I wanna live in a world where women are allowed to age naturally and be beautiful as they are
I say this while researching plastic surgery because unfortunately I've been taken by TikTok propaganda

I think I’d like to go to a bath house sometime. (Body image thoughts ahead, be warned)
I’ve always fantasized about it, I’ve enjoyed the occasional threeway, but it’s also like really really daunting for me for several reasons.
Sex with strangers has never been a particularly safe activity, but it sure seems worse nowadays because, and maybe it’s just my experience with local men, dudes think PrEP is a wonder drug that’ll protect you from EVERY STI and that’s just, Jesus, so fucking stupid lol I’ve chatted with so many hot dudes who I end up losing interest in because they only bareback ‘cos they’re on PrEP and when I would bring up that I wasn’t on it yet, they’d just say “okay, but I’M on it, so…?” And that fucking mindset is exactly what led to me getting stealthed, which in CA is considered rape, but I still feel hesitant to say I was raped even tho I explicitly told him I wasn’t comfortable with barebacking, and maybe my hesitancy is because I came out of that unscathed and my experience is so much less, I dunno, traumatic or violent as other people’s experience? Idk Anyway, that’s one of the reasons, I don’t trust other people to be getting regularly tested.
Another reason is two-fold: distance and my job. Unless I’m wrong, the closest bath house is Steamworks in Berkeley which is a 3 hour drive! It’s not THAT long, but I dunno how I’d find a way to make the trip and stay in Berkeley for a weekend when I have to take care of my mom. She’s becoming a little more sefl-sufficient, but I am constantly worried that she’ll get hurt or something when I’m not around. There’s not really anyone else to care for her since my sister works days, my dad works nights, and they end up sleeping most of the time they’re home because they work so hard. I already feel like I don’t do enough to help my mom these days but that’s because I’m so burnt out from taking care of her, and her stroke last year only made things harder as she needed full-time care. Like, I know I could be doing more, but fuck, I’m so fucking tired.
Lastly, and sadly my biggest obstacle, is my belly. While I don’t think I’m unattractive (I don’t think I’d have been as successful a slut as I am if I wasn’t sexy as hell), I certainly don’t enjoy what I see in the mirror. My face? Handsome! Ass? Huge and plump! Thighs? Thick and great for intercrural. But my belly? I hate it. Fucking loathe it. It hangs in a way I’ve not really seen other dudes’ bellies hang, my belly fat distribution is so fucking weird. Like, most other dudes my weight have rounder, less flabby bellies, but mine isn’t, it looks like a beanbag strapped to my abdomen and I even tried to get a consult on if I’d be a good candidate for a panniculectomy and nope, my BMI is too high and Medi-Cal no longer covers it. I’m hoping that at least working out and staying in a caloric deficit will help me shed some pounds and maybe tighten my belly up. I don’t mind HAVING a big belly, but I just hate that it hangs the way it does, I can’t wear sexy undies because it basically hangs over the whole thing, I have to buy Tall shirts because regular XXL shirts don’t cover up my belly, like, it’s just such a fucking hassle as well as being an eyesore. I could care less if the rest of my body stayed the same but I fucking hate my belly.
Still, I wanna go to a bath house and live out my fantasy of having a bunch of hot dudes rail me into oblivion, I just… gotta sort out all the above shit first, maybe.

Differences between a Panniculectomy and a Tummy Tuck
Karim Sarhane, MD
Weight loss helps address health issues like the risk of congenital conditions and can boost self-esteem due to body contouring. The loss, however, can result in loose and sagging skin that does not respond to exercise, and may require removal through surgery to enhance the contouring further. Two primary surgical options exist - panniculectomy and tummy tuck. The choice between the two may be confusing. Though the end goal remains the same, there are differences in the process, candidates, cost, and risks. A panniculectomy involves removing the panniculus, the excess loose skin that forms a flap below the waistline and over the thighs. The panniculus does not emanate from pregnancy, excess weight, or regular weight loss. It emanates from losing excess body weight, typically over 100 pounds, mostly from extensive weight loss procedures like gastric bypass. The extent of a panniculectomy, considered a medical procedure, depends on how much skin is removed. A tummy tuck, on the other hand, is considered a cosmetic procedure that involves removing excess stomach skin and tightening the abdominal muscles. Sometimes surgeons add an abdominal mesh to reinforce muscle repair. This woven mesh surgically temporarily or permanently supports organs after surgery or damaged tissue during healing. The second difference between a panniculectomy and a tummy tuck is eligibility. The former is best for patients with life-impacting sagging skin, which follows heavy weight loss, especially gastric bypass. Other candidates include individuals experiencing hygiene issues under the skin such as ulcers and infections, especially below the pubic region. The excess skin flap can also affect the individual's mobility. On the other hand, a tummy tuck addresses sagging skin that does not affect the individual's health and is mainly for cosmetic purposes, especially contouring the body for a more hourglass shape. Other good fits include individuals with sagging skin following a pregnancy who cannot get rid of the excess skin despite exercise and diet changes. In conjunction with liposuction, a tummy tuck can help resolve body-related self-esteem issues and those seeking to get rid of more skin after a panniculectomy. The third difference is the recovery time after each procedure. Recovery from any mild to major surgery involves surgical drains, skin glue, steri-strips, and the dressing. The surgeon provides instructions on how to care for each over the recovery period. A panniculectomy typically takes eight weeks to heal. However, the time may vary depending on the surgery's extent and the patient's attendance to the wound after the surgery, especially daily tasks and nutrition. Even weeks after the healing has taken place, however, the patient should refrain from strenuous activities like heavy lifting. Tummy tucks take less time to recover from due to less surgery complexity - usually four to six weeks. With proper care, especially hygiene of the surgical area, the patient should resume regular activity, including strenuous tasks, in the first few weeks following the procedure. Due to the extent of the surgery, panniculectomies are more costly than tummy tucks. A procedure typically costs between $8,000 and $15,000, plus additional fees like anesthesia, compared to an average of $6,000 for a tummy tuck. However, as a medical procedure, insurance companies may cover part or all of a panniculectomy. There is also the cost of taking time off work, especially for self-employed individuals - patients should set aside a minimum of eight weeks for recovery, compared to four to six weeks for a tummy tuck. Finally, the risks and side effects differ. Although both procedures cause discomfort and pain, the side effects tend to be more severe for panniculectomy. These can include pain post-surgery, fluid retention, and numbness. Other effects, though rare, include chest pain, heart palpitations, shortness of breath, and infections. Conversely, tummy tuck patients may experience bruising, numbness, deep vein thrombosis, and bleeding around the surgical area.Karim Sarhane, MD

im all for big tummies and love all bodies, but I genuinely need a panniculectomy so bad.
my stomach has always had an apron look to it even when I was a size medium. it affects my daily life and I have to live around it. if I just got the skin tightened and left everything there I'd be so happy.

Body Contouring
What is Body Contouring? Body contouring surgery includes several different procedures depending on the part of the body that is being operated on. The goal of body contouring surgery is to lift and remove excess skin (along with the underlying fat) that becomes apparent typically after massive weight loss. Loose and sagging skin may also develop due to the aging process. Body contouring surgery…

I’m considering starting a go fund me. I’ve reached a year long plateau with my weight loss and feel completely unsatisfied despite losing close to 120 pounds. My excess skin makes it difficult to exercise, shave, feel comfortable in or out of clothes, and significantly impacts my mental health. I hate the way my body looks, and one way or another I’m going to get surgery to remove the skin. I’ve not had a consultation yet, so I’m not sure of a price point or even how many surgeries I will need. I just know I have to get this done for myself. I’ve never been happy with my body and I can’t handle feeling that way anymore.
Many of you have followed me for years and supported me silently. I love and appreciate you all. I’m sorry I’ve been so sporadic with posting art. If you’re able to support me in any way moving forward, I would be forever grateful. Watch out for future updates.

Long time no update!
I had more surgery!! Surgery on surgery for this dude.
Panniculectomy and circumferential lipectomy (body lift) on 8/21/2019. The surgeon removed 15 pounds of skin and stuff from my belly. Now belly is no more (ish).
Recovery has been up and down. I can’t take ibuprofen, so it’s seemed like oxy or nothing almost. Tried some different CBD capsules and drops, but felt more high than pain relieved. Hopefully my drains (I have 4) will be removed within the next week or so. Classes started last week, and I had to be FaceTimed in. It doesn’t look likely/smart that I should try to go to classes this week either (they’re 2.5 hours long each).
Excited to have these drains out and be back to sleeping on my side!!!! Until my next surgery.
