All I've figured out so far, some may change as I write.

Ships: Julia x Billie, Brain x Pinky, technically attempted forced Brain x Julia (arranged marriage), background Larry x Egwind maybe?

Storyline:

Pinky is a jester who was sent by the kingdom of Cyberen to assassinate the king of Acmenar and given a time frame of 1 year to complete the mission, but soon came to realize that Prince Brain was planning the king's assassination too. Once he was certain of this, he started to try to befriend him behind closed doors, them both working for the same goal would make things a lot easier. So he slowly gained the others trust, then eventually cornered him and forced him to talk. They decided to work together and often met up in hidden places in the walls to discuss their plans. The reason behind the call for the assassination, was because Julia despised Brain, and he despised her in return, but they are arranged to be married since they were young. She sent the assassin to deal with the issue, knowing that if she just killed the prince she'd have to deal with being forced to marry Snowball instead, so she made sure to deal with the root of the issue.

Brain and Pinky eventually succeed in the murder after a long time attempting it, making it appear like an accident, and brain takes charge. Pinky stays at Acmenar kingdom though, working as both Brains right hand helper (don't know proper terms for it-) and still remained the jester, but snowball is more of a threat than previously thought, and he soon starts arguing with Brain, then. He goes off into hiding, but there suddenly have been lots of close calls to brains life. After a long while brain gets severely injured and Pinky decides that they need to solve this problem, so he makes the journey over to the neighboring kingdom one night, taking brain with him as hello nurse tended to his wounds in the ship on the way there. Pinky confronted Julia, assuming this is her fault, but she had no knowledge of this, and was rather curious why he was so upset about Brains health, feelings come to light, and Julia decides she will keep a look out for Snowball, since Pinky did help her break her arranged marriage. She decides she'll throw him a bone this once and keep an eye on how things go.

Perhaps Julia find snowball and teams up with him? Perhaps Acmenar has to acquire assistance from Ticktockia? I have yet to decide, but I wanted to share my idea.

Things definitely will change, but I wanted to write down my current idea for it rn as it's been rotating in my mind for a long while.

“I tolerate you Pinky, and because of that, I will share my knowledge of history and the future with you and allow you to come with me in the TARDIS to see things that no one else would be able to even dream of seeing,” “OOH DINOSUARS” “God damn it, Pinky.”

Pinky’s cheerful and carefree attitude brings such light to The Brain’s life. He’d never admit it, but he really cares deeply for his companion

Pinky adores wearing all the little dresses and outfits for each time frame so that they can fit in whilst exploring

“PINKY DON’T PRESS THAT BUTTON”

They then proceed to get themselves stuck in a time loop-don’t ask me how. They are Pinky and The Brain after all.

Brain goes by “The Brain”

Romy just shows up sometimes like “Hey, yo dads.” Neither Pinky nor Brain know who he is.

Pinky literally gives no shits. Being chased by aliens? It’s cool. Nearly dying on the Titanic? No biggie. Space pirates? Cool beans!

Brain meanwhile is quite possibly going to die of a heart attack the next time Pinky tries to hug a god damn cyberman.

Pinky loves to fuck around with Brain’s sonic screwdriver--much to The Brain’s dismay.

Pinky: It’s bigger on the inside!” Romy: “That’s what he said.”

“What are we going to do tonight, Brain?” “The same thing we do every night, Pinky. Explore space and time!”  

Romy just sometimes vibes with them and when Brain asks “Hey wtf are you doing here and who are you?” Romy replies with a cheeky grin and “Spoilers~”

Everyone's got these amazing au's going so let me offer my own crack au: Maximum Warners (Maximum Ride au). In which the Warners were created in a lab as genetic mutations with the DNA of humans, dogs, cats and just a little bit of avian DNA as well. It was meant to give them better breathing capability but it also resulted in them being born with wings. Because of the unexpected addition of the wings they were experimented on to see what other potential abilities they had gained. They were even infused with other types of DNA to see if they could gain any other abilities based on it. Then one day they escape, along with one of the doctors from Terrace Labs, or The Terrace as they call it (as in Termite Terrace where they had been drawn in the show), Dr. Scratchansniff, who took care of the kids and served as their father figure until he mysteriously disappeared (the kids are sure that he was abducted by workers from The Terrace and killed for treason against the labs). The experiments pushed the kids to a destructive level of insanity however, and it’s crucial that The Terrace gets them back before they can cause too much damage; or at least that's what Director Plotz, head of Terrace Labs says.
