     all she knew was that he would be gone for a few days. work, he had said. felicity never liked to get any more details than she needed to. but when she had four missed calls from thea and a  ‘ get to the bunker asap ’  text, she knew something wasn’t good. there had been an accident, thea explained. malcolm seemed fine physically, but he was having amnesia, and all thea knew was that he couldn’t place what happened or where. she didn’t want to press too hard without felicity there. after getting briefed on his condition, felicity braces herself as she steps in the otherwise empty room.

     “ hey, ”  the blonde starts softly, making her way toward his bed.  “ how are ya’ feeling? how’s the ol’ noggin? ”
