Context:

In the midst of a fierce battle, a Kage Corp (影社) pilot's mecha is taking heavy damage and is on the brink of collapse. ADONAI, the advanced AI, warns the pilot that the situation is critical. The tension rises as ADONAI guides the pilot through these final moments, and OVERLORD assists her.

ADONAI: Pilot, the mecha is taking extreme damage. Structural integrity is failing. It won't withstand this attack much longer. You need to prepare for the worst.

Pilot: (Screaming desperately) ADONAI, there has to be something we can do! Divert power, reroute systems, anything!

ADONAI: All possible measures have been taken. We are out of options. The enemy's firepower is overwhelming.

Pilot: (Furious) I can't give up! There must be a way to fight back!

ADONAI: I'm sorry, Pilot. The chances of survival are minimal. You need to prepare for the possibility of death.

(Overlord's voice crackles through the intercom)

OVERLORD: Pilot, this is Overlord. You are authorized for Protocol Armageddon. Do what you have to do.

Pilot: (Swallowing hard with rage) FUCK!!!Understood, Overlord. Initiating Protocol Armageddon. ADONAI, guide me.

ADONAI: Affirmative. Protocol Armageddon initiated. This will overload the mecha's core, resulting in a catastrophic explosion. It will take down the enemy, but you will not survive.

Pilot: (With fierce determination) If I'm going to die, I'll take them with me! Let's make it count!

ADONAI: Activating core overload sequence. You have thirty seconds to make peace with your decision.

Pilot: (Whispering) "God, if this is my time, I’m ready. Just watch over those I leave behind."

Pilot: (Calmly) Thank you, ADONAI. It's been an honor.

ADONAI: The honor has been mine, Pilot. We will prevail.

OVERLORD: (Solemnly) We will prevail. Your valor inspires us all.

(Overlord's voice is heard, quietly praying and giving the last rites)

OVERLORD: (Softly) Ave Maria, gratia plena, Dominus tecum. Benedicta tu in mulieribus. Sancta Maria, ora pro nobis peccatoribus, nunc et in hora mortis nostrae. Ora pro nobis qui pugnamus. Amen. May you find peace in the afterlife. Your courage and sacrifice will not be forgotten. Guide us, protect us, and give us strength. Go with God (name is censored).

(The intercom goes silent as the core overload sequence reaches its final moments)

ADONAI: Goodbye, Pilot. May you find peace beyond the battle. Initiating final countdown. Five... four... three... two... one...

(The screen goes dark as the mecha's core detonates, taking the enemy with it in a blinding micro nuclear explosion)

     all she knew was that he would be gone for a few days. work, he had said. felicity never liked to get any more details than she needed to. but when she had four missed calls from thea and a  ‘ get to the bunker asap ’  text, she knew something wasn’t good. there had been an accident, thea explained. malcolm seemed fine physically, but he was having amnesia, and all thea knew was that he couldn’t place what happened or where. she didn’t want to press too hard without felicity there. after getting briefed on his condition, felicity braces herself as she steps in the otherwise empty room.
