Team Flare Story - full-scale edit of XYZ (XYZ: Plot Compilation X and onward)

Lots of gentle edits and cuts, huh? But it was worth it, believe me. Now I have XY TR that I can enjoy and treat as part of flawless canon. 1) They aren’t jarring and all over the place with pointless, low quality appearances 2) While not perfect and sometimes you may wish for more, they’re acceptable as continuity successors to past series’ TR, including Best WIshes proper and its Decolora Adventures filler arc. 3) There is a sense of direction here, they are fun and cute when they’re supposed to be but at the same time aren’t degraded by pointless skyward blast-offs and unhealthy fixation with Pikachu, at times being able to quietly “slip away”

If you’re like me - you care for solid direction and logic behind them, not cute or bizarre shots of them in otherwise completely worthless, fucked-up appearances so you don’t mind if those are removed and forgotten - maybe you’ll want to take a look? Because they are pretty cool now and my heart doesn’t ache anymore!

Another thing I've been meaning to show: brand new Pokemon hand towels from Mansaido! I got these back in November and finally moved them to my designated hand towel basket. They were ¥200 for the set of three and are soft and adorable. The first had Vaporeon (Showers) and Milotic (Milokaross), the second Sylveon (Nymphia) and Slurpuff (Peroream), and the third Lotad (Hassboh) and Goldeen (Tosakinto)on them in really charming print. I'm glad I snagged them when I did: the last time I was at Mansaido, there wetter absolutely none left! Another small thing that makes me quite happy. #mansaido #pokemon #homegoods #towels #merch
