Prompt: Gravity Falls, PaperFord AU- An average tour at the Mystery Shack Museum and Curiosity Shoppe with Mr. Mystery and his brother, Professor Perplex. :)

(Oh goodness why do I feel pressure for this one lol? I haven't kept up with all the workings of the AU but I had fun with this.)

The two of them practiced this little show for weeks in the off season. Stan had created fun electricity themed curiosities. (The Lost Hammer of Thor was something he was actually proud of. He'd had a lot of fun burning fake runes into the hammer. Probably his best work. The Gorilla glue to make it impossible to wield had been an inspired contribution from his partner. ) The kids loved the static electricity demonstrations and stories of mysterious ball lighting caught the audience's attention.

Then it came to Professor Perplex's part. Stan had to be reassured that nothing would accidently set him on fire several times. Getting hit by electricity as a human was painful but survivable...sometimes. Getting a spark on you as a being made of paper could result in a quick and painful death.

However nerve wracking it was Stan couldn't argue with the results. The audience ooh and awwed as the giant tesla coils sparked to life. After the initial demonstrations inside the faraday cage, musical requests were taken. Who knew lighting could make a catchy tune?

They made record breaking sales that year. Stan would have never been able to pull it off alone and while he wouldn't admit it often he was thankful he didn't have to.
