another thought! sorry this is rotting beautifully and growing so many mushrooms apparently. God of Travelers Hermes sponsored the car. This means the car could somehow spawn supplies for when they get dropped off. Travel toiletries, a real blessing for these kids who have been on the streets for who knows how long and they don't have a camp counselor who will steal them from the store like Luke did yet. Road snacks because everyone knows a road trip isn't a road trip without snackies. Maybe Demeter stocks that with healthy goodies and Hestia Ultimate Auntie puts fun things in there too like gummies and sweets. This poor demigod is in the backseat bewildered and eating a granola bar watching Percy driving like a one man NASCAR race with one hand on the wheel and gesturing wildly with the while other screaming about how his brothers chariot moved faster with one wheel.

Thinking about other gods using the Demigod Delivery Service™️ but since it’s not a quest and more of Percy just choosing to go around as he pleases picking up godly kids along the way they pay for the service with various items/services/etc. some far more helpful than others.
