When I was a kid, I’d get home from church and pray to god for forgiveness for talking too much. Let me be good, I’d beg, let me be silent, help me be perfect. I remember I used to wake up in the middle of the night with this yearning to be held tight. I’d look outside and I can’t remember if it was the moon or just the light of the street lamp, but the brightness felt like god, and I’d ask him, if you’re real, please hold me.

What makes a person turn to God? Is it sadness, problems, or a feeling of necessity? I'm not sure of the answer, but it was the first time I saw someone pray so gently. I have no idea what he was praying for, but it had such a strong impression on me that I found myself praying for him too, forgetting why I was there...God bless you!!!

“I’m a twin”, Damian said one night. He could feel the narrowed eyes of his family drilling holes on his back in disbelief. Not that he could blame them. Damian had never so much as implied being raised with a companion, much less a sibling.

“I had a brother”. Damian paused to recollect himself. He had not said his brother’s name out loud in over 8 years.

“His name was… Danyal”. Damian hated the way his voice wavered, but he could not help it. Danyal was everything to him, his other half. Their heart beat as one and when one heart stopped beating, the other one died with it. At least until his family put his heart on metaphorical life support without ever realizing.

“Where is he now?” His father asked, voice filled with knowing grief and a hint of betrayal. It had in fact been 6 years since Damian first showed up on his doorstep.

“Up there”. All eyes shifted towards the specific star he was pointing to. “Right before he died, he promised me he’d guide me from the stars. Unfortunately, the stars are not visible in Gotham, so my brother is unable to be of much help unless I leave the city.”

“Your brother is Polaris, the North Star?” Tim questioned warily, most likely in attempts to not offend him. Damian was aware of how stupid it sounded, but Danyal had promised, and his brother never broke his promises.

“Yes. Danyal is with the stars now, just as he always wanted”

Dean in s8 seems so.. selfless in his devotion to Cas. Even with all the stuff he does and says thats so emotionally charged throughout the season, I never really feel like he expects Cas to reciprocate. Like, he'll spend a year fighting for the guy that broke his brother's brain/indirectly caused the death of his father figure/released monsters into the world, pray to him every night, and still feel so much guilt over not being able to save him? And by the end of the season he'll be on his knees being beaten by that same man, and the last words he chooses are "I need you"? Dean was so affected by Cas' betrayal and death in seasons 6+7, and I feel like this season he just accepted his feelings on some level. Like, "Yeah, I'm in love with a guy who doesn't give much of a shit about me. So what? I still love him".

i just KNOW that simon riley is a messy kisser. this mf is grabbing you by the hips, waist, hands, thighs, neck, he does not care—hands rubbing up and down your curves like he doesn’t know where to touch first. it’s all teeth and tongue—he’s one impatient mf. he’s waited long enough to kiss you, he’s not gonna be light. and i know he doesn’t half ass that shit!!! this man is either kissing your forehead softly or making out with you like there’s no tomorrow. definitely the type to “accidentally” bump into you while you’re doing something and use it as an excuse to kiss you. he’s not a PDA person, but when you’re alone he’s always, and I mean always got a hand on you. one hand on the wheel, the other on your thigh or holding your hand. he lets you have aux too, but he’ll complain about your “shit music” every time.
