// For a witch, their familiar is more than just a companion. It is a representation of who they are and their very soul. At a young age, they go through a trial that tests their heart as well as their abilities, and from that their familiar's shape is revealed. They can change shape as needed, but they mostly default to one True Form. Their familiar walks with them through life and is said to guide their spirit to rest after death before reincarnating into the animal that is their True Form.

// According to some sources, some witches may have multiple familiar. This usually happens because said familiars were given to them by other witches. It's very uncommon for a witch to have multiple familiars naturally.

// During the Mythic Wars, Amalgamate stood beside a lot of good witches - many of them friends. At the hour of their death, she was there to comfort them and hold their hands as they passed. Because their deaths were often painful and slow, they did not want their familiars to suffer their pain and used their last breaths to tie them to Amalgamate instead. This had significant meaning, as it meant that their spirits would never rest and be condemned to an eternity in purgatory. Still, she honored their wishes knowing what it would mean, sparing their familiars the agony and allowing them to linger after death.

// To this day, Amalgamate maintains charge over these familiars. She walks with her own three (a large black wolf, a black cat, and a raven) as well as the two of her two closest friends' who cannot bear to be apart from her (a white cat and a little black Scottish Terrier). The rest that she managed to save linger on the ranch near her secret cottage in the woods. Occasionally, they rotate out and join her. Most like to stay at the cottage however, as it's close to the final resting places of their old witch companions.

Penelope The Purgatory Witch

She's the Owner/Boss of the Hieronymus Bunch.

She is a Purgatory Witch, which in my lore is a mix between Heaven and Hell. Billions of years ago, in my lore, there was a Heavan/Hell war, and the battlefield was what would become Purgatory. Purgatory Witches have staffs like the one Penelope has. The staffs can transform into different things. Purgatory Witches can float when with their iconic staffs.

Purgatory witches are neither good nor evil. They sometimes do good OR evil. Some lean to one side, some are neutral.

If you're wondering about their relation to those cartoony witches you see in movies and stuff, (ex, the Sanderson sisters, etc), Penelope says that THOSE witches are Posers.

She likes musicals and stuff.

Her way to solve a dispute is to put the quarreling people in a room and brick up the door.

She is immortal. Back in the early 80's, she sorta mentored (helped, idk how to describe it) a young Mr. Boss.

The Hieronymus Bunch Building is in New Jersey.

She chooses employees if she finds them cool and such.

Hieronymus Bunch, What is it?

It's my weird little Smiling Friends AU!

Run By Penelope The Purgatory Witch, (More info will come later on), The Hieronymus Bunch does, well it's hard to say. Like, random General services.

The Employees all live in the company building, since it's originally a house building.

The Employees are Cherí Soda, Oscar, Gwimbly, and Mr. Frog. The reasons why They work there will be further explained later on.

So far, the only ship in it is Oscar X Mr. Frog. I will Explain it later on!

OSCAR THYME!

Soooooo, Blingostan invaded Spamtopia. There were many deaths. Many Spamiards moved away when there was talk of war, but a majority of all Spamiards died due to the invasion. Oscar managed to survive. A seconds delay would've killed him or made him prisoner.

After he had to flee, Oscar wandered around New Jersey, wondering what he was going to do. Penelope found him and gave him a job.

Him and Mr. Frog sorta hate eachother at First, but They become friends/lovers later on.

It takes him a while to get used to his new normal, but it begins to grow on him

Before Him and Mr. Frog became lovers, Oscar had a slight One- Sided crush on Pim at first, but we'll Delve into that later on.

Oscar has to learn to get used to the New Jersey culture (Not pumping your own gas, no bags at Grocery stores, etc)
