"Paddlepop," you call his name, jumping down to sit beside him. "Can't sleep?" you ask. He nods as he leans on the roof. Paddlepop lets out a sigh. "I was thinking about Shadow Master and what he did to us. I hope he didn't come back again."

"You didn't know what to say, but then you build up your courage and speak. "I do wish for the same thing," you pause. "But let's look up. The moon is beautiful, isn't it? Glowing in the darkness."

"Yes, it is beautiful, just like you," Paddlepop answers. You let out a small chuckle. You pray that nothing will change between the both of you.
