by everyone but it makes the idea of Tim trying to expose the whole plot a lot funnier.

TS4 Paulownia Mall (Karaoke) - Persona 3 - 30x30* (NO CC)

The karaoke place in Paulownia Mall from Persona 3! The other storefronts are included since the karaoke bar is located inside the mall, but they are empty / decorative (for atmosphere lol). *The karaoke bar + "Velvet Room" can fit on a 15x15 by themselves. I've only played P3P, so creative liberties were taken on the interior of the actual karaoke bar lmao

Sims 4 CC - The Big Persona CC Patch:

^This is just the hairs of P5, there's still outfits, Strikers, P4G, P3, and P3R that have all been updated too!

There's 243 items total so to make it simple, what's updated?

Fixed most ugly CAS Sim Thumbnails I had early on

Reorganized all Persona CAS items by Game>Character

Updated missing uv_1 (aka morphs) for anything missing it

Fixed some areas of clothing & hairs especially that were poorly done

Fixed some new hatchops, but not all hairs will work with hats

Restricted some CAS items to frames if it really didn't work on the other sim frame (i.e. Teddie shirt)

Added: P3P Theodore hatless hair version

Added: P5 Kawakami normal hair, finally!

Maaaaaay have make Yu/Souji and Yosuke in Sims 4, and may have gotten a bunch of romance mods and maaaay have moved them into San Myshuno because that's the only world with "apartments" that I have...

I may have also originally tried creating them in Sims 3... dunno if they look better or worse, but 3 is unfortunately a bit too slow-paced and "realistic" for my liking. Bonus screenshot:
