Silly little post

So not too long ago on Artfight, I received an attack from the lovely @phlurrii of my oc Pecha, and on the attack, they said this:

(If you can’t read it:) “I liked the idea they are named after a berry, also their face gives total “so no officer, I did not drop kick that child” energy which is always peak Ehe >;3c”

Because of this sentence alone, I made this

Pokemon Berry Chias

Fruit Chias are like some of my favorite designs across Neopets, they're sort of special in a way I can't describe. As I've been doing Neopets colors for various different Pokemon, I did sort of want to reverse it back and make Chias based off the Pokemon berries with Chia Pop items to match

I drew this to celebrate my favorite season - spring. However, if there was a season that defined early summer and late spring that would be my favorite.

Deerlings are so precious and colorful. I could easily imagine one on my team. Not a huge fan of the evo, but that's what Everstones are for!

I love thinking about events in DOS2 in relation to the backstory I made up for Pecha that the game does not know or care about, like when I was playing through the lizard nightmare sequence I was like wow it must be emotionally fraught for her to be seeing her homeland like this for the first time since she was exiled as a child...to be going through it in fragments as a nightmare created by other lizards to protect someone important and still welcome among them back home and to know that once she leaves she will never be able to return to even this version of it...Meanwhile the game just has her saying little quips about the different areas because she's the one with the lizard tag in the party. Then again, in my backstory she grew into a jokester after being exiled because in her experience strangers tend to be warmer to her when they find her entertaining, so I can work with that too.

Ah! I didn’t think about how orthworms would get along with crustles…in hindsight I should have brought Pangea to the adoption center with me to test things out…

It would seem the other have joined in on the fun. We placed Seddy on a rolling dolly and now the Pokémon have taken to pushing him around and bouncing him much like a soccer ball. He seems very happy that he can join in the fun more than he used to.
