रिटायरमेंट के बाद पेंशन का लाभ पाने के लिए आप बताए गए स्कीम में निवेश कर सकते है जो की खास तौर पर पेंशन का लाभ देने के लिए बनाया गया है जिसमे आप अटल पेंशन स्कीम से लेकर नेशनल पेंशन स्कीम तक निवेश कर सकते है । नेशनल पेंशन योजना में प्राइवेट कर्मचारी भी कर सकते है निवेश नेशनल पेंशन स्कीम का लाभ पहले केवल सरकारी कर्मचारियों को दिया जाता था लेकिन अब इसका लाभ प्राइवेट क्षेत्र में काम कर रहे लोगों को भी दिया जाता है इस स्कीम में 18 से लेकर 70 वर्ष की आयु तक निवेश कर सकते है जिसमे निवेश किए गए पैसे में 60 फीसदी पैसे का लाभ पहले दे दिया जाता है बाकी 40 फीसदी पैसे का लाभ आपको आपके रिटायरमेंट के समय में पेंशन के रूप में दिया जाता है । राष्ट्रीय पेंशन योजना के फ्रेमवर्क पर आधारित पेंशन योजना सरकार ने नौकरी पेशे व्यक्तियों के लिए अटल पेंशन योजना कि शुरुआत की थी जो की राष्ट्रीय पेंशन योजना के फ्रेमवर्क पर आधारित है इस योजना में 60 वर्ष की आयु तक निवेश कर सकते है जिसमे आपके निवेश किए गए पैसे के आधार पर आपको 1000 रुपए से लेकर 5000 रुपए तक की राशि रिटायरमेंट के समय पर पेंशन के रूप में दी जाती है । कर्मचारियों का बनाया जाता पीएफ अकाउंट पेंशन के लिए नौकरी पेशे व्यक्तियों का कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन के द्वारा पीएफ अकाउंट बनाया जाता है जिसमे कर्मचारियों के वेतन का 12% हिस्सा इस पेंशन में निवेश किया जाता है कर्मचारी जितने पैसे का निवेश करते है उतने ही पैसे का निवेश आपकी कंपनी आपके अकाउंट में करती है जिससे की निवेश की रकम डबल हो जाती है जिसका लाभ आपको आपके रिटायरमेंट के समय पर दिया जाता है । Read the full article
